W ramach projektu planuje się wymianę 50 nieekologicznych źródeł ciepła na nowoczesne kotły gazowe 44 szt. i automatyczne kotły biomasowe 6 szt., o charakterystyce zgodnej z dyrektywą Ecodesign wraz z przystosowaniem instalacji wewnętrznych co i cwu do pracy z nowymi źródłami ciepła w budynkach mieszkalnych na terenie Gminy Wojnicz. Zakłada się również wykonanie prac termomodernizacyjnych w 5 budynkach, o ile wskażą na to przeprowadzone oceny energetyczne. Oceny prezentować będą szczegółowy zakres modernizacji energetycznej budynków.Na terenie gminy nie funkcjonuje scentralizowany system ciepłowniczy, dlatego nie planuje się podłączeń do sieci ciepłowniczejW ramach projektu Wnioskodawca zamierza zorganizować spotkania edukacyjne dla mieszkańców gminy, mające na celu podniesienie świadomości ekologicznej. Na spotkaniach poruszana będzie tematyka związana z racjonalizacją zużycia paliw i energii w kontekście oszczędności zasobów naturalnych, wdrażaniem niskoemisyjnych systemów grzewczych oraz zastosowaniem nowoczesnych technologii termomodernizacji budynków dla poprawy efektywności energetycznej sektora mieszkaniowego, ograniczenie niskiej emisji zanieczyszczeń dzięki wykorzystaniu nowoczesnych urządzeń opartych o paliwa niskoemisyjne i OZE. Ponadto Wnioskodawca wprowadzi system kontroli wymiany i eksploatacji zainstalowanych źródeł ciepła, pozwalający na zbadanie prawidłowości realizowanych inwestycji oraz zgodności z zapisami umów o dofinansowanie. Realizacja przedmiotowego projektu wynika bezpośrednio z zapisów POP dla województwa małopolskiego, uchwały antysmogowej oraz PGN dla Gminy Wojnicz Działanie 18. Rozbieżność czasowa pomiędzy przedmiotowym projektem, a Działaniem 18 PGN nie zakłóci realizacji założonych w PGN celów,a wręcz przeciwnie pozwoli na ich osiągnięcie w większym wymiarze.Planowany efekt ekologiczny projektu. redukcja emisji gazów cieplarnianych: 76,07 redukcja emisji PM10: 99,45 redukcja emisji PM2,5: 98,69 (Polish)

As part of the project, it is planned to replace 50 non-organic heat sources with modern gas boilers 44 pcs. and automatic biomass boilers 6 pcs, with characteristics compliant with the Ecodesign directive, together with the adaptation of internal installations co and cw to work with new heat sources in residential buildings in the Wojnicz Commune. It is also assumed to perform thermomodernisation works in 5 buildings, if indicated by the energy assessments carried out. Evaluations will present a detailed scope of energy modernisation of buildings.The municipality does not operate a centralised district heating system, therefore no connection to the heating network is plannedIn the framework of the project, the Applicant intends to organise educational meetings for the inhabitants of the municipality, aimed at raising environmental awareness. The meetings will discuss topics related to the rationalisation of fuel and energy consumption in the context of saving natural resources, the implementation of low-emission heating systems and the use of modern thermal modernisation technologies of buildings to improve the energy efficiency of the residential sector, reduce low pollutant emissions through the use of modern equipment based on low-carbon fuels and RES. In addition, the Applicant will introduce a system to control the exchange and operation of installed heat sources, allowing to examine the correctness of the implemented investments and compliance with the provisions of the grant agreements. The implementation of this project results directly from the provisions of the POP for the Małopolskie Voivodeship, the anti-smog resolution and the PGN for Wojnicz Action 18. The time gap between the project in question and Measure 18 of the PGN will not interfere with the achievement of the objectives set in the PGN, and, on the contrary, will allow them to be achieved more.The planned environmental effect of the project. 76.07 reduction of PM10 emissions: 99.45 reduction of PM2.5 emissions: 98,69 (English)
