Wnioskodawcą w projekcie jest Gmina Widawa która, jako jednostka samorządu terytorialnego spełnia wymogi kwalifikowalności wynikające z RPO WŁ na lata 2014 – 2020 oraz przedmiotowego konkursu. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie produkcji energii ze źródeł odnawialnych o 1014,86 MWh/rok, pozwalające na redukcję wykorzystania konwencjonalnych źródeł energii i emisji zanieczyszczeń do atmosfery o 499,99 ton równoważnika CO2/rocznie oraz poprawa jakości powietrza w Gminie Widawa. Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje zaprojektowanie oraz prace budowlano-montażowe (instalacyjne) prowadzące do uruchomienia 133 instalacji fotowoltaicznych i wymianie 9 kotłów na kotły pellet (biomasa) w budynkach prywatnych, w zabudowie wolnostojącej. Bezpośrednimi użytkownikami projektu są mieszkańcy Gminy Widawa (133 właścicieli nieruchomości i ich rodziny, szacowana liczba osób to 466) oraz pozostali mieszkańcy Gminy Widawa – 6813 osób jak i (ze względu na trans terytorialny charakter zanieczyszczeń powietrza i skalę ich rozprzestrzeniania) całego powiatu łaskiego. Przedsięwzięcie jest wykonalne pod względem technicznym; technologie wykonania robót, zastosowane materiały będą ogólnie dostępne i znane, a rozwiązania techniczne będą prawidłowe pod względem funkcjonalnym oraz zgodne z obowiązującymi normami prawnymi. W projekcie zastosowano mechanizmy uwzględniające wszystkich użytkowników zgodnie z koncepcją projektowania uniwersalnego. W projekcie zrealizowano opracowanie studium wykonalności i Programu Funkcjonalno-Użytkowego, zadania do realizacji: prace budowlane, inspektor nadzoru, promocja projektu. The applicant in the project is the Widawa Municipality, which, as a local government unit, meets the eligibility requirements resulting from the ROP WŁ for the years 2014-2020 and the competition in question. The aim of the project is to increase the production of energy from renewable sources by 1 014.86 MWh/year, allowing to reduce the use of conventional energy sources and emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere by 499.99 tonnes of CO2-equivalent/year, and to improve air quality in the municipality of Widawa. The material scope of the project includes design and construction and assembly (installation) works leading to the commissioning of 133 photovoltaic installations and the replacement of 9 boilers for pellet boilers (biomass) in private buildings, in detached buildings. The direct users of the project are the residents of Widawa Municipality (133 owners of the property and their families, the estimated number of persons is 466) and the remaining inhabitants of the Widawa Commune — 6813 people and (due to the trans-territorial nature of air pollution and the scale of their spread) of the whole county of grace. The project is technically feasible; the technologies of execution of works, the materials used will be generally available and known, and the technical solutions will be functionally correct and in accordance with applicable legal standards. The project uses mechanisms that take into account all users in accordance with the concept of universal design. The project carried out the development of a feasibility study and a Functional-Use Programme, tasks to be carried out: construction work, supervision inspector, project promotion.
