Przedsięwzięcie obejmujące teren Miasta Ostrołęki, założenia oraz cele wpisują się w PGN dla Miasta Ostrołęki uchwalonego dnia 24 września 2015 roku. Grupą docelową projektu są mieszkańcy woj. mazowieckiego - głównie mieszkańcy Miasta Ostrołęki i Powiatu Ostrołęckiego. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej budynku użyteczności publicznej - Multimedialnego Centrum Natura w Ostrołęce. Założeniami projektu jest: -Efektywne wykorzystanie energii cieplnej oraz poprawa komfortu cieplnego budynku Centrum; -Zmniejszenie rocznego zapotrzebowania na energię cieplną o 57,37 %; -Poprawa jakości powietrza na skutek ograniczenia emisji o 57,37 % CO2 do atmosfery poprzez ograniczenia zużycia energii na skutek odpowiedniej termoizolacji budynku(stropodachu i ścian), wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, montaż witryn, modernizację instalacji elektrycznej, montaż instalacji wentylacji mechanicznej, montaż inst. fotowolt.; -Zmniejszenie rocznych kosztów energii cieplnej w budynku o 4866,97 zł/rok; -Zmniejszenie zapotrzebowania na energię pierwotną; -Redukcja emisji zanieczyszczeń - gazów i pyłów do atmosfery; - Zwiększenie poziomu bezpieczeństwa energetycznego na poziomie lokalnym /Miasto Ostrołęka/; -Poprawa warunków użytkowania obiektu użyteczności publicznej - w Mieście Ostrołęka; - Tworzenie przyjaznej przestrzeni publicznej oraz poprawa estetyki zabudowy miasta; -Wprowadzenie OZE jako alternatywnego źródła energii elektrycznej. Harmonogram rzeczowy Projektu ustalony na podstawie audytu obejmuje: termomodernizację stropodachu i ścian, wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej oraz montaż witryn, modernizacja instalacji elektrycznej oświetleniowej, wyk. instalacji wentylacji mech., instalacji OZE, nadzór inwestorski oraz promocja projektu. Fundacja nie jest zobligowana do stosowania ustawy PZP z dn. 29 stycznia 2004r. W związku z tym wykonawca robót a także jednostka zajmująca się nadzorem wyłonieni zostaną na podstawie zapytań, zgodnie z zasadą konkur (Polish)

The project covering the area of the City of Ostrołęka, the assumptions and objectives are in line with the PGN for the City of Ostrołęka adopted on 24 September 2015. The target group of the project is the inhabitants of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship — mainly residents of the City of Ostrołęka and Ostrołęcki County. The aim of the project is to increase the energy efficiency of the public utility building — Multimedia Natura Centre in Ostrołęka. The objectives of the project are: —Efficient use of thermal energy and improvement of the thermal comfort of the Centre building; —Reduction of annual heat demand by 57.37 %; —Improvement of air quality due to a 57.37 % reduction in CO2 emissions to the atmosphere by reducing energy consumption due to adequate thermal insulation of the building (roof and walls), replacement of window and door joinery, installation of windows, installation of electrical installations, installation of mechanical ventilation systems, installation of photovolts inst.; —Reduction of the annual costs of thermal energy in the building by PLN 4866.97/year; —Reduce primary energy demand; —Reduction of emissions of pollutants — gases and dusts into the atmosphere; — Increase the level of energy security at the local level/City of Ostrołęka/; —Improvement of the conditions of use of the public utility facility — in the City of Ostrołęka; — Creating a friendly public space and improving the aesthetics of the city’s buildings; Introduction of RES as an alternative source of electricity. The material schedule of the Project determined on the basis of the audit shall include: thermo-modernisation of the roof and walls, replacement of window and door joinery and installation of windows, modernisation of the electrical lighting system, installation of moss ventilation, RES installations, investor supervision and project promotion. The Foundation is not obligated to apply the PZP Act of dn. 29 January 2004 Therefore, the contractor and the supervisory body will be selected on the basis of queries, in accordance with the principle of competition (English)
