Przedmiotem realizacji projektu jest termomodernizacja częściowa 10 budynków jednorodzinnych oraz termomodernizacja pełna 5 budynków jednorodzinnych wraz z wymianą źródła ciepła na mniej emisyjne. Działania te pozwolą na zmniejszenie energochłonności budynków oraz znaczną poprawę jakości powietrza na terenie gminy Suchań Realizacja projektu przyczynią się do osiągnięcia celu szczegółowego działania: Zmniejszona energochłonność budynków mieszkalnych. Wnioskodawca planuje rozpoczęcie realizacje projektu 01 września 2022 r. W okresie od 15.09.2022 na terenie gminy Suchan prowadzony będzie nabór wniosków (ciągły) o powierzenie grantu na termomodernizację budynków jednorodzinnych na terenie gminy Suchań. Przedmiotowy projekt ma charakter stacjonarny jednak po podpisaniu umów o powierzenie grantu z osobami fizycznymi możliwe będzie określenie lokalizacji prowadzonych działań. (Polish)

The subject of the project is thermomodernisation of 10 single-family buildings and thermomodernisation full of 5 single-family buildings together with replacement of heat source for less emission. These actions will reduce the energy intensity of buildings and significantly improve air quality in the municipality of Suchań The implementation of the project will contribute to the achievement of the specific objective of the action: Reduced energy intensity of residential buildings. The applicant plans to start the implementation of the project on 01 September 2022. In the period from 15.09.2022, applications (continuous) for the award of a grant for thermal modernisation of single-family buildings in the municipality of Suchan will be conducted in the Suchan commune. This project is stationary, however, after signing grant agreements with natural persons, it will be possible to determine the location of the activities carried out. (English)
