Projekt realizowany będzie głównie na terenie Gminy Baruchowo (województwo kujawsko-pomorskie, powiat włocławski, obszar LSR). Celem projektu jest aktywizacja społeczno - zawodowa 16 osób, którzy zamieszkują teren Gminy Baruchowo. W projekcie uczestniczyć będą osoby, które pozostają bez pracy, ale chcą podnieść swoje kwalifikacje zawodowe. Projekt realizowany będzie przez 10 miesięcy. Grupą docelową są kobiety i mężczyźni zagrożeni ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym w wieku produkcyjnym, którzy stale pozbawieni są pracy, bierni zawodowo oraz z niskim poziomem kwalifikacji, jednak chcą zmienić swoje życie poprzez zdobycie nowych umiejętności. W ramach projektu zaplanowano kursy i szkolenia, a osoby uczestniczące w projekcie po zdobyciu nowych kwalifikacji będą mogły odbyć płatny staż pracy, który realizowany będzie przez okres 4 miesięcy z możliwością zatrudnienia. Projekt jest odpowiedzią na poziom bezrobocia w gminie Baruchowo. Projekt zapisany jest w Program Rewitalizacji Gminy Baruchowo na lata 2017-2023. Wartość projektu 156 133,80 zł. (Polish)

The project will be implemented mainly in the Baruchowo Commune (Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship, Włocławski District, LSR area). The aim of the project is the social and professional activation of 16 people who live in the Baruchowo Commune. The project will involve people who are unemployed but want to improve their professional qualifications. The project will be implemented for 10 months. The target group is women and men at risk of poverty and social exclusion of working age who are constantly deprived of work, inactive and with a low level of qualifications, but want to change their lives by acquiring new skills. As part of the project, courses and trainings are planned, and people participating in the project after gaining new qualifications will be able to complete a paid seniority, which will be carried out for a period of 4 months with the possibility of employment. The project is a response to the level of unemployment in the municipality of Baruchowo. The project is part of the Baruchowo Municipality Revitalisation Program for 2017-2023. The value of the project is PLN 156 133.80. (English)
