Cel główny projektu: Poprawiona dostępność i jakość usług społecznych dla 50 osób (35K, 15M) wykluczonych lub zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym z Gminy Łuków poprzez wsparcie dla tworzenia/ funkcjonowania placówek świadczących usługi społeczne w społeczności lokalnej w formie Klubu Seniora do 30.11.2023 r. Główne rezultaty: Liczba wspartych w programie miejsc świadczenia usług społecznych istniejących po zakończeniu projektu –50 Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym objętych usługami społecznymi świadczonymi w interesie ogólnym w programie – 50 Grupa docelowa: Projekt skierowany jest do 50 os (35K i 15M) wykluczonych, lub zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecz, (jako najb potrz kompleksowego wsparcia zg. z diagn), które spełniają warunki: -są mieszkańcami Gminy Łuków - mają ukończone 60 lat Klub Seniora będzie miejscem spotkań osób starszych, w nieformalnej atmosferze, z jak największym spontanicznym zaangażowaniem samych seniorów (uczestnicy kluby podejmują odpowiedzialność/decyzyjność w sprawach klubu). Działania klubu będą integrować seniorów i wspierać aktywność osób starszych, ale przede wszystkim zapewniać im dobre towarzystwo, w pobliżu miejsca zamieszkania. Klub pozwoli na kształtowanie wśród seniorów nawyków do czynnego, kreatywnego spędzania wolnego czasu, rozwoju umiejętności, nauki radzenia sobie w nowych sytuacjach oraz dostosowania się do realiów obecnego świata. Uczestnicy mogą spędzać czas w klubie lub brać udział w wybranych zajęciach/aktywnościach. Main objective of the project: Improved accessibility and quality of social services for 50 people (35K, 15M) excluded or at risk of poverty and social exclusion from the Luków Commune by supporting the creation/functioning of social services in the local community in the form of a Senior Club by 30.11.2023. Main results: Number of social service providers supported by the programme at the end of the project — 50 Number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion covered by social services of general interest in the programme — 50 Target group: The project is aimed at 50 people (35K and 15M) excluded, or at risk of poverty and social exclusion, (as the most part of comprehensive support according to diagn), which meet the following conditions: they are residents of the Municipality of Łuków — they are over 60 years old, the Senior Club will be a meeting place for older people, in an informal atmosphere, with the greatest possible spontaneous involvement of the seniors themselves (the participants of the clubs take responsibility/decision in the matters of the club). The activities of the club will integrate seniors and support the activity of the elderly, but above all, provide them with good company, near their place of residence. The club will allow you to develop habits among seniors for active, creative leisure, development of skills, learning to cope with new situations and adapt to the realities of the current world. Participants can spend time at the club or take part in selected activities/activities.
