Die folgenden Tätigkeiten werden im Rahmen der Beratungsdienste durchgeführt, die zur Vorbereitung des Geschäftsmodells der Internationalisierung führen: Analyse des Potenzials des Unternehmens im Bereich der Internationalisierung, Festlegung der Ziele des Unternehmens im Bereich der Internationalisierung, Ermittlung von Zielmärkten, Ermittlung potenzieller Auftragnehmer, Entwicklung des Konzepts des Eintritts in ausländische Märkte, Ermittlung von Initiativen zur Unterstützung der Verwirklichung der im Bereich der Internationalisierung festgelegten Ziele, Ermittlung der wirksamsten Instrumente und Methoden der Vermarktung und Förderung, Ausarbeitung von Empfehlungen für die Umstrukturierung des Unternehmens und Vorbereitung auf die Exporttätigkeit; Ermittlung möglicher Außenfinanzierungsquellen für Exporttätigkeiten, Entwicklung von Strategien für das Exportrisikomanagement, Berechnung der Kostenwirksamkeit der Umsetzung des vorgeschlagenen Geschäftsmodells, Erstellung eines ersten Zeitplans und Kostenvoranschlags für die Umsetzung des vorgeschlagenen Geschäftsmodells, Festlegung spezifischer Ziele, aus denen die Fortschritte bei der Umsetzung des Geschäftsmodells, ihre Messung und die Verantwortung für die Erreichung dieser Ziele hervorgehen. De volgende activiteiten zullen worden uitgevoerd als onderdeel van de adviesdiensten die leiden tot de voorbereiding van het bedrijfsmodel van internationalisering: analyse van het potentieel van de onderneming op het gebied van internationalisering, definitie van de doelstellingen van de onderneming op het gebied van internationalisering, identificatie van doelmarkten, identificatie van potentiële aannemers, ontwikkeling van het concept van toegang tot buitenlandse markten, identificatie van initiatieven ter ondersteuning van de verwezenlijking van de doelstellingen op het gebied van internationalisering, identificatie van de meest doeltreffende instrumenten en methoden voor marketing en promotie, voorbereiding van aanbevelingen voor reorganisatie van de onderneming en voorbereiding op exportactiviteiten; het identificeren van mogelijke bronnen van externe financiering voor exportactiviteiten, het ontwikkelen van strategieën voor het beheer van exportrisico’s, het berekenen van de kosteneffectiviteit van de uitvoering van het voorgestelde bedrijfsmodel, het opstellen van een eerste tijdschema en een kostenraming voor de uitvoering van het voorgestelde bedrijfsmodel, het vaststellen van specifieke doelstellingen die de voortgang van de tenuitvoerlegging van het bedrijfsmodel aantonen, de wijze waarop deze moeten worden gemeten en de verantwoordelijkheid om deze doelstellingen te bereiken. Nell'ambito dei servizi di consulenza che porteranno alla preparazione del modello di business dell'internazionalizzazione saranno realizzate le seguenti attività: analisi del potenziale dell'azienda nel campo dell'internazionalizzazione, definizione degli obiettivi aziendali nel campo dell'internazionalizzazione, individuazione dei mercati di riferimento, individuazione dei potenziali appaltatori, sviluppo del concetto di ingresso nei mercati esteri, individuazione di iniziative a sostegno del raggiungimento degli obiettivi fissati nel campo dell'internazionalizzazione, individuazione degli strumenti e delle modalità più efficaci di marketing e promozione, preparazione di raccomandazioni per la riorganizzazione dell'impresa e preparazione all'attività di esportazione, individuare possibili fonti di finanziamento esterno per le attività di esportazione, sviluppare strategie di gestione del rischio di esportazione, calcolare l'efficacia in termini di costi dell'attuazione del modello di business proposto, preparare un calendario iniziale e una stima dei costi per l'attuazione del modello di business proposto, definire obiettivi specifici che illustrino i progressi compiuti nell'attuazione del modello aziendale, come misurarli e la responsabilità di conseguire tali obiettivi.
