W ramach projektu planuje się przebudowę istniejącego budynku usługowomieszkalnego wraz z instalacjami wewnętrznymi c.o., wodkan, elektryczną, gazową, klimatyzacyjną, zewnętrzną instalacją kanalizacji sanitarnej, przyłączem wody, rozbiórką budynku gospodarczego, rozbiórką tarasu, budową schodów zewnętrznych, budową pochylni i podestu dla niepełnosprawnych, wykonanie balustrad oraz budową zbiornika bezodpływowego na nieczystości ciekłe. Przebudowie ulegną również niektóre ściany wewnętrzne, wybudowana zostanie wewnętrzna żelbetowa klatka schodowa, poddasze nieużytkowe zostanie zaadoptowane na pomieszczenia biurowe, socjalne i sanitarne. Wykonana zostanie wymiana pokrycia dachu wraz z wymianą części więźby dachowej, ocieplenia połaci dachowych. Ponadto planuje się wykonanie od strony południowej i częściowo północnej działki utworzenia terenu z pokryciem go kostką brukową, wyprofilowanie pozostałego terenu wraz z wycinką krzewów i obsianie trawą zgodnie z projektem budowlanym. Dzięki realizacji projektu część budynku przeznaczona zostanie na cele społeczne. Cały obiekt z wyłączeniem powierzchni mieszkaniowej i komercyjnej wraz z korytarzem i łazienką oraz pomieszczenie sołtysa, pomieszczenie rady sołeckiej i części pomieszczeń wspólnych poddasza został uwzględniony we WOPP i tym samym stanowi koszt kwalifikowany projektu. As part of the project, it is planned to reconstruct the existing residential service building together with internal installations c.o.o., water, water, electricity, gas, air-conditioning, external sanitary sewer installation, water connection, demolition of the farm building, demolition of the terrace, construction of external stairs, construction of a slipway and a platform for the disabled, the construction of railings and the construction of a drain-free tank on liquid impurities. Some internal walls will also be reconstructed, an internal reinforced concrete staircase will be built, non-useable attic will be adapted to office, social and sanitary rooms. The replacement of the roof covering will be made with the replacement of the part of the roof truss, the warming of the roof slabs. In addition, it is planned to create a land with paving stone covering it on the south and partly northern side, contouring the remaining area together with cutting bushes and planting grass in accordance with the construction project. Thanks to the implementation of the project, part of the building will be dedicated to social purposes. The entire facility, excluding residential and commercial space, along with a corridor and bathroom, as well as the room of the chieftain, the room of the council council and parts of the common areas of the attic was included in the WoPP and thus constitutes the eligible cost of the project.
