Przedmiotem projektu jest realizacja wsparcia doradczego dotyczącego pobudzania transferu technologii, budowania sieci kontaktów gospodarczych i naukowych oraz komercjalizacji wyników prowadzonych prac B+R w firmie Instytut Nowych Materiałów i Technologii (INMiT). Instytut dysponuje technologią wytwarzania wzbogaconych w azot węgli aktywnych stosowalnych jako materiał elektrodowy w nowych rodzajach źródeł energii elektrycznej jak ogniwa paliwowe i baterie metal-powietrze. Wnioskodawca dysponuje profesjonalnie wykonaną oceną poziomu gotowości technologicznej (IV), wyceną wartości technologii oraz analizą patentową. INMiT poszukuje doradztwa w zakresie budowania i utrzymywania sieci powiązań między środowiskiem naukowym, a otoczeniem gospodarczym, które umożliwi wzrost rozpoznawalności w środowisku biznesowym, zwiększenie zainteresowania przeprowadzanymi projektami B+R oraz przyczyni się do nawiązania współpracy z jednostkami naukowymi, partnerami technologicznymi, potencjalnymi dystrybutorami oraz inwestorami. Dzięki rozszerzeniu sieci kontaktów poprzez odbyte spotkania z partnerami technologicznymi, przedstawicielami środowiska naukowego i gospodarczego, nastąpi usprawnienie oraz profesjonalizacja procesu transferu i komercjalizacji wyników prac B+R Wnioskodawcy. Przedstawienie rezultatów prac B+R podczas spotkań oraz prezentacji przyczyni się do wymiany wiedzy i doświadczeń pomiędzy podmiotami zainteresowanymi komercjalizacją efektów prac B+R, co przyczyni się do profesjonalizacji działań Instytutu Nowych Materiałów i Technologii oraz pobudzenia szeroko pojętego rynku nowych technologii. Projekt przewiduje również realizację działań wspierającą INMiT w kwestii zawierania umów dotyczących kooperacji, współpracy badawczo-rozwojowej, licencji oraz przeniesienia autorskich praw majątkowych, co wzmocni bezpieczeństwo własności intelektualnej w firmie oraz obniży ryzyko pojawienia się nieściągalnych należności. The subject of the project is the implementation of advisory support concerning the stimulation of technology transfer, networking of economic and scientific contacts and commercialisation of R & D results at the Institute of New Materials and Technology (INMiT). The Institute has the technology of producing nitrogen-enriched active carbons suitable as an electrode material in new types of electricity sources such as fuel cells and metal-air batteries. The applicant has a professional assessment of the level of technological readiness (IV), a valuation of the value of the technology and a patent analysis. INMiT is looking for advice on building and maintaining a network of links between the scientific community and the economic environment, which will increase recognition in the business environment, increase interest in R & D projects carried out and contribute to establishing cooperation with scientific entities, technological partners, potential distributors and investors. Thanks to the broadening of the network through meetings with technological partners, representatives of the scientific and economic community, the process of transfer and commercialisation of the applicant’s R & D results will be streamlined and professionalised. Presenting the results of R & D during meetings and presentations will contribute to the exchange of knowledge and experience between stakeholders interested in the commercialisation of R & D effects, which will contribute to the professionalisation of the activities of the Institute of New Materials and Technology and to stimulate the broadly understood market of new technologies. The project also provides for the implementation of activities supporting INMiT in terms of cooperation agreements, R & D cooperation, licensing and transfer of copyrights, which will strengthen the security of intellectual property in the company and reduce the risk of irrecoverable receivables. Le projet a pour objet la mise en œuvre d’un soutien consultatif sur la stimulation du transfert de technologie, l’établissement d’un réseau de contacts économiques et scientifiques et la commercialisation des résultats des travaux de R & D menés à l’Institut des nouveaux matériaux et technologies (Inmit). L’Institut dispose d’une technologie pour la production de carbones actifs enrichis en azote utilisés comme matériau d’électrode dans de nouveaux types de sources d’électricité telles que les piles à combustible et les batteries métal-air. Le demandeur doit faire l’objet d’une évaluation professionnelle du TRL (IV), d’une évaluation de la valeur de la technologie et d’une analyse du brevet. Inmit est à la recherche de conseils dans le domaine de la construction et du maintien d’un réseau de liens entre la communauté scientifique et l’environnement économique, qui permettra une plus grande reconnaissance dans l’environnement des entreprises, augmentera l’intérêt pour les projets de R & D menés et contribuera à l’établissement d’une coopération avec les unités scientifiques, les partenaires technologiques, les distributeurs potentiels et les investisseurs. Gegenstand des Projekts ist die Durchführung von Beratungsleistungen für die Förderung des Technologietransfers, den Aufbau eines Netzes wirtschaftlicher und wissenschaftlicher Kontakte und die Vermarktung der Ergebnisse der F & E-Arbeiten, die am Institut für Neue Werkstoffe und Technologie (Inmit) durchgeführt werden. Das Institut verfügt über eine Technologie zur Herstellung von stickstoffangereicherten Aktivkohlen, die als Elektrodenmaterial in neuen Arten von Stromquellen wie Brennstoffzellen und Metall-Luftbatterien eingesetzt werden. Der Anmelder muss über eine professionelle TRL-Bewertung, eine Bewertung des Technologiewerts und eine Patentanalyse verfügen. Inmit sucht Beratung im Bereich des Aufbaus und der Pflege eines Netzwerks von Verbindungen zwischen der Wissenschaft und dem wirtschaftlichen Umfeld, das eine stärkere Anerkennung im Unternehmensumfeld ermöglicht, das Interesse an den durchgeführten F & E-Projekten erhöht und zur Zusammenarbeit mit wissenschaftlichen Einheiten, technologischen Partnern, potenziellen Vertriebspartnern und Investoren beitragen wird. Die Präsentation der Ergebnisse der FuE-Arbeit in Sitzungen und Präsentationen wird zum Austausch von Wissen und Erfahrungen zwischen Einrichtungen beitragen, die an der Kommerzialisierung der Ergebnisse der FuE-Arbeit interessiert sind, was zur Professionalisierung der Tätigkeiten des Instituts für Neue Werkstoffe und Technologien und zur Förderung des breiteren Marktes für neue Technologien beitragen wird. Das Projekt sieht auch die Durchführung von Aktivitäten zur Unterstützung von Inmit im Hinblick auf den Abschluss von Kooperationsvereinbarungen, FuE-Zusammenarbeit, Lizenzen und Übertragung von Urheberrechten vor, die die Sicherheit des geistigen Eigentums im Unternehmen stärken und das Risiko uneinbringlicher Forderungen verringern. Het doel van het project is de tenuitvoerlegging van adviserende steun voor het stimuleren van technologieoverdracht, het opbouwen van een netwerk van economische en wetenschappelijke contacten en het commercialiseren van de resultaten van de O & O-werkzaamheden van het Instituut voor nieuwe materialen en technologie (Inmit). Het Instituut beschikt over een technologie voor de productie van met stikstof verrijkte actieve koolstof die als elektrodemateriaal wordt gebruikt in nieuwe soorten elektriciteitsbronnen zoals brandstofcellen en metaalluchtbatterijen. De aanvrager moet beschikken over een professionele TRL (IV) beoordeling, een waardering van de waarde van de technologie en een octrooianalyse. Inmit is op zoek naar advies op het gebied van het opbouwen en onderhouden van een netwerk van banden tussen de wetenschappelijke gemeenschap en de economische omgeving, dat een grotere erkenning in het ondernemingsklimaat mogelijk zal maken, de belangstelling voor de uitgevoerde O & O-projecten zal vergroten en zal bijdragen tot de totstandbrenging van samenwerking met wetenschappelijke eenheden, technologische partners, potentiële distributeurs en investeerders. Oggetto del progetto è l'attuazione di consulenza per stimolare il trasferimento tecnologico, costruire una rete di contatti economici e scientifici e commercializzare i risultati del lavoro di R & S svolto presso l'Istituto di nuovi materiali e tecnologie (Inmit). L'Istituto dispone di una tecnologia per la produzione di carboni attivi arricchiti di azoto utilizzati come materiale elettrodo in nuovi tipi di fonti di energia elettrica come le celle a combustibile e le batterie ad aria metallica. Il richiedente deve disporre di una valutazione TRL (IV) professionale, di una valutazione del valore della tecnologia e di un'analisi brevettuale. Inmit è alla ricerca di consulenza nel campo della costruzione e del mantenimento di una rete di collegamenti tra la comunità scientifica e l'ambiente economico, che consentirà un maggiore riconoscimento nel contesto imprenditoriale, aumenterà l'interesse per i progetti di R & S condotti e contribuirà a instaurare una cooperazione con le unità scientifiche, i partner tecnologici, i potenziali distributori e gli investitori. El objeto del proyecto es la implementación de un apoyo consultivo para estimular la transferencia de tecnología, construir una red de contactos económicos y científicos y comercializar los resultados de los trabajos de I+D llevados a cabo en el Instituto de Nuevos Materiales y Tecnología (Inmit). El Instituto cuenta con una tecnología para la producción de carbonos activos enriquecidos con nitrógeno utilizados como material de electrodo en nuevos tipos de fuentes de electricidad, como pilas de combustible y baterías metal-aire. El solicitante deberá disponer de una evaluación profesional del TRL (IV), una valoración del valor de la tecnología y un análisis de patentes. Inmit busca asesoramiento en el ámbito de la construcción y el mantenimiento de una red de vínculos entre la comunidad científica y el entorno económico, que permitirá un mayor reconocimiento en el entorno empresarial, incrementará el interés en los proyectos de I+D llevados a cabo y contribuirá a establecer la cooperación con unidades científicas, socios tecnológicos, distribuidores potenciales e inversores. Mediante la ampliación de la red de contactos mediante reuniones celebradas con socios tecnológicos, representantes de la comunidad científica y económica, se racionalizará y profesionalizará el proceso de transferencia y comercialización de los resultados del trabajo de I+D del solicitante. La presentación de los resultados del trabajo de I+D durante las reuniones y presentaciones contribuirá al intercambio de conocimientos y experiencias entre las entidades interesadas en comercializar los resultados del trabajo de I+D, lo que contribuirá a la profesionalización de las actividades del Instituto de Nuevos Materiales y Tecnología y a estimular el mercado más amplio de las nuevas tecnologías.
