Przedmiotem projektu jest inwestycja początkowa, polegająca na dywersyfikacji produkcji Zakładu Produkcyjno- Usługowego Rafał Chamarczuk. W ramach realizacji projektu powiększona zostanie powierzchnia produkcyjna poprzez budowę hali produkcyjnej, co pozwoli na zakup środków trwałych, umożliwiających kompleksowe wyposażenie zakładu. Wnioskodawca, dzięki pozyskanemu wsparciu oraz inwestycji prywatnej wdroży do przedsiębiorstwa innowacyjną usługę wytwarzania pelletu z wilgotnego materiału wsadowego o wilgotności do 50%. Realizacja projektu umożliwi udoskonalenie procesu produkcji pryzmy, wdrożenie nowego produktu jakim będzie gama pelletu, a także poprawę organizacji pracy przedsiębiorstwa, dzięki wdrożeniu innowacji nietechnologicznej. Inwestycja realizowana w terminie 01.04.2019- 31.12.2020 obejmie 3 zadania:1. Budowę hali produkcyjnej.2. Zakup środków trwałych. 3. Zakup wartości niematerialnych i prawnych.Do efektów rzeczowych projektu należą:- Liczba przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących wsparcie - 1 szt.- Liczba przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących dotacje - 1 szt.- Inwestycje prywatne uzupełniające wsparcie publiczne dla przedsiębiorstw- 680 940,00 zł- Liczba przedsiębiorstw objętych wsparciem w celu wprowadzenia produktów nowych dla firmy - 1 szt.- Liczba przedsiębiorstw objętych wsparciem w celu wprowadzenia produktów nowych dla rynku - 1 szt.- Liczba zakupionych ŚT- 3 szt.- Liczba nabytych WNIP- 1 szt.W ramach projektu nastąpi zakup:1) ŚT:- linia peletująca- 1 szt,- trak tartaczny- 1 szt,- długopis cyfrowy- 1 szt..2) WNiP:- oprogramowanie do digitalizacji danych obsługujące długopis cyfrowy - 1 szt. The subject of the project is an initial investment consisting of diversifying the production of the Production and Service Plant Rafał Chamarczuk. As part of the implementation of the project, the production area will be enlarged through the construction of a production hall, which will allow for the purchase of fixed assets enabling comprehensive equipment of the plant. The applicant, thanks to the support obtained and private investment, will implement to the company an innovative service for the production of pellets from damp input material with a moisture content of up to 50 %. Implementation of the project will make it possible to improve the process of prism production, implement a new product, which will be a range of pellets, as well as improve the organisation of the work of the company, thanks to the implementation of non-technological innovation. The investment carried out between 01.04.2019-31.12.2020 will cover 3 tasks:1. Construction of a production hall.2. Purchase of fixed assets. 3. Purchase of intangible assets.The material effects of the project include:- Number of enterprises receiving support – 1 pcs- Number of enterprises receiving grants – 1 piece- Private investment complementing public support for enterprises- PLN 680 940.00- Number of enterprises supported to introduce new products for the company – 1 pcs- Number of enterprises supported to introduce new products for the market – 1 pcs- Number of purchased TA-3- Number of purchased TIN – 1 pcs.- sawmill- 1 pcs,- digital pen- 1 pcs..2) WNiP:- data digitisation software supporting digital pen – 1 pcs. Le projet a pour objet un investissement initial consistant à diversifier la production de l’usine de production et de service Rafał Chamarczuk. Dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre du projet, la zone de production sera agrandie par la construction d’un hall de production, ce qui permettra l’achat d’immobilisations permettant l’équipement complet de l’usine. La requérante, grâce au soutien obtenu et à l’investissement privé, mettra en œuvre à l’entreprise un service innovant pour la production de granulés à partir d’intrants humides d’une teneur en humidité allant jusqu’à 50 %. La mise en œuvre du projet permettra d’améliorer le processus de production de prismes, de mettre en œuvre un nouveau produit, qui sera une gamme de pellets, ainsi que d’améliorer l’organisation du travail de l’entreprise, grâce à la mise en œuvre de l’innovation non technologique. Les investissements réalisés entre le 1er avril 2019 et le 31 décembre 2020 couvriront trois tâches: 1. Construction d’une salle de production.2. Achat d’actifs immobilisés. 3. Gegenstand des Projekts ist eine erste Investition in die Diversifizierung der Produktion des Produktions- und Servicewerks Rafał Chamarczuk. Im Rahmen der Projektdurchführung wird die Produktionsfläche durch den Bau einer Produktionshalle erweitert, die den Erwerb von Anlagegütern ermöglicht, die eine umfassende Ausstattung der Anlage ermöglichen. Der Antragsteller wird dank der erhaltenen Unterstützung und der privaten Investitionen dem Unternehmen einen innovativen Service für die Herstellung von Pellets aus feuchtem Ausgangsmaterial mit einem Feuchtigkeitsgehalt von bis zu 50 % anbieten. Die Durchführung des Projekts wird es ermöglichen, den Prozess der Prismenproduktion zu verbessern, ein neues Produkt zu implementieren, das eine Reihe von Pellets sein wird, sowie die Organisation der Arbeit des Unternehmens dank der Einführung nichttechnologischer Innovationen zu verbessern. Die zwischen dem 01.04.2019 und dem 31.12.2020 getätigten Investitionen betreffen drei Aufgaben:1. Bau einer Produktionshalle.2. Erwerb von Anlagegütern. 3. Het doel van het project is een initiële investering die bestaat in het diversifiëren van de productie- en dienstcentrale Rafał Chamarczuk. In het kader van de uitvoering van het project zal het productiegebied worden uitgebreid door de bouw van een productiehal, die de aankoop mogelijk maakt van vaste activa die de volledige uitrusting van de fabriek mogelijk maken. Oggetto del progetto è un investimento iniziale consistente nella diversificazione della produzione dell'impianto di produzione e di servizio Rafał Chamarczuk. El objeto del proyecto es una inversión inicial consistente en diversificar la producción de la planta de producción y servicio Rafał Chamarczuk. Como parte de la ejecución del proyecto, la zona de producción se ampliará mediante la construcción de una sala de producción, que permitirá la adquisición de activos fijos que permitan el equipamiento integral de la planta.
