Celem projektu jest podniesienie aktywności zawodowej, edukacyjnej i społecznej 134 osób (81K, 53M) z grupy NEET z woj. łódzkiego prowadzące do zdobycia przez nich zatrudnienia, poprzez realizację indywidualnie dobranych, kompleksowych ścieżek wsparcia w okresie 01.02.2016-31.07.2018 (wsparcie dla każdego uczestnika trwa do 5 m-cy). Uczestnikami projektu są osoby młode, w tym niepełnosprawne, w wieku 15-29 lat bez pracy, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu - tzw. młodzież NEET, w tym w szczególności osoby niezarejestrowane w urzędach pracy. Grupę docelową stanowią: - 41 osób w wieku 18-24 lat - min. 30% - 108 osób biernych zawodowo - 80% - 26 osób bezrobotnych (20%), w tym 11 os. długotrwale - 41 osób o niskich kwalifikacjach (30%) - 7 osób niepełnosprawnych (5%) - 81 kobiet (60%) Rezultat, czyli podniesienie aktywności zawodowej i społecznej uczestników prowadzące do zatrudnienia zostanie osiągnięty dzięki realizacji następujących zadań: 1. Diagnoza potrzeb osób młodych pozostających bez zatrudnienia oraz możliwości w zakresie doskonalenia zawodowego 2. Poradnictwo zawodowe w zakresie planowania rozwoju kariery zawodowej (IPD) 3. The aim of the project is to increase the professional, educational and social activity of 134 people (81K, 53M) from NEET group from the Łódź Voivodeship leading to employment, through the implementation of individually selected, comprehensive support paths in the period 01.02.2016-31.07.2018 (support for each participant lasts up to 5 m). Participants of the project are young people, including disabled people, aged 15-29 without a job, who do not participate in education and training – so-called NEETs, including in particular those who are not registered in employment offices. The target group shall be: — 41 people aged 18-24 – min. 30 % – 108 inactive persons – 80 % – 26 unemployed (20 %), including 11 long-term people – 41 low-skilled people (30 %) – 7 people with disabilities (5 %) – 81 women (60 %) The result, i.e. increasing the participation of participants leading to employment will be achieved through the following tasks: 1. Diagnosis of the needs of young people who are unemployed and opportunities for vocational training 2. Career Planning (IPD) 3. Modular training in modern sales techniques. 4. E-learning training 5. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître l’activité professionnelle, éducative et sociale de 134 personnes (81K, 53M) du groupe NEET de la voïvodie de Łódź menant à leur emploi, grâce à la mise en œuvre de parcours de soutien sélectionnés individuellement et complets au cours de la période allant du 1er février 2016 au 31 juillet 2018 (le soutien pour chaque participant dure jusqu’à 5 mois). Les participants au projet sont les jeunes, y compris les personnes handicapées âgées de 15 à 29 ans sans emploi, qui ne participent pas à l’éducation et à la formation — ce que l’on appelle les NEET, notamment ceux qui ne sont pas enregistrés auprès des bureaux de l’emploi. Le groupe cible est: — 41 personnes âgées de 18 à 24 ans — 30 % min. — 108 personnes inactives — 80 % — 26 chômeurs (20 %), dont 11 à long terme — 41 personnes peu qualifiées (30 %) — 7 personnes handicapées (5 %) — 81 femmes (60 %) Le résultat, c’est-à-dire l’augmentation de la participation au travail et à la participation sociale conduisant à l’emploi, sera réalisé grâce aux tâches suivantes: 1. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die berufliche, pädagogische und soziale Aktivität von 134 Personen (81K, 53M) der NEET-Gruppe aus der Woiwodschaft Łódź durch die Umsetzung individuell ausgewählter, umfassender Förderpfade im Zeitraum 01.02.2016-31.07.2018 (die Unterstützung für jeden Teilnehmer dauert bis zu 5 Monate) zu erhöhen. Teilnehmer des Projekts sind junge Menschen, einschließlich behinderter Menschen im Alter von 15 bis 29 Jahren ohne Arbeit, die nicht an der allgemeinen und beruflichen Bildung teilnehmen – sogenannte NEETs, insbesondere solche, die nicht bei Arbeitsämtern registriert sind. Die Zielgruppe ist: — 41 Personen im Alter von 18-24 Jahren – min. 30 % – 108 Nichterwerbstätige – 80 % – 26 Arbeitslose (20 %), davon 11 langfristig – 41 Geringqualifizierte (30 %) – 7 Menschen mit Behinderungen (5 %) – 81 Frauen (60 %) Das Ergebnis, d. h. die Erhöhung der Erwerbsbeteiligung und die soziale Teilhabe, die zur Beschäftigung führt, werden durch folgende Aufgaben erreicht: 1. Het doel van het project is om de professionele, educatieve en sociale activiteit van 134 mensen (81K, 53M) van de NEET-groep uit het Łódź-woiwodschap uit te breiden door middel van de implementatie van individueel geselecteerde, uitgebreide ondersteuningstrajecten in de periode 01.02.2016-31.07.2018 (steun voor elke deelnemer duurt maximaal 5 maanden). Deelnemers aan het project zijn jongeren, met inbegrip van personen met een handicap van 15-29 jaar zonder baan, die niet deelnemen aan onderwijs en opleiding — zogenaamde NEET’s — met inbegrip van jongeren die niet zijn ingeschreven bij arbeidsbureaus. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di aumentare l'attività professionale, educativa e sociale di 134 persone (81K, 53M) del gruppo NEET del voivodato di Łódź portando alla loro occupazione, attraverso l'attuazione di percorsi di supporto selezionati individualmente e completi nel periodo 01.02.2016-31.07.2018 (il sostegno per ciascun partecipante dura fino a 5 mesi). Partecipanti al progetto sono i giovani, compresi i disabili di età compresa tra i 15 e i 29 anni senza lavoro, che non partecipano all'istruzione e alla formazione — i cosiddetti NEET, compresi in particolare quelli che non sono iscritti presso gli uffici di collocamento. Il gruppo destinatario è: — 41 persone di età compresa tra 18 e 24 anni — min. 30 % — 108 persone inattive — 80 % — 26 disoccupati (20 %), di cui 11 a lungo termine — 41 scarsamente qualificate (30 %) — 7 persone con disabilità (5 %) — 81 donne (60 %) Il risultato, ossia una maggiore partecipazione al lavoro e alla partecipazione sociale che porta all'occupazione, sarà raggiunto attraverso i seguenti compiti: 1. El objetivo del proyecto es aumentar la actividad profesional, educativa y social de 134 personas (81K, 53M) del grupo de ninis del voivodato de Łódz que conduce a su empleo, a través de la implementación de vías de apoyo integrales y seleccionadas individualmente en el período 01.02.2016-31.07.2018 (la ayuda para cada participante dura hasta 5 meses). Los participantes en el proyecto son jóvenes, incluidas las personas con discapacidad de 15 a 29 años sin empleo, que no participan en la educación y la formación, los denominados ninis, en particular los que no están inscritos en las oficinas de empleo.
