Проект "Областен информационен център Сливен" има за своя обща цел да осигури ефективното функциониране на Центъра и с това да надгради познаваемостта сред обществото за европейската политика на сближаване, възможностите за финансиране, както и постигнатите резултати по проекти, съфинансирани от фондовете на ЕС. Екипът на ОИЦ ще работи за повишаване на прозрачността при изпълнението на програмите, като гради широко обществено доверие и подпомага прилагането на интегрирания териториален подход на територията на област Сливен. Основната дейност на проекта е свързана с осигуряване на функционирането на ОИЦ Сливен в периода 2022-2023г. Експертите в центъра ще продължат да предоставят безплатно информация на потенциалните бенефициенти за възможностите за кандидатстване по оперативните програми. Ще бъдат организирани минимум 22 информационни събития на територията на областта - събития по общини, за различни целеви групи, за представители на местни и регионални медии и участие на ОИЦ Сливен в две общи информационни кампании на Мрежата. Ще бъдат разработени и разпространени печатни информационни материали, както и ще се подпомага прилагането на новия интегриран териториален подход. За екипа на Областен информационен център Сливен водеща ще бъде ролята за прилагането на хоризонталните принципи: партньорство, насърчаване на равенството между мъжете и жените и недопускане на дискриминация, както и устойчиво развитие. Изпълнението на проекта ще допринесе за постигане целите на Националната комуникационна стратегия на РБългария за периода 2014-2020 година, както и на Споразумението за партньорство чрез Специфична цел 3 на Приоритетна ос: 4 „Техническа помощ за управлението на ЕСИФ“ на ОП „Добро управление“ 2014-2020. The project “Regional Information Centre Sliven” has as its common objective to ensure the effective functioning of the Centre and thus to build on the knowledge among society about European cohesion policy, funding opportunities, as well as the achieved results of projects co-financed by EU funds. The team of the EIC will work to increase transparency in the implementation of the programmes by building broad public trust and supporting the implementation of the integrated territorial approach on the territory of the Sliven region. The main activity of the project is related to ensuring the functioning of OIC Sliven in the period 2022-2023. The experts at the centre will continue to provide information free of charge to potential beneficiaries about the possibilities of applying for the operational programmes. A minimum of 22 information events will be organised on the territory of the region — events by municipalities, for different target groups, for representatives of local and regional media and participation of OIC Sliven in two general information campaigns of the Network. Printed information materials will be developed and disseminated and the implementation of the new integrated territorial approach will be supported. For the team of Regional Information Center Sliven will lead the role in the implementation of horizontal principles: partnership, promotion of equality between men and women and non-discrimination, as well as sustainable development. The implementation of the project will contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the National Communication Strategy of the Republic of Bulgaria for the period 2014-2020, as well as the Partnership Agreement through Specific Objective 3 of Priority Axis: 4 “Technical assistance for the management of ESIF” of OP “Good Governance” 2014-2020.
