The long-term goal of the project was to improve the social economy, increase the number of people employed in the sector and strengthen economic and social development by expanding the cooperative network both in the Croatian and Hungarian target areas. The project aimed at exploring the resources, opportunities and development needs of the social economy sector in the border regions and then elaborating the curriculum of the "Managing Social Enterprises" training based on the results of the comprehensive situation analysis. Following the accreditation of the training plan, an adult training program consisting of 90 hours of theoretical and 30 hours of practical training took place on both sides of the border with 12 Hungarian and 12 Croatian participants. The partnership organised trainings and workshops for professional participants, and the participating social enterprises were involved in organizational development and coaching, as well as network development, social economy fairs and study tours.
