A támogatást igénylő Vásárosnamény Város Önkormányzata. A projektet önállóan, nem konzorciumban, de szakmai együttműködések kialakításával valósítja meg a hatékonyabb és sikeresebb Az átlagnál alacsonyabb munkaerő-piaci esélyekkel rendelkező fiatalokkal való foglalkozás célja az, hogy lehetőséget nyújtson a képzésbe, vagy munkához jutáson keresztül a megfelelő társadalmi pozíció elérésére. Ez mindenkor érvényes cél függetlenül attól, hogy milyen értelemben beszélünk hátrányos helyzetről, milyen eszközökkel elemeztük ezt a helyzetet és milyen célokat definiáltunk elméletben és gyakorlatban. A Vásárosnaményi járás komplex programmal fejlesztendő járás. A társadalmi kohéziót nem csupán a különböző rétegek közötti egyenlőtlenségek növekedése veszélyezteti, hanem azok is, amelyek a különböző régiók és települések között jönnek létre. Például a hazai településszerkezet rendkívül erőteljesen differenciálja az iskolázási esélyeket, mégpedig az iskolázás minden szintjén. A fővárostól és a megyei városoktól lefelé haladva rendkívüli mértékben nőnek az esélykülönbségek. A projekt megvalósulása révén ezek az egyenlőtlenségek némiképp mérséklődnek, illetve együtt helyi szinten a hátrányos helyzetű személyek esélye is nő a megélhetés, a boldogulás, önellátás terén az alapkompetenciáik fejlődése révén. A település lakosságmegtartó ereje nő, a településen élő fiatalok helyben maradási szándéka erősödik, helyi identitástudatuk és közösségképük a település A projekt célja: A projekt során célunk, hogy a településen élő, az onnan elszármazó, illetve a településen letelepedni szándékozó fiatalok élni tudjanak a Vásárosnaményban fellelhető életlehetőségekkel, helyben maradjanak, és itt alapítsanak családot. Célunk a fiatalok önálló lakhatási lehetőségeinek biztosítása, helyi lehetőségekre épülő önfoglalkoztatást célzó programok megvalósítása. Végül célunk, hogy a helyi adottságokhoz, igényekhez, sajátosságokhoz illeszkedő helyi ösztönzők segítségével a fiatalok a településen maradjanak. Célcsoportunk tehát a településen élő, onnan elszármazó és a településen letelepülni szándékozó 18 és 35 év közöttiek. A projekt keretében az alábbi szakmai tevékenységek valósulnak meg: 1. A támogatást igénylő tulajdonában lévő ingatlanok felújítása, felszerelése önálló lakhatás céljából, a projektben résztvevő, a célcsoportba tartozó fiatal egyének, illetve párok, családok számára. a. 3 db lakás kerül felújításra, illetve átalakítással 5 db került kialakításra az előírt minimális eszközfelszereltséggel. 2. Fiatalok életpálya-tervezését segítő helyi szolgáltatások nyújtása, munkaszerzési ismeretek bővítése. 3. A célcsoport bevonásával, a támogatási kérelemben benyújtott fejlesztési koncepción alapuló helyi lehetőségeket, értékeket, adottságokat feltáró, erre épülő gazdasági együttműködéseket generáló tevékenységek szervezése. 4. A 3. pont alapján a helyi gazdaságba való bekapcsolódást lehetővé tevő ismeretátadás / helyi ösztönző rendszer kialakítása és nyújtása célcsoport számára. 5. Személyre szabott felkészítés a fejlesztési célterületen megvalósuló, hazai és uniós pályázati programokban való részvételre. 6. A fiatalok helyben maradását támogató jó gyakorlatok adaptálása és folytatása. A 2016-ban a Legjobb közfoglalkoztatási gyakorlatok között szereplő hajdúdorogi Magunk építjük! jó gyakorlat átvétele és projekt időszak alatt történő folytatása valósul meg. A szakmai fejlesztési koncepcióban bemutatott IV/3-IV/8. pontok tevékenységei alatt kifejtett tevékenységek az önállóan támogatható tevékenységi kört alkotják. A pályázati programba bevont ingatlanok a lakhatási támogatás nyújtotta előnyökkel jelentősen segítik a célcsoport bevonását a programba. Az Ifjúsági Cselekvési Terv és a benne meghatározott intézkedések hatékony eszközt biztosítanak a település számára az elkövetkező pár évre. A célcsoport előrejutásának, boldogulásának hatékony eszközeként tekintünk az életpálya-tervezést segítő tevékenységekre. Fontos célunk, hogy a helyi fiatalok a középiskolai évek alatt és annak elvégzését követően már tudatosan készüljenek felnőtt életükre. Segítenünk kell őket abban, hogy az elsődleges munkaerőpiacon tudjanak elhelyezkedni, ehhez szükségük van olyan pontos képzési és munkaerő-piaci információkra, melynek segítségével jobban el tudnak igazodni a munka világában, képesek lesznek a saját személyiségüknek megfelelő életpályát kialakítani, munkát megválasztani. Pl.: álláskeresési technikák, interjú felkészítés stb. Ezzel összefüggésben épp oly fontos, hogy a helyi gazdasági környezet, a térségi munkáltatók helyzete, igényei és elvárásai is feltérképezésre kerüljenek, és azok alapján a keresleti és kínálati oldal egymásra találjanak. Ennek megvalósítását szolgálják a IV/5 és IV/6 alatti tevékenységek. Ugyanezen munkaerő-piaci felszívó erő, a foglalkoztatási potenciál kiaknázását segítik elő a hazai és uniós programokban való részvételre felkészítő tevékenységek és az önkormányzati jógyakorlatot adaptáló tevékenységek is (Hungarian)

The activities carried out under the activities of points IV/3 to IV/8 presented in the professional development concept constitute the scope of activities that can be independently supported. E.g.: job-search techniques, interview preparation, etc. In this context, it is just as important that the local economic environment, the situation, needs and expectations of regional employers are also mapped and, on the basis of these, the demand and supply sides can find each other. La municipalité de Vásárosnamény, demandant un soutien. Le projet est mis en œuvre de manière indépendante, non pas dans le cadre d’un consortium, mais par le développement de collaborations professionnelles. L’objectif de travailler avec les jeunes ayant des possibilités d’emploi inférieures à la moyenne est d’offrir des possibilités de formation ou d’accès à la bonne situation sociale grâce à l’accès à l’emploi. C’est un but valable en tout temps, quel que soit le sens dans lequel nous parlons de situations défavorables, par quels moyens nous avons analysé cette situation et quels objectifs ont été définis en théorie et en pratique. Le quartier de Fairosnamény doit être développé avec un programme complexe. La cohésion sociale est menacée non seulement par l’augmentation des inégalités entre les différentes strates, mais aussi par celles entre les différentes régions et municipalités. Par exemple, la structure de peuplement hongroise varie très fortement les chances de scolarisation à tous les niveaux de scolarité. Au fur et à mesure que les villes de la capitale et du comté baissent, les chances augmentent énormément. La réalisation du projet réduit dans une certaine mesure ces inégalités et, ensemble, au niveau local, les chances des personnes défavorisées en termes de moyens de subsistance, de prospérité et d’autosuffisance sont accrues grâce au développement de leurs compétences de base. Le pouvoir de rétention de la population s’accroît, l’intention des jeunes vivant dans l’établissement de rester est renforcée, leur sens de l’identité locale et l’image de la communauté est l’établissement. Dans le cadre du projet, notre objectif est de veiller à ce que les jeunes qui vivent, viennent ou ont l’intention de s’installer dans la colonie puissent vivre avec les possibilités de vivre à Vásárosnamény, rester locaux et fonder une famille ici. Notre objectif est d’offrir aux jeunes des possibilités de logement indépendants et de mettre en œuvre des programmes d’emploi indépendant fondés sur les possibilités locales. Fourniture de services locaux pour soutenir la planification de carrière et les compétences en matière d’acquisition d’emplois des jeunes. 3. Organisation d’activités avec la participation du groupe cible, sur la base du concept de développement présenté dans la demande d’aide, en identifiant les opportunités, les valeurs et les talents locaux, et en générant une coopération économique sur cette base. 4. Le développement et la mise en place d’un système de transfert de connaissances/d’incitation local pour le groupe cible afin de permettre la participation à l’économie locale au titre du point 3. 5. Préparation sur mesure à la participation aux programmes d’application nationaux et européens dans le domaine du développement. 6. Adaptation et poursuite des bonnes pratiques pour aider les jeunes à rester sur place. En 2016, nous construisons les meilleures pratiques à Hajdúdorogi, qui est l’une des meilleures pratiques en matière d’emploi public. Les activités menées dans le cadre des activités des points IV/3 à IV/8 présentées dans le concept de développement professionnel constituent le champ d’application des activités pouvant bénéficier d’un soutien indépendant. Les propriétés incluses dans le programme d’application contribuent de manière significative à l’inclusion du groupe cible dans le programme avec les avantages de l’aide au logement. Le plan d’action pour la jeunesse et les mesures qui y sont énoncées constituent un outil efficace pour la municipalité pour les prochaines années. Les activités de soutien à la planification de carrière sont considérées comme un moyen efficace d’aller de l’avant et de prospérer pour le groupe cible. Notre objectif important est de veiller à ce que les jeunes de la région se préparent consciemment à leur vie adulte pendant les années d’études secondaires et après l’avoir achevée. Die Gemeinde Vásárosnamény, um Unterstützung zu ersuchen. Das Projekt wird unabhängig durchgeführt, nicht in einem Konsortium, sondern durch die Entwicklung beruflicher Kooperationen. Ziel der Zusammenarbeit mit jungen Menschen mit unterdurchschnittlichen Arbeitsmarktchancen ist es, durch den Zugang zur Beschäftigung Möglichkeiten zur Ausbildung oder zum Zugang zur richtigen sozialen Stellung zu bieten. Dies ist jederzeit ein gültiges Ziel, unabhängig von der Bedeutung, in der wir von ungünstigen Situationen sprechen, mit welchen Mitteln wir diese Situation analysiert haben und welche Ziele in Theorie und Praxis definiert wurden. Der Bezirk Fairosnamény soll mit einem komplexen Programm entwickelt werden. Der soziale Zusammenhalt wird nicht nur durch zunehmende Ungleichheiten zwischen verschiedenen Schichten, sondern auch durch die zwischen verschiedenen Regionen und Gemeinden bedroht. Zum Beispiel unterscheidet sich die ungarische Siedlungsstruktur sehr stark von den Chancen der Schulbildung auf allen Schulstufen. Während die Hauptstadt und die Kreisstädte sinken, nehmen die Chancen enorm zu. Die Verwirklichung des Projekts verringert diese Ungleichheiten bis zu einem gewissen Grad, und gemeinsam werden auf lokaler Ebene die Chancen benachteiligter Menschen in Bezug auf Existenzgrundlagen, Wohlstand und Selbstversorgung durch die Entwicklung ihrer Grundkompetenzen erhöht. Die Bevölkerungsbindungskraft der Siedlung nimmt zu, die Absicht der in der Siedlung lebenden Jugendlichen wird gestärkt, ihr Gefühl für lokale Identität und Gemeinschaftsbild ist die Siedlung. Ziel des Projekts ist: Im Laufe des Projekts ist es unser Ziel, sicherzustellen, dass junge Menschen, die in der Siedlung leben, auskommen oder sich in der Siedlung niederlassen wollen, mit den Lebenschancen in Vásárosnamény leben, lokal bleiben und hier eine Familie gründen können. Unser Ziel ist es, jungen Menschen unabhängige Wohnmöglichkeiten zu bieten und Programme zur Selbständigkeit auf der Grundlage lokaler Möglichkeiten umzusetzen. Schließlich ist es unser Ziel, junge Menschen mit Hilfe lokaler Anreize an die örtlichen Gegebenheiten, Bedürfnisse und Besonderheiten anzupassen. Unsere Zielgruppe ist also diejenigen im Alter zwischen 18 und 35 Jahren, die in der Siedlung leben, die von dort stammen und sich in der Siedlung niederlassen wollen. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden folgende berufliche Tätigkeiten durchgeführt: 1. Sanierung und Ausstattung des Grundstücks des Antragstellers für unabhängige Wohnungen, für junge Personen, die an dem Projekt teilnehmen, sowie für Paare und Familien. a. 3 Wohnungen sind renoviert und 5 sind mit der erforderlichen Mindestausstattung gebaut. 2. Bereitstellung lokaler Dienstleistungen zur Unterstützung der Berufsplanung und des Erwerbs von Arbeitsplätzen. 3. Organisation von Aktivitäten unter Beteiligung der Zielgruppe auf der Grundlage des im Förderantrag eingereichten Entwicklungskonzepts, Ermittlung lokaler Chancen, Werte und Talente, die auf dieser Grundlage eine wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit hervorrufen. 4. Entwicklung und Bereitstellung eines Wissenstransfers/lokalen Anreizsystems für die Zielgruppe, um die Beteiligung an der lokalen Wirtschaft gemäß Punkt 3 zu ermöglichen. 5. Maßgeschneiderte Vorbereitung auf die Teilnahme an nationalen und EU-Anwendungsprogrammen im Entwicklungsbereich. 6. Anpassung und Fortsetzung bewährter Verfahren zur Unterstützung des Aufenthalts junger Menschen vor Ort. Im Jahr 2016 bauen wir in Hajdúdorogi, einem der besten öffentlichen Beschäftigungspraktiken, die bewährte Praxis auf. Die Tätigkeiten, die im Rahmen der Tätigkeiten der Abschnitte IV/3 bis IV/8 im Konzept der beruflichen Entwicklung durchgeführt werden, stellen den Umfang der Tätigkeiten dar, die unabhängig unterstützt werden können. Die im Antragsprogramm enthaltenen Eigenschaften tragen wesentlich zur Einbeziehung der Zielgruppe in das Programm bei, was den Nutzen der Wohnungsbauförderung betrifft. Der Aktionsplan für junge Menschen und die darin vorgesehenen Maßnahmen bieten der Gemeinde in den nächsten Jahren ein wirksames Instrument. Aktivitäten zur Karriereplanung werden als ein wirksamer Weg für die Zielgruppe gesehen. Unser wichtiges Ziel ist es, sicherzustellen, dass sich junge Menschen vor Ort bewusst auf ihr Erwachsenenleben in den Sekundarschuljahren und nach dem Abschluss vorbereiten. Wir müssen ihnen dabei helfen, einen Arbeitsplatz auf dem primären Arbeitsmarkt zu finden, daher benötigen sie genaue Ausbildungs- und Arbeitsmarktinformationen, um ihnen dabei zu helfen, sich an die Arbeitswelt anzupassen, ihre Karriere zu gestalten und Arbeitsplätze zu wählen, die ihren eigenen Persönlichkeiten entsprechen.
