Komló Város Önkormányzat tulajdonában álló lakások részleges felújítása, energiahatékonyság növelése a Kazinczy F. utcában. A felújítás során a támogatási kérelmünkben rögzített megvalósulási helyeken, összességében 60 lakásban a régi, elavult, rossz hőszigetelésű fa külső nyílászárókat cserélnénk ki modern, jó hőszigeteléssel rendelkező műanyag nyílászárókra. A nyílászárók cseréjekor a megtörténnének a spaletta javítások (kialakítása), új műanyag ablak párkányok elhelyezése, a takarólécek és szükség esetén ablak sorolók beépítése. A beépítendő külső nyílászárók lakástípusonként a támogatási kérelmünkhöz csatolt konszignáció szerint egyrészt eltérő méretűek, másrészt eltérő darabszámúak is. A beépítendő ablakok műszaki paraméterei: "Decco 70" profil, kettős gumitömítéssel, GU vasalattal, 4Float-16Alu+Argon-4LowE (24 mm, UG=1,0 W/m2K) üvegezéssel. Az abalakok színe standard fehér. A külső nyílászárók mellett a lakások lépcsőházi felöli elavult, jelentősen amortizálódott, rossz hőszigetelésű bejárati ajtóit cserélnénk ki új műanyag bejárati ajtókra. Az ajtók mind méretben, mind műszaki tartalmában egyformák a 60 lakásban, azaz standard fehér színben, egy, illetve többpontos zárral, 3D ajtópánttal hőhídmentes alumínium küszöbbel kerülnének legyártásra és beépítésre. Partial renovation of apartments owned by the Municipality of Komló, increasing energy efficiency in Kazinczy F. street. During the renovation, we would replace the old, outdated wood windows with poor thermal insulation with modern plastic doors and windows with good thermal insulation in 60 flats. During the replacement of doors and windows, the installation of new plastic window sills, the installation of blankets and, if necessary, window sorters, would take place during the replacement of the windows. According to the prognosis attached to our aid application, the exterior doors and windows to be installed per apartment type are of different size on the one hand, and different number of units on the other. Technical parameters of the windows to be installed: Profile “Decco 70” with double rubber seal, GU iron, 4Float-16Alu+Argon-4LowE (24 mm, UG=1.0 W/m2K) glazing. The colour of the abalakes is standard white. In addition to the exterior doors, we would replace the outdated, significantly amortised and poorly thermally insulated entrance doors with new plastic entrance doors from the staircases of the apartments. The doors are identical in both size and technical content in 60 apartments, i.e. standard white colour, with one or more point locks and 3D door straps for production and installation with a non-heat bridge aluminium threshold. Teilweise Renovierung von Wohnungen im Besitz der Gemeinde Komló, Steigerung der Energieeffizienz in der Kazinczy F. Straße. Während der Renovierung würden wir die alten, veralteten Holzfenster durch schlechte Wärmedämmung durch moderne Kunststofftüren und Fenster mit guter Wärmedämmung in 60 Wohnungen ersetzen. Während des Austauschs von Türen und Fenstern würde die Installation von neuen Kunststofffenstern, die Installation von Decken und gegebenenfalls Fenstersortierern während des Austauschs der Fenster erfolgen. Nach der Prognose, die an unsere Hilfsanwendung angebracht ist, sind die Außentüren und Fenster, die pro Wohnungstyp installiert werden sollen, einerseits von unterschiedlicher Größe und unterschiedlicher Anzahl von Einheiten andererseits. Technische Parameter der zu installierenden Fenster: Profil „Decco 70“ mit Doppelgummidichtung, GU Eisen, 4Float-16Alu+Argon-4LowE (24 mm, UG=1,0 W/m2K) Verglasung. Die Farbe der Abalakes ist Standardweiß. Neben den Außentüren würden wir die veralteten, deutlich amortisierten und schlecht wärmeisolierten Eingangstüren durch neue Kunststoff-Eingangstüren aus den Treppen der Wohnungen ersetzen. Die Türen sind sowohl in Größe als auch in technischem Inhalt in 60 Wohnungen, d. h. Standardweißfarbe, mit einem oder mehreren Punktschlössern und 3D-Türgurten für die Produktion und Installation mit einer Nicht-Wärmebrücke Aluminiumschwelle identisch. (German)

Rénovation partielle d’appartements appartenant à la municipalité de Komló, augmentant l’efficacité énergétique dans la rue Kazinczy F.. Lors de la rénovation, nous remplacerions les anciennes fenêtres en bois désuètes par une mauvaise isolation thermique par des portes en plastique modernes et des fenêtres avec une bonne isolation thermique dans 60 appartements. Lors du remplacement des portes et des fenêtres, l’installation de nouveaux seuils de fenêtres en plastique, l’installation de couvertures et, le cas échéant, de trieuses de fenêtres, auraient lieu lors du remplacement des fenêtres. Selon le pronostic attaché à notre application d’aide, les portes extérieures et les fenêtres à installer par type d’appartement sont de taille différente, d’une part, et d’un nombre différent d’unités, d’autre part. Paramètres techniques des fenêtres à installer: Profilé «Decco 70» avec double joint en caoutchouc, fer GU, vitrage 4Float-16Alu+Argon-4LowE (24 mm, UG=1.0 W/m2K). La couleur des abalakes est blanche standard. En plus des portes extérieures, nous remplacerions les portes d’entrée obsolètes, considérablement amorties et mal isolées thermiquement par de nouvelles portes d’entrée en plastique provenant des escaliers des appartements. Les portes sont identiques en taille et en contenu technique dans 60 appartements, c’est-à-dire de couleur blanche standard, avec une ou plusieurs serrures pointues et des sangles de porte 3D pour la production et l’installation avec un seuil en aluminium non calorifique.
