A projekt célja a Bajai Szent Rókus Kórház humánerőforrás-fejlesztése. Kórházunkban jelenleg számos betöltetlen álláshely van, ami működésünket megnehezíti. Jelenlegi projekt keretein belül megfelelő képzettségi szinttel rendelkező egészségügyi szakemberekkel kívánjuk a betöltetlen álláshelyeket feltölteni és ezáltal az utánpótlást is biztosítani. A felsőfokú szakképzettségű szakemberek felvételével a Bajai Szent Rókus Kórház, mint egészségügyi szolgáltató folyamatos betegellátás és megfelelő szakmai színvonal biztosítása, minimum feltételek teljesítése megvalósul. A kiválasztás a Közalkalmazottak Jogállásáról szóló törvény pályáztatási kötelezettségeknek megfelelően hirdetett állások pályázati elbírálásával történik. A pályázat keretein belül 19 új főt kívánunk alkalmazni a következő munkakörökben: 1 fő gyógytornász, 1 konduktor, 1 fő gyógyszerész, 10 fő ápoló, 1 fő csecsemő és gyermekápoló, 1 fő szülésznő, 1 fő szakasszisztens-gyógyszerkiadó. A projektbe bevont, már foglalkoztatásban álló szakemberek: 1 fő traumatológiai szakorvos, 1 fő pszichiátriai ápoló és 1 fő gyógyszertári asszisztens. A projekt időszaka alatt (28 hónap) a projektmenedzsment szervezetét biztosítjuk. A szervezetet a projektmenedzser és pénzügyi vezető alkotja, mindketten heti 10-10 órában látják el feladataikat munkaviszony keretében, valamint munkájukat 1 fő projekt asszisztens segíti majd. The aim of the project is to develop human resources at the Baja St. Rókus Hospital. Our hospital currently has a large number of vacancies, which makes our operation more difficult. Within the framework of the current project, we intend to fill vacancies with healthcare professionals with a sufficient level of education and thus ensure the supply of vacancies. With the recruitment of highly qualified professionals, the Bajai St. Rókus Hospital, as a healthcare provider, ensures continuous patient care and adequate professional standards and meets minimum conditions. The selection shall be carried out by assessing the applications for jobs advertised in accordance with the legal status of public employees Act. Within the framework of the application, we wish to employ 19 new staff in the following jobs: 1 physiotherapist, 1 conductor, 1 pharmacist, 10 nurses, 1 infant and nurse, 1 midwife, 1 specialist assistant. Already employed professionals involved in the project: 1 major traumatology specialist, 1 psychiatric nurse and 1 pharmacy assistant. During the project period (28 months), we provide the project management organisation. The organisation is made up of project manager and finance manager, both performing their duties 10-10 hours a week in an employment relationship, and will be assisted by 1 project assistant. L’objectif du projet est de développer les ressources humaines à l’hôpital de Baja St. Rókus. Notre hôpital dispose actuellement d’un grand nombre de postes vacants, ce qui rend notre opération plus difficile. Dans le cadre du projet actuel, nous avons l’intention de pourvoir les postes vacants avec des professionnels de la santé avec un niveau d’éducation suffisant et ainsi assurer l’offre de postes vacants. Avec le recrutement de professionnels hautement qualifiés, l’hôpital de Bajai St. Rókus, en tant que prestataire de soins de santé, assure des soins continus aux patients et des normes professionnelles adéquates et répond aux conditions minimales. La sélection est effectuée en évaluant les candidatures pour les emplois annoncés conformément à la loi sur le statut juridique des fonctionnaires. Dans le cadre de la candidature, nous souhaitons employer 19 nouveaux employés dans les emplois suivants: 1 physiothérapeute, 1 chef d’orchestre, 1 pharmacien, 10 infirmières, 1 nourrisson et infirmière, 1 sage-femme, 1 assistante spécialisée. Professionnels déjà engagés dans le projet: 1 spécialiste majeur en traumatologie, 1 infirmière psychiatrique et 1 assistante de pharmacie. Pendant la période du projet (28 mois), nous fournissons l’organisation de gestion de projet. L’organisation est composée d’un gestionnaire de projet et d’un gestionnaire des finances, tous deux exerçant leurs fonctions 10-10 heures par semaine dans le cadre d’une relation de travail, et sera assisté d’un assistant de projet. Ziel des Projekts ist die Entwicklung von Humanressourcen im Krankenhaus Baja St. Rókus. Unser Krankenhaus verfügt derzeit über eine große Anzahl von offenen Stellen, was unseren Betrieb erschwert. Im Rahmen des aktuellen Projekts beabsichtigen wir, offene Stellen mit Angehörigen der Gesundheitsberufe mit ausreichender Ausbildung zu besetzen und so die Bereitstellung von Stellenangeboten zu gewährleisten. Mit der Rekrutierung von hochqualifizierten Fachkräften sorgt das Krankenhaus Bajai St. Rókus als Gesundheitsdienstleister für eine kontinuierliche Patientenversorgung und angemessene professionelle Standards und erfüllt Mindestbedingungen. Die Auswahl erfolgt durch die Bewertung der Bewerbungen auf Stellen, die gemäß dem Gesetz über die Rechtsstellung des öffentlichen Personals beworben werden. Im Rahmen der Bewerbung wollen wir 19 neue Mitarbeiter in folgenden Bereichen beschäftigen: 1 Physiotherapeut, 1 Dirigent, 1 Apotheker, 10 Krankenschwestern, 1 Säugling und Krankenschwester, 1 Hebamme, 1 Fachassistentin. Bereits beschäftigte Fachkräfte, die am Projekt beteiligt sind: 1 Hauptfacharzt für Traumatologie, 1 psychiatrische Krankenschwester und 1 Apothekerassistent. Während des Projektzeitraums (28 Monate) stellen wir die Projektmanagementorganisation zur Verfügung. Die Organisation besteht aus Projektmanager und Finanzmanager, die ihre Aufgaben 10-10 Stunden pro Woche in einem Arbeitsverhältnis erfüllen und von 1 Projektassistenten unterstützt werden. (German)
