La PRéRAD vise à créer et à partager de l’innovation scientifique, technique et sociale au profit des populations et des pays de la région océan Indien et s’inscrit dans la nouvelle dynamique de l’Europe 2020 qui participe à l’intégration régionale dans une démarche partenariale co-construite avec les pays de la zone et sur la base des dispositifs en partenariat de Recherche, Développement, Formation, Innovation (RDFI). La gouvernance de la plateforme est assurée par un Comité de pilotage (COPIL – Annexe 1 : composition du COPIL)) qui a pour objectif de suivre la stratégie scientifique et technique mise en œuvre (Annexe 2 : Feuille de route). Il amende et approuve la programmation des activités préparée en amont par un Comité Régional d’Orientation Scientifique et Technologique (CROST – Annexe 3 – composition du CROST)). (French)

PRéRAD aims to create and share scientific, technical and social innovation for the benefit of the people and countries of the Indian Ocean region and is part of the new dynamic of Europe 2020 which participates in regional integration in a partnership approach co-built with the countries of the area and on the basis of the arrangements in partnership of Research, Development, Training and Innovation (RDFI). The governance of the Platform is ensured by a Steering Committee (COPIL — Annex 1: composition of COPIL)) which aims to follow the scientific and technical strategy implemented (Annex 2: Roadmap). It amends and approves the programming of upstream activities prepared by a Regional Scientific and Technological Guidance Committee (Crost — Annex 3 — composition of the Crost). (English)
