The project is a continuation of the strategic project "ΕΝΕΡΓΕΙΝ" regarding the establishment of constructive cooperation between the most competent national structures of Greece and Cyprus for the relevant issues in 2030, contributing to the standardization of the "framework for saving design in public buildings". STRATENERGY supports concrete and sustainable solutions, in particular: (a) Promotes and encourages the implementation of demonstrative mature projects in public buildings taking into account all parameters; (b) It finalizes the common framework for strategic and operational planning by 2030 each public institution for achieving energy savings in practice. The project maintains a unified character, expecting the scalability of the results at each geographical point of the eligible area. It extends modern practices by standardizing the strategic / operational design of energy saving in public buildings and specifying it by 2030 to cover all types / uses / building cases to be implemented by each public state.
