The project´s aim is to increase the quality of cooperation between regional actors which are regional charity Uhersky Brod and Trnava archdiocese charity. An exchange of knowledge and education through development of mutual information space. Organizations have been challenged by issues such as lack of information and competence among workers of the organizational structure and employees which is restricting the development in the area of effective management. Goals set by the project can be achieved by mutual activities and increase the institutional capacity among the organizational structures. Targeted audience are managers, employees, volunteers and clients of the facility in the Trnava and Uherský Brod regions. (English)
