    The main purpose of the project is to develope dual training and introduce tertiary education systems. The project aims to reduce the overall unemployment and unemployment of young people by encouraging enterpreneurship and the implementation of training in which young people develop their skills that are importent for starting their own business.It olso improve the role of educational institutions as intellectual centers in order to increase the number of young enterpreneures. The project contributes to the vocational education of the cross-border areas by innovative solutions which struggle with labor shortage. The project attracts wide scale of vocational sectors not only metal, mechanical and electrical engineering professionals, but also from other sectors, genders, mothers from maternity leaves, registered unemployed young adults as well. Participants have the opportunity to acquire practical knowledge because the project includes companies that practice the knowledge through the project. Also, trainings are conducted in the field of writing business plans and developing business and financial skills. (English)
