    Two partners from Lithuania and Russia – Public institution Klaipėda Palliative Care Hospital and State Budgetary Healthcare Institution of the Kaliningrad Oblast "City Hospital No. 2", are aiming to improve the palliative service quality and increase the number of patients who receive the improved palliative care service in both regions. This means that hospice premises shall be repaired and 39 sets of medical and palliative care equipment will be purchased. What is more, partners shall develop 4 methodic recommendations on the effective palliative care and conduct training programmes. The Programme funding of the project is almost 1 MEUR and the duration of the project – 24 months. (English)
