By involving target groups in its activities Project aims to increase knowledge of authoriries and public in sustainable use of natural resources. Project improves capacity of authorities in responding to emergency situation. By improvement of monitoring and early warning systems and tools, inter municipal communication authorities and communities will be better prepared for emergency situations to reduce possible damage to environment. Implementation of actions and campaigns to stimulate more environmentally responsible approach of authorities and inhabitants to energy efficiency and renewable energy, will benefit to awareness rising and energy efficient behaviour. To improve environmental management in CBC territories and Programme area, capacity and knowledge of stakeholders in implementation of communication plans will be improved via joint seminars, workshops and other environmental activities. Project envisions knowledge and best practise exchange for efficient environmental management in CBC area. (English)
