The project “Combined Efforts in Support to Disadvantaged People on the Labour Market in the Cross-Border Area” implements the overall strategic objective of the programme and aims to assist the integration of disadvantaged people on the labour market in the CB area, development of joint strategies and research of best practices for employment and capacity building for this specific vulnerable group.<br>We shall analyze the labour market situation of disadvantaged people, research the problems discouraging them to enter the labour market, explore the specific capabilities for employment and the obstacles to CB mobility. As a part of this project, a consultancy center shall be created and a manual on innovative labour practices, methods and guidelines shall be prepared to demonstrate to disadvantaged people approaches for access to the labour market in the CB area and to assist them actively seeking employment by increasing the labour mobility. A web portal shall be developed where the interested parties will be able to share the advantages and opportunities for employment, to share joint strategies, measures and best practices for improvement, including improvement of employability. LB of the project is Association “Roma Bark” partnered by the Municipality of Berkovitsa and the Romanian partner Association for Regional Development and Partnership. The project corresponds to the specific objective of PA4, and will be implemented within 18 months. The overall budget of the project is EUR 181 827,05. (English)
