The projects wants to establish joint cross-border medical teams in the fields of mental health, autism and pregnancy, as well as the experimental creation of a Unified Booking Centre shared by the Italian and Slovenian healthcare systems. For the purpose of an integration with social assistance, the project devotes a pilot action to cross-borders services and interventions for the inclusion of the most vulnerable groups. (English)
