    The common challenge is the mobility of workforce and it´s obvious that it will increase in the future. This project tackles it by international cooperation developing and disseminating curricula and creating cross-border training material for vocational education. The overall objective of the project is to develop labour skills of cleaning service and health care services in Estonia and Finland. Key target is to promote learning and professional skills in these two sectors specially in the area of hygiene. This helps reduce hygienerisks and infections while increasing safer environments in health care and cleaning services. Better professional skills also quarantee more equal opportunities for people in search of work at Baltic area and that way have impact on decreasing the social exclusion. Main result is to produce multilingual digital learning material to vocational education and working life needs which improves also language skills. Language is by far the most important factor to successful employment. It is important to develop new instruction paths and materials that utilize ICT and fill better student’s needs. This project is a cross-border project that is aiming to deliver a common shared best practices and quality standards for the wider cross-border area within the context of health care and cleaning services. This project is linked with Interreg Central Baltic programme, as well as to healthcare and the cleaning services with the objective to align vocational education curricula between both sectors in Finland and Estonia. Health care and hygienic cleaning together is one of the highest topic in the whole world and its importance is increasing because of Ebola-type infections. We can use digital network solutions for create more skills to avoid global penetration of these diseasis. (English)
