"This project is part of the plan PRO SOL": The project intends to develop and network a range of integrated social and health services to facilitate access to care for women in situations of physical or mental fragility who live in disadvantaged, rural and mountain areas. The project intervenes with proximity and telemedicine services but also with support and support actions in the workplace, to help them face the difficulties of reconciling family and professional life and to strengthen the protection of working mothers. The project implements training actions aimed at professional operators on the subject of violence and harassment and training activities aimed at women who provide assistance to their families, for the purpose of professional recognition and a specific status for caregivers. The project also promotes gender equality policies at cross-border level through the dissemination of the European Charter for Gender Equality in Local Life and implements awareness campaigns aimed at women, the local community, businesses, institutions and the general public. The reorganization of health and social services requires an Italian-French strategic vision in terms of development of the territorial ecosystem (prevention capacities, support for mountain communities and sustainability). For each project, a working method is planned with common phases, the study of the environment (until 2022), the qualitative and quantitative monitoring of the resources and services in place, through assessment assessments by users, professionals. and the socio-sanitary operators, The selection of appropriate instruments to increase services in the community, with a jointly planned feasibility study. Experimenting with innovative solutions, benchmarking results and preparing guidelines for defining common policies. The Proximity project will allow constant exchange between public organizations and the social private sector for the production of common tools for analysis, implementation and programming, and the experimentation, within each target project, of new models of perennial proximity welfare.
