"This project is part of the plan PRO SOL":The project aims to promote the well-being of young people, pre-adolescents and physically, psychically and rela- tively fragile adolescents who live in marginalized areas and mountain regions and thereby limit their exodus to large urban centers. The actions implemented are built around initiatives of involvement in the social community and strengthening of the social bond on the themes of interculturality, the relationship to new media and cyberstalking, dependencies. In addition, activities are planned to develop remote care and support services for young people suffering from neurodevelopmental disorders, neuromuscular disorders, as well as support and training activities to sensitize different actors on the specific needs of children. this target population. The project therefore aims to provide innovative responses to experiment with new services and strengthen existing services, targeting not only young patients but also their families. The reorganization of health and social services requires an Italian-French strategic vision in terms of development of the territorial ecosystem (prevention capacities, support for mountain communities and sustainability). This plan foresees 4 projects defined in relation to the target groups: young people, women, elderly people and proximity. The objectives are socio-health integration and the development of open and united communities, with new work opportunities in innovative services, with a view to supporting families in areas that are not easily accessible. For each project, a working method is planned with common phases, the study of the environment (until 2022), the qualitative and quantitative monitoring of the resources and services in place, through assessment assessments by users, professionals. and the socio-sanitary operators, The selection of appropriate instruments to increase services in the community, with a jointly planned feasibility study. Experimenting with innovative solutions, benchmarking results and preparing guidelines for defining common policies. The Proximity project will allow constant exchange between public organizations and the social private sector for the production of common tools for analysis, implementation and programming, and the experimentation, within each target project, of new models of perennial proximity welfare.
