This project implements cross-border organizational structures of joint response for the prevention of risks and emergencies through the design and development of environmental monitoring systems for use in Early Warning Networks in real time. With the help of innovative technologies, infrared thermography images obtained by satellites, a model for remote sensing of fires, floods and meteorology will be created to shorten response times.
