Основна цел на проект "Постигнато равновесие между работа и личен живот с детски кът към "ФУУД ДЕЛИВЪРИ ЕКСПРЕС"ЕООД" е осигуряване на по-доброто съвместяване на семейния и професионален живот на 30 заети родители в дружеството, осигурявайки детски кът за 30 деца на работното място от две възрастови групи. Това от своя страна ще спомогне за превенция на отсъствието от работа, допринасяйки за улесняване достъпа до заетост за 30 работещи родители в дружеството. Проектното предложение включва дейности, чиято основна цел е запазване равнището на трудовата и икономическа активност на 30 родители, а от друга се запазване качеството на работната сила и производителността на труда, използвайки пълния потенциал на развиващия се трудов пазар. Планираните дейности оказват пряка полза и за "ФУУД ДЕЛИВЪРИ ЕКСПРЕС ЕООД", изразяваща се в осигуряването на по-голям ресурс от кадри, по-мотивирана и по-производителна работна сила. По проекта се предвижда създаване на привлекателна среда на новосъздадения детски кът за две възрастови групи чрез закупуване на оборудване, обзавеждане, материали, консумативи, който има допълващ характер към формалната система на предучилищното и училищно образование. Проектните дейности ще предоставят на 30 заети родители в дружеството за полагане грижи за 10 деца от възрастова група до 3г. и 20 деца от възрастова група от 3г. до 12г. Откриването на 6 нови работни места за длъжност "Помощник-възпитател", същевременно ще създаде условия на 6 безработни лица, регистрирани в Дирекция "Бюро по труда" да развият личностните си и професионалните си знания, умения и способности за полагане на грижи за деца, посредством комбинация от провеждане на обучение на тема "Полагане грижи за деца" и включване в субсидирана заетост за период 12 месеца. The main objective of the project “Achieved balance between work and personal life with children’s playground at”FUD DELIVERY EXPRESS“Ltd” is to ensure better reconciliation of the family and professional life of 30 employed parents in the company, providing a children’s playground for 30 children at the workplace of two age groups. This in turn will help prevent absenteeism, helping to facilitate access to employment for 30 working parents in the company. The project proposal includes activities whose main objective is to maintain the level of work and economic activity of 30 parents, while maintaining the quality of the workforce and labour productivity, exploiting the full potential of the developing labour market. The planned activities also directly benefit FOOD DELIVERY EXPRESS EOOD, consisting of providing a larger resource of personnel, a more motivated and more productive workforce. The project envisages creating an attractive environment for the newly created children’s playground for two age groups through the purchase of equipment, furniture, materials, consumables, which is complementary to the formal system of preschool and school education. The project activities will provide 30 employed parents in the care company for 10 children aged up to 3 years and 20 children from 3 to 12 years old. At the same time, the opening of 6 new jobs for the post of “Assistant-Educator” will allow 6 unemployed persons registered with the Labour Office to develop their personal and professional knowledge, skills and capacity to care for children through a combination of training on “Childcare” and inclusion in subsidised employment for a period of 12 months. L’objectif principal du projet "Équilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie personnelle et aire de jeux pour enfants au FUD DELIVERY EXPRESS"Ltd" est d’assurer une meilleure conciliation de la vie familiale et professionnelle de 30 parents employés dans l’entreprise, en offrant une aire de jeux pour enfants à 30 enfants sur le lieu de travail de deux groupes d’âge. Cela contribuera à prévenir l’absentéisme et à faciliter l’accès à l’emploi pour 30 parents qui travaillent dans l’entreprise. La proposition de projet comprend des activités dont l’objectif principal est de maintenir le niveau de travail et l’activité économique de 30 parents, tout en maintenant la qualité de la main-d’œuvre et la productivité du travail, en exploitant tout le potentiel du marché du travail en développement. Les activités prévues profitent aussi directement aux EXPRESS DE FOOD, qui consistent à fournir une plus grande ressource en personnel, une main-d’œuvre plus motivée et plus productive. Le projet envisage de créer un environnement attrayant pour les enfants nouvellement créés pour deux groupes d’âge grâce à l’achat d’équipements, de meubles, de matériaux, de consommables, qui complètent le système formel d’éducation préscolaire et scolaire. Les activités du projet fourniront 30 parents employés dans la société de soins pour 10 enfants de moins de 3 ans et 20 enfants de 3 à 12 ans. Dans le même temps, l’ouverture de 6 nouveaux emplois pour le poste d’«assistant-éducateur» permettra à 6 chômeurs inscrits au Bureau du travail de développer leurs connaissances personnelles et professionnelles, leurs compétences et leur capacité à s’occuper des enfants grâce à une combinaison de formations sur la «garde d’enfants» et l’inclusion dans un emploi subventionné pour une période de 12 mois. Das Hauptziel des Projekts „Erzielte Balance zwischen Arbeit und Privatleben mit Kinderspielplatz bei“FUD DELIVERY EXPRESS„Ltd“ ist es, eine bessere Vereinbarkeit der Familie und des Berufslebens von 30 beschäftigten Eltern im Unternehmen zu gewährleisten, die Bereitstellung eines Kinderspielplatzes für 30 Kinder am Arbeitsplatz von zwei Altersgruppen. Dies wiederum wird dazu beitragen, Fehlzeiten zu verhindern, was dazu beiträgt, 30 erwerbstätigen Eltern im Unternehmen den Zugang zur Beschäftigung zu erleichtern. Die Projektaktivitäten werden 30 erwerbstätige Eltern im Pflegebetrieb für 10 Kinder bis 3 Jahre und 20 Kinder von 3 bis 12 Jahren zur Verfügung stellen. Gleichzeitig ermöglicht die Eröffnung von 6 neuen Arbeitsplätzen für die Stelle des „Assistenten-Erziehers“ 6 Arbeitslose, die bei der Arbeitsstelle registriert sind, ihre persönlichen und beruflichen Kenntnisse, Fähigkeiten und Fähigkeiten zur Betreuung von Kindern durch eine Kombination aus Ausbildung zum Thema „Kinderbetreuung“ und der Eingliederung in eine subventionierte Beschäftigung für einen Zeitraum von 12 Monaten zu entwickeln. De belangrijkste doelstelling van het project „Bewerkte balans tussen werk en privéleven met kinderspeelplaats op”FUD DELIVERY EXPRESS„Ltd” is te zorgen voor een betere combinatie van het gezin en het beroepsleven van 30 werkende ouders in het bedrijf, waardoor een kinderspeelplaats wordt geboden voor 30 kinderen op de werkplek van twee leeftijdsgroepen. Dit zal op zijn beurt bijdragen tot het voorkomen van ziekteverzuim, waardoor 30 werkende ouders in het bedrijf gemakkelijker toegang krijgen tot werk. Het projectvoorstel omvat activiteiten die voornamelijk tot doel hebben het niveau van het werk en de economische activiteit van 30 ouders te handhaven, met behoud van de kwaliteit van de beroepsbevolking en de arbeidsproductiviteit, waarbij het volledige potentieel van de zich ontwikkelende arbeidsmarkt wordt benut. De geplande activiteiten komen ook rechtstreeks ten goede aan FOOD DELIVERY EXPRESS EOOD, bestaande uit een grotere hoeveelheid personeel, een meer gemotiveerd en productiever personeelsbestand. Het project beoogt het creëren van een aantrekkelijke omgeving voor de nieuw gecreëerde kinderspeelplaats voor twee leeftijdsgroepen door de aankoop van apparatuur, meubilair, materialen en verbruiksartikelen, die een aanvulling vormt op het formele systeem van kleuter- en schoolonderwijs. De projectactiviteiten bieden 30 werkende ouders in het zorgbedrijf voor 10 kinderen tot 3 jaar en 20 kinderen van 3 tot 12 jaar. Tegelijkertijd zal de opening van 6 nieuwe banen voor de functie van „assisistant-opvoeder” zes werklozen die bij het Arbeidsbureau zijn ingeschreven, in staat stellen hun persoonlijke en professionele kennis, vaardigheden en capaciteit om voor kinderen te zorgen te ontwikkelen door middel van een combinatie van opleiding op het gebied van „kinderopvang” en inclusie in gesubsidieerde banen voor een periode van 12 maanden. L'obiettivo principale del progetto "Conseguire l'equilibrio tra lavoro e vita personale con il parco giochi per bambini presso "FUD DELIVERY EXPRESS" Ltd è quello di garantire una migliore conciliazione della vita familiare e professionale di 30 genitori impiegati in azienda, fornendo un parco giochi per bambini per 30 bambini sul posto di lavoro di due gruppi di età. Le attività previste vanno anche direttamente a beneficio di FOOD DELIVERY EXPRESS EOOD, che consiste nel fornire una maggiore risorsa di personale, una forza lavoro più motivata e più produttiva. Il progetto prevede di creare un ambiente attraente per il parco giochi per bambini di nuova creazione per due fasce di età attraverso l'acquisto di attrezzature, mobili, materiali, materiali di consumo, che è complementare al sistema formale di istruzione prescolare e scolastica.
