Фирма "Арокс" ЕООД е производствено предприятие, намиращо се в гр. София, което произвежда бетонови изделия, и в което от началото на 2016 г. работят 11 служители. Цялата произведена продукция на компанията се изкупува от големи дистрибутори на строителни материали. Пазарът бързо се развива и компанията изпитва нужда от разширяване на производствения си капацитет. Настоящия проект предвижда дейности, водещи до разширяване на производствения капацитет и повишаване енергийната ефективност на дружеството, както и намаляване разходите на фирмата за единица продукция, с цел повишаване на енергийната ефективност и конкурентоспособността на предприятието за постигане на по-ниски нива на производствените разходи и намаляване на вредните емисии на въглероден диоксид в атмосферата. Кандидатът е възложил изработването на енергиен одит, в съответствие с изискването на финансиращата програма и инвестиционните си намерения. За увеличаване на енергийната ефективност и разширяване на капацитета си, компанията предвижда да внедри в производството нова Автоматична инсталация за двуслойни бетонови плочи с по-голям капацитет от съществуващата и с възможност за производство на различни по размер бетонови изделия, инвестиции за внедряване и сертификация по EN/ISO 50001, с цел управление на енергийните характеристики, контрол и намаление на енергийното потребление в компанията.Проектът ще се реализира посредством изпълнението на следните допустими по настоящата процедура дейности:1). Разширяване на производствената дейност чрез придобиване на ново производствено оборудване Автоматична инсталация за двуслойни бетонови плочи - 1 бр.2). Консултантски услуги за въвеждане и сертифициране на система за енергиен мениджмънт съгласно изискванията на стандарт EN ISO 50001 (Система за управление на енергията).3). Arox Ltd. is a manufacturing plant located in Sofia, which produces concrete products and employs 11 employees since the beginning of 2016. All the production of the company is purchased by large distributors of building materials. The market is rapidly developing and the company needs to expand its production capacity. The present project envisages activities leading to expansion of the production capacity and increasing the energy efficiency of the company, as well as reducing the company’s unit costs in order to increase the energy efficiency and competitiveness of the company to achieve lower levels of production costs and reduce the harmful emissions of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere. The applicant has commissioned an energy audit as required by the funding programme and its investment intentions. In order to increase the energy efficiency and expand its capacity, the company envisages to implement in the production a new Automatic installation for double layer concrete slabs with greater capacity than the existing one and with the ability to produce different sizes of concrete products, investments for implementation and certification according to EN/ISO 50001, in order to manage the energy performance, control and reduce the energy consumption in the company. The project will be implemented through the implementation of the following activities eligible under this procedure:1). Expansion of the production activity by acquiring new production equipment Automatic installation for double layer concrete slabs — 1 pcs.2). Consulting services for the implementation and certification of an energy management system according to the requirements of standard EN ISO 50001 (Energy Management System).3). Arox Ltd. est une usine de fabrication située à Sofia, qui produit des produits en béton et emploie 11 employés depuis le début de l’année 2016. Toute la production de l’entreprise est achetée par de grands distributeurs de matériaux de construction. Le marché se développe rapidement et l’entreprise doit augmenter sa capacité de production. Le présent projet prévoit des activités conduisant à l’expansion de la capacité de production et à l’amélioration de l’efficacité énergétique de l’entreprise, ainsi qu’à la réduction des coûts unitaires de l’entreprise afin d’accroître l’efficacité énergétique et la compétitivité de l’entreprise afin d’atteindre des niveaux de coûts de production plus faibles et de réduire les émissions nocives de dioxyde de carbone dans l’atmosphère. Le demandeur a commandé un audit énergétique comme l’exige le programme de financement et ses intentions d’investissement. Afin d’accroître l’efficacité énergétique et d’accroître sa capacité, l’entreprise envisage de mettre en œuvre dans la production une nouvelle installation automatique pour dalles en béton à double couche d’une capacité supérieure à celle existante et avec la capacité de produire différentes tailles de produits en béton, des investissements pour la mise en œuvre et la certification selon EN/ISO 50001, afin de gérer la performance énergétique, contrôler et réduire la consommation d’énergie dans l’entreprise. Le projet sera mis en œuvre par la mise en œuvre des activités suivantes éligibles dans le cadre de cette procédure: 1. Arox Ltd. ist eine Produktionsstätte mit Sitz in Sofia, die Betonprodukte herstellt und seit Anfang 2016 11 Mitarbeiter beschäftigt. Die gesamte Produktion des Unternehmens wird von großen Vertreibern von Baumaterialien gekauft. Der Markt entwickelt sich rasant und das Unternehmen muss seine Produktionskapazität ausbauen. Das vorliegende Projekt sieht Aktivitäten vor, die zum Ausbau der Produktionskapazität und zur Steigerung der Energieeffizienz des Unternehmens sowie zur Senkung der Stückkosten des Unternehmens führen, um die Energieeffizienz und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Unternehmens zu steigern, um die Produktionskosten zu senken und die schädlichen Emissionen von Kohlendioxid in die Atmosphäre zu reduzieren. Der Antragsteller hat ein Energieaudit gemäß den Vorgaben des Förderprogramms und seiner Investitionsabsichten in Auftrag gegeben. Um die Energieeffizienz zu erhöhen und seine Kapazität zu erweitern, plant das Unternehmen, in der Produktion eine neue Automatische Anlage für Doppelschichtbetonplatten mit größerer Kapazität als die bestehende und mit der Fähigkeit, verschiedene Größen von Betonprodukten zu produzieren, Investitionen in die Umsetzung und Zertifizierung nach EN/ISO 50001 umzusetzen, um die Energieeffizienz zu steuern, den Energieverbrauch im Unternehmen zu steuern und zu senken. Das Projekt wird durch die Durchführung der folgenden im Rahmen dieses Verfahrens förderfähigen Tätigkeiten umgesetzt: 1. Arox Ltd. is een fabriek gevestigd in Sofia, die betonproducten produceert en sinds begin 2016 11 werknemers in dienst heeft. Alle productie van het bedrijf wordt gekocht door grote distributeurs van bouwmaterialen. De markt ontwikkelt zich snel en het bedrijf moet zijn productiecapaciteit uitbreiden. Het huidige project voorziet in activiteiten die leiden tot uitbreiding van de productiecapaciteit en verhoging van de energie-efficiëntie van het bedrijf, alsook tot verlaging van de kosten per eenheid van de onderneming om de energie-efficiëntie en het concurrentievermogen van de onderneming te verhogen om lagere productiekosten te bereiken en de schadelijke uitstoot van kooldioxide in de atmosfeer te verminderen. Verzoekster heeft opdracht gegeven tot een energieaudit zoals vereist door het financieringsprogramma en haar investeringsintenties. Om de energie-efficiëntie te verhogen en haar capaciteit uit te breiden, is het bedrijf voornemens om in de productie een nieuwe automatische installatie voor dubbellaags betonplaten met een grotere capaciteit te implementeren dan de bestaande en met de mogelijkheid om verschillende grootte van betonproducten te produceren, investeringen voor implementatie en certificering volgens EN/ISO 50001, om de energieprestaties te beheren, het energieverbruik in het bedrijf te controleren en te verminderen. Het project zal worden uitgevoerd door middel van de uitvoering van de volgende activiteiten die in het kader van deze procedure in aanmerking komen:1). Arox Ltd. è uno stabilimento di produzione situato a Sofia, che produce prodotti in calcestruzzo e impiega 11 dipendenti dall'inizio del 2016. Tutta la produzione dell'azienda è acquistata da grandi distributori di materiali da costruzione. Il mercato si sta rapidamente sviluppando e l'azienda ha bisogno di espandere la propria capacità produttiva. Il presente progetto prevede attività che portino all'espansione della capacità produttiva e all'aumento dell'efficienza energetica dell'azienda, nonché alla riduzione dei costi unitari dell'azienda al fine di aumentare l'efficienza energetica e la competitività dell'azienda per raggiungere livelli inferiori di costi di produzione e ridurre le emissioni nocive di anidride carbonica nell'atmosfera. Il richiedente ha commissionato un audit energetico come richiesto dal programma di finanziamento e dalle sue intenzioni di investimento. Al fine di aumentare l'efficienza energetica e ampliare la propria capacità, l'azienda prevede di implementare nella produzione un nuovo impianto automatico per lastre di cemento a doppio strato con capacità maggiore rispetto a quella esistente e con la capacità di produrre diverse dimensioni di prodotti in calcestruzzo, investimenti per l'implementazione e la certificazione secondo la norma EN/ISO 50001, al fine di gestire le prestazioni energetiche, controllare e ridurre il consumo energetico in azienda. Arox Ltd. es una planta de fabricación ubicada en Sofía, que produce productos de hormigón y emplea a 11 empleados desde principios de 2016. Toda la producción de la empresa es comprada por grandes distribuidores de materiales de construcción. El mercado se está desarrollando rápidamente y la empresa necesita ampliar su capacidad de producción. El presente proyecto contempla actividades que conducen a la expansión de la capacidad de producción y al aumento de la eficiencia energética de la empresa, así como a la reducción de los costes unitarios de la empresa, con el fin de aumentar la eficiencia energética y la competitividad de la empresa para lograr niveles más bajos de costes de producción y reducir las emisiones nocivas de dióxido de carbono a la atmósfera. El solicitante ha encargado una auditoría energética tal como exige el programa de financiación y sus intenciones de inversión. Con el fin de aumentar la eficiencia energética y ampliar su capacidad, la empresa prevé implementar en la producción una nueva instalación automática para losas de hormigón de doble capa con mayor capacidad que la existente y con la capacidad de producir diferentes tamaños de productos de hormigón, inversiones para implementación y certificación de acuerdo con la norma EN/ISO 50001, con el fin de gestionar el rendimiento energético, controlar y reducir el consumo de energía en la empresa.
