Предвижда се в ПИ № 55292.141.001 в землището на с.Памукчи, община Нови пазар, след смяна предназначението на терена, да се изгради "Център за грижа за лица с умствена изостаналост" с капацитет 15 места. Имотът е със площ от 2.366кв.м. В него ще се изгради сграда с РЗП окло 600 кв.м, с капацитет за 15 места за хора с умствена изостаналост.Новата социална инфраструктура ще се използва от жителите на община Нови пазар и съседните общини Каспичан, Каолиново, Никола Козлево. Ще бъдат обособени 6 бр.двойни спални помещения, 3 бр.единични спални помещения, стая за персонала, медецинстото лице и управителя. Предвидени са две дневни помещения - за ежедневни дейности в малка група и помещение за общи занимания. В кухнята ще се приготвя храната с участието на потребителите. Предвидени са още трапезария, перално и котелно помещение, складови помещения. По имотната граница ще се изгради ограда. В прилежащото пространство ще се обособят паркоместа и кътове за отдих, занимания с градинарство и др. Проектът ще бъде съобразен осигуряване на достъпна среда за хора с увреждания.Основните дейности включват:-Организация и управление на проекта;-Инженеринг (проектиране, строително - монтажни работи и авторски надзор;- Изготвяне на ОСИП;-Строителен надзор;-Въвеждане в експлоатация;- Разходи за набавянето на необходимите разрешителни документи;-Осигуряване на публичност и визуализация;-Доставка на оборудване и обзавеждане;Изпълнението на проектните дейности ще бъдат извършени, съобразно изискванията на ЗОП, в зависимост от обхвата, в който попада прогнозната стойност.С реализацията на проекта ще се допринесе за осигуряването на здравна и социална инфраструктура, която допринася за националното,регионално и местно развитие, намаляването на неравнопоставеността по отношение на здравния статус, насърчаването на по-добро социално приобщаване, чрез подобряване на достъпа до социални услуги. Es ist in GOI Nr. 55292.141.001 im Land des Dorfes Pamukchi, Gemeinde Novi Pazar, nach der Änderung des Zwecks des Geländes vorgesehen, ein „Zentrum für die Betreuung von Personen mit geistiger Zurückhaltung“ mit einer Kapazität von 15 Sitzen zu bauen. Das Anwesen hat eine Fläche von 2.366 qm. In ihm wird ein Gebäude mit einer Gesamtfläche von ca. 600 qm gebaut, mit einer Kapazität von 15 Plätzen für Menschen mit psychischen Behinderungen. Die neue soziale Infrastruktur wird von den Bewohnern der Gemeinde Novi Pazar und den benachbarten Gemeinden Kaspichan, Kaolinovo, Nikola Kozlevo genutzt. Es gibt 6 Doppelzimmer, 3 Einzelzimmer, ein Personalzimmer, die Medestinto-Person und der Manager. Es stehen zwei Tagesräume zur Verfügung – für tägliche Aktivitäten in einer kleinen Gruppe und einen Raum für gemeinsame Aktivitäten. In der Küche werden die Lebensmittel unter Beteiligung der Verbraucher zubereitet. Es gibt auch Speiseräume, Waschküche und Heizkessel, Abstellräume. Entlang der Grundstücksgrenze wird ein Zaun errichtet. Im angrenzenden Raum werden Parkplätze und Erholungsgebiete, Gartenarbeiten usw. geschaffen. Het is voorzien in Indiase overheid nr. 55292.141.001 in het land van het dorp Pamukchi, de gemeente Novi Pazar, om na de verandering van het doel van het terrein een „centrum voor de verzorging van personen met geestelijke handicaps” met een capaciteit van 15 zitplaatsen te bouwen. Het pand heeft een oppervlakte van 2,366 m². In het zal een gebouw worden gebouwd met een totale oppervlakte van ongeveer 600 m², met een capaciteit voor 15 zitplaatsen voor mensen met een verstandelijke beperking. De nieuwe sociale infrastructuur zal worden gebruikt door de inwoners van de gemeente Novi Pazar en de naburige gemeenten Kaspichan, Kaolinovo, Nikola Kozlevo. Er zijn 6 tweepersoonskamers, 3 eenpersoonskamers, een personeelskamer, de medestinto persoon en de manager.
