Рекултивацията на депото предвижда техническа рекултивация(ТР) на площ от 1 хектар, в рамките на поземлен имот с ид. 38558.14.63, находящ се в землището на община Копривщица. В рамките на ТР се предвиждат следните мерки:•изкопаване и предепониране на отпадъци;•оформяне на отпадъчното тяло;•полагане на изравнителен слой с дебелина 0.20 m до достигане на проектните коти;•полагане на газовия дренаж и газосъбирателната система;•направа на газовите кладенци;•полагане на запечатващия пласт от горния изолационен екран;•полагане на дренажната система за инфилтрирали през рекултивационния слой атмосферни води;•полагане на рекултивиращия слой от почва - 0.75 m (3 х 0.25 ш) над дренажната система за атмосферни води;•полагане на слой хумус - 0.25 ш;•изпълнение системата за отвеждане на повърхностните води;•изпълнение на реперите за следене деформациите на депото от системата за мониторинг;В резултат на извършените дейности ще се постигне:- Устойчивост и дълготрайност на конструкцията на рекултивираното депо при нормални и особени натоварвания;- Защита от проникване на повърхностни води и тяхното отвеждане извън тялото на депото;- Опазване на атмосферния въздух и повърхностните води от замърсяване от депото;- Удовлетворяване на изискванията на нормативната уредба.В проектното предложение са предвидени следните дейност:1. Подготовка и изпълнение на проекта, включващо проектиране, авторски и строителен надзор;2. СМР - извършване на техническа рекултивация на депото;3. The reclamation of the landfill provides for technical recultivation (TP) of an area of 1 hectare, within a plot of land with an area. 38558.14.63, located in the land of Koprivshtitsa municipality. The following measures are envisaged within the framework of the TP: • excavation and pre-disposal of waste; •forming of the waste body; • laying of a 0.20 m thick levelling layer until the design equilibrium is reached; • installation of the gas drainage and gas collection system; • construction of the gas wells; • installation of the sealing layer from the upper insulating screen; • laying of the drainage system for infiltration through the recultivation layer of atmospheric water; • laying of the recultivating layer of soil — 0.75 m (3 x 0.25 y) above the drainage system for atmospheric water;•laying of the humus layer — 0.25 m; •implementation of the surface water abstraction system; •implementation of the deformation repertoires of the landfill by the monitoring system; as a result of the activities carried out will be achieved:- Resistance and durability of the construction of the recultivated landfill under normal and special loads;- Protection against penetration of surface waters and their discharge outside the landfill;- Protection of ambient air and surface water from pollution from the landfill;- Compliance with the regulatory requirements.The project proposal provides the following activities:1. La remise en état de la décharge prévoit la remise en état technique (TP) d’une superficie de 1 hectare, à l’intérieur d’un terrain avec une superficie. 38558.14.63, situé sur le terrain de la municipalité de Koprivshtitsa. Die Sanierung der Deponie sieht eine technische Rekultivierung (TP) einer Fläche von 1 Hektar innerhalb eines Grundstücks mit einer Fläche vor. 38558.14.63, im Land der Gemeinde Koprivshtitsa. Im Rahmen des TP sind folgende Maßnahmen vorgesehen: • Aushub und Vorbeseitigung von Abfällen; • Bildung des Abfallkörpers; • Verlegung einer 0,20 m dicken Nivellierungsschicht, bis das Konstruktionsgleichgewicht erreicht ist; • Installation des Gasentwässerungs- und Gassammelsystems; • Bau der Gasbrunnen; • Einbau der Dichtschicht vom oberen Isoliersieb; • Verlegung des Entwässerungssystems zur Infiltration durch die Rekultivierungsschicht des atmosphärischen Wassers; • Verlegung der rekultivierenden Bodenschicht – 0,75 m (3 x 0,25 y) über dem Entwässerungssystem für atmosphärisches Wasser; •Verlegung der Humusschicht – 0,25 m; •Umsetzung des Oberflächenwasserentnahmesystems; •Umsetzung der Deformationsrepertoires der Deponie durch das Überwachungssystem; infolge der durchgeführten Tätigkeiten:- Widerstand und Haltbarkeit des Baus der rekultivierten Deponie unter normalen und besonderen Belastungen;- Schutz vor Eindringen von Oberflächengewässern und deren Einleitung außerhalb der Deponie;- Schutz von Luft- und Oberflächenwasser vor Verschmutzung durch die Deponie;- Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Anforderungen.Der Projektvorschlag sieht folgende Tätigkeiten vor: Vorbereitung und Durchführung des Projekts, einschließlich Entwurf, Autor und Bauaufsicht; Bauarbeiten – technische Rekultivierung der Deponie;3. La recuperación del vertedero prevé la rehabilitación técnica (TP) de una superficie de 1 hectárea, dentro de una parcela de terreno con una superficie. 38558.14.63, situado en la tierra del municipio de Koprivshtitsa. En el marco del TP se prevén las siguientes medidas: • excavación y pre-eliminación de residuos; •formación del cuerpo de residuos; • colocación de una capa niveladora de 0,20 m de espesor hasta alcanzar el equilibrio de diseño; • instalación del sistema de drenaje y recogida de gas; • construcción de los pozos de gas; • instalación de la capa de sellado desde la pantalla aislante superior; • colocación del sistema de drenaje para infiltración a través de la capa de recultivación de agua atmosférica; • colocación de la capa de cultivo del suelo — 0,75 m (3 x 0,25 y) por encima del sistema de drenaje para el agua atmosférica; • colocación de la capa de humus — 0,25 m; • aplicación del sistema de captación de agua superficial; •aplicación de los repertorios de deformación del vertedero por el sistema de control; como resultado de las actividades realizadas se logrará:- Resistencia y durabilidad de la construcción del vertedero recultivado bajo cargas normales y especiales;- Protección contra la penetración de las aguas superficiales y su vertido fuera del vertedero;- Protección del aire ambiente y de las aguas superficiales de la contaminación del vertedero;- Cumplimiento de los requisitos reglamentarios.La propuesta de proyecto prevé las siguientes actividades:1.
