Настоящото проектно предложение на Община Дряново е насочено към уязвими и малцинствени групи. Предвидените дейности ще подпомогнат децата и учениците с допълнително обучение по български език, за които българският език не е майчин. Предвидени са допълнителни занимания със застрашени от отпадане от училище ученици от етническите малцинства. Дейности, насочени към съхраняване и развиване на културната идентичност на децата и учениците от етническите малцинства и техните връстници, в интеграционна мултикултурна среда. Създаване на клубове по интереси в областта на културата, фолклора и традициите на различните етноси, танцови формации и изкуства. Ограмотяване на възрастни роми. Съдействие за предоставяне на продължаващо професионално обучение за лица, навършили 16 г. Въвеждане на форми на взаимодействие и дейности в училищата за изграждане на положителни нагласи към образователната интеграция на ромските деца. Насърчаване участието на родителите в образователния процес. Преодоляване на негативни обществени нагласи основани на етнически произход и културна идентичност, чрез провеждане на семинар и спортни мероприятия.Здравеопазването в ромската общност е комплексен проблем. Голяма част от ромите са здравно неосигурени или с прекъснати здравно-осигурителни права, които ги лишава от профилактични прегледи, ранно диагностициране и превенция на заболявания и с годините води до влошаване на здравословното им състояние. С оглед преодоляване на проблемите в проекта са заложени дейности за организиране на консултации по въпросите на сексуалното и репродуктивното здраве, семейното планиране, начините за предпазване от сексуално предавани инфекции с подрастващи и млади хора и с техните родители. Обзавеждане и оборудване на медицински кабинети, с цел провеждане на профилактични прегледи по социално значими заболявания. The present project proposal of the Municipality of Dryanovo is aimed at vulnerable and minority groups. The activities envisaged will support children and pupils with additional training in Bulgarian language, for whom the Bulgarian language is not mother tongue. Additional activities are foreseen with students from ethnic minorities at risk of dropping out. Activities aimed at preserving and developing the cultural identity of children and pupils from ethnic minorities and their peers, in an integrated multicultural environment. Creation of clubs of interest in the field of culture, folklore and traditions of different ethnicities, dance formations and arts. Adult Roma literacy. Support for providing continuous vocational training for persons aged 16 years old. Introduction of forms of interaction and activities in schools to build positive attitudes towards the educational integration of Roma children. Encouraging the participation of parents in the educational process. Overcoming negative public attitudes based on ethnic origin and cultural identity through seminar and sports events. Health in the Roma community is a complex problem. A large proportion of Roma are uninsured or with discontinued health insurance rights, which deprive them of preventive examinations, early diagnosis and prevention of diseases and over the years lead to a worsening of their health condition. In order to overcome the problems, the project includes activities to organise consultations on sexual and reproductive health, family planning, ways to prevent sexually transmitted infections with adolescents and young people and their parents. Furniture and equipment of medical offices for the purpose of conducting preventive examinations on socially significant diseases. La présente proposition de projet de la municipalité de Dryanovo s’adresse aux groupes vulnérables et minoritaires. Les activités envisagées soutiendront les enfants et les élèves qui suivent une formation complémentaire en bulgare, pour lesquels la langue bulgare n’est pas la langue maternelle. D’autres activités sont prévues avec des étudiants issus de minorités ethniques qui risquent d’être abandonnés. Activités visant à préserver et à développer l’identité culturelle des enfants et des élèves issus de minorités ethniques et de leurs pairs, dans un environnement multiculturel intégré. Création de clubs d’intérêt dans le domaine de la culture, du folklore et des traditions de différentes ethnies, formations de danse et arts. Alphabétisation des Roms adultes. Soutien à la formation professionnelle continue pour les personnes âgées de 16 ans; introduction de formes d’interaction et d’activités dans les écoles pour créer des attitudes positives à l’égard de l’intégration éducative des enfants roms. Encourager la participation des parents au processus éducatif. Surmonter les attitudes négatives du public fondées sur l’origine ethnique et l’identité culturelle par le biais de séminaires et d’événements sportifs. La santé dans la communauté rom est un problème complexe. Une grande partie des Roms ne sont pas assurés ou ont des droits d’assurance maladie abandonnés, ce qui les prive d’examens préventifs, de diagnostic précoce et de prévention des maladies et, au fil des ans, entraîne une aggravation de leur état de santé. Afin de surmonter ces problèmes, le projet comprend des activités visant à organiser des consultations sur la santé sexuelle et génésique, la planification familiale et les moyens de prévenir les infections sexuellement transmissibles chez les adolescents et les jeunes et leurs parents. Le mobilier et l’équipement des cabinets médicaux en vue de la réalisation d’examens préventifs sur les maladies d’importance sociale. Der vorliegende Projektvorschlag der Gemeinde Dryanovo richtet sich an schutzbedürftige und Minderheitengruppen. Die geplanten Maßnahmen sollen Kinder und Schülerinnen und Schüler mit einer zusätzlichen Ausbildung in bulgarischer Sprache unterstützen, für die die bulgarische Sprache keine Muttersprache ist. Es sind zusätzliche Aktivitäten vorgesehen, bei denen Studenten ethnischer Minderheiten, die von einem Abbruch bedroht sind, zusätzliche Aktivitäten vorsehen. Maßnahmen zur Erhaltung und Entwicklung der kulturellen Identität von Kindern und Schülern ethnischer Minderheiten und ihrer Gleichaltrigen in einem integrierten multikulturellen Umfeld. Gründung von Clubs von Interesse auf dem Gebiet der Kultur, Folklore und Traditionen von verschiedenen Ethnien, Tanzformationen und Kunst. Roma-Kompetenz für Erwachsene. Förderung der Weiterbildung von Personen im Alter von 16 Jahren; Einführung von Interaktionsformen und Aktivitäten in Schulen, um positive Einstellungen zur schulischen Integration von Roma-Kindern zu entwickeln. Förderung der Beteiligung der Eltern am Bildungsprozess. Überwindung negativer öffentlicher Einstellungen aufgrund ethnischer Herkunft und kultureller Identität durch Seminare und Sportveranstaltungen. Gesundheit in der Roma-Gemeinschaft ist ein komplexes Problem. Ein großer Teil der Roma ist nicht versichert oder hat nicht mehr Anspruch auf Krankenversicherung, was ihnen vorbeugende Untersuchungen, Frühdiagnosen und Prävention von Krankheiten entzieht und im Laufe der Jahre zu einer Verschlechterung ihres Gesundheitszustands führt. Um die Probleme zu überwinden, umfasst das Projekt Aktivitäten zur Organisation von Konsultationen über sexuelle und reproduktive Gesundheit, Familienplanung, Möglichkeiten, sexuell übertragbare Infektionen mit Jugendlichen und Jugendlichen und ihren Eltern zu verhindern. Het huidige projectvoorstel van de gemeente Dryanovo is gericht op kwetsbare en minderheidsgroepen. De geplande activiteiten zullen kinderen en leerlingen ondersteunen met een aanvullende opleiding in het Bulgaars, voor wie de Bulgaarse taal geen moedertaal is. Er zijn extra activiteiten gepland met studenten uit etnische minderheden die het risico lopen voortijdig uit te vallen. Activiteiten gericht op het behoud en de ontwikkeling van de culturele identiteit van kinderen en leerlingen uit etnische minderheden en hun leeftijdsgenoten, in een geïntegreerde multiculturele omgeving. Oprichting van clubs van belang op het gebied van cultuur, folklore en tradities van verschillende etniciteiten, dansformaties en kunst. Geletterdheid van de Roma bij volwassenen. Ondersteuning van permanente beroepsopleiding voor personen van 16 jaar. Inleiding van vormen van interactie en activiteiten op scholen om een positieve houding op te bouwen ten aanzien van de integratie van Romakinderen in het onderwijs. Het stimuleren van de deelname van ouders aan het onderwijsproces. Het overwinnen van negatieve publieke attitudes op basis van etnische afkomst en culturele identiteit door middel van seminars en sportevenementen. Gezondheid in de Roma-gemeenschap is een complex probleem. Een groot deel van de Roma is niet verzekerd of heeft geen recht op een ziektekostenverzekering, waardoor zij niet langer preventief kunnen worden onderzocht, vroegtijdige diagnoses worden gesteld en ziekten worden voorkomen en in de loop der jaren hun gezondheidstoestand verslechtert. Om de problemen te overwinnen, omvat het project activiteiten om raadplegingen te organiseren over seksuele en reproductieve gezondheid, gezinsplanning, manieren om seksueel overdraagbare infecties bij adolescenten en jongeren en hun ouders te voorkomen. Meubilair en uitrusting van medische bureaus met het oog op het uitvoeren van preventieve onderzoeken naar sociaal belangrijke ziekten. L'attuale proposta di progetto del Comune di Dryanovo è rivolta ai gruppi vulnerabili e minoritari. Le attività previste sosterranno i bambini e gli alunni con una formazione supplementare in lingua bulgara, per i quali la lingua bulgara non è madrelingua. Sono previste ulteriori attività con studenti appartenenti a minoranze etniche a rischio di abbandono. Attività volte a preservare e sviluppare l'identità culturale dei bambini e degli alunni delle minoranze etniche e dei loro coetanei, in un ambiente multiculturale integrato. Creazione di club di interesse nel campo della cultura, del folklore e delle tradizioni di diverse etnie, formazioni di danza e arti. Alfabetizzazione rom per adulti. Sostegno alla formazione professionale continua per le persone di 16 anni. Introduzione di forme di interazione e di attività nelle scuole per sviluppare atteggiamenti positivi verso l'integrazione educativa dei bambini Rom. Incoraggiare la partecipazione dei genitori al processo educativo. Superare atteggiamenti pubblici negativi basati sull'origine etnica e sull'identità culturale attraverso seminari ed eventi sportivi. La salute nella comunità rom è un problema complesso. Gran parte dei Rom non sono assicurati o hanno cessato i diritti di assicurazione malattia, il che li priva di esami preventivi, diagnosi precoce e prevenzione delle malattie e nel corso degli anni comporta un peggioramento delle loro condizioni di salute. Al fine di superare i problemi, il progetto prevede attività per organizzare consultazioni sulla salute sessuale e riproduttiva, pianificazione familiare, modi per prevenire le infezioni sessualmente trasmissibili con adolescenti e giovani e i loro genitori. Mobili e attrezzature di uffici medici allo scopo di condurre esami preventivi su malattie socialmente significative. La presente propuesta de proyecto de la Municipalidad de Dryanovo está dirigida a grupos vulnerables y minoritarios. Las actividades previstas apoyarán a los niños y alumnos con formación adicional en búlgaro, para los que el búlgaro no es lengua materna. Se prevén actividades adicionales en las que los estudiantes de minorías étnicas corren el riesgo de abandonar el país. Actividades destinadas a preservar y desarrollar la identidad cultural de los niños y los alumnos de minorías étnicas y sus pares, en un entorno multicultural integrado. Creación de clubes de interés en el campo de la cultura, el folclore y las tradiciones de diferentes etnias, formaciones de danza y artes. Alfabetización gitana adulta. Apoyo a la formación profesional continua para las personas de 16 años, introducción de formas de interacción y actividades en las escuelas para crear actitudes positivas hacia la integración educativa de los niños romaníes. Fomentar la participación de los padres en el proceso educativo. Superar las actitudes públicas negativas basadas en el origen étnico y la identidad cultural mediante seminarios y eventos deportivos. La salud en la comunidad romaní es un problema complejo. Una gran parte de los romaníes no están asegurados o tienen derechos de seguro médico interrumpidos, lo que les priva de exámenes preventivos, diagnóstico precoz y prevención de enfermedades, y con el paso de los años se traduce en un empeoramiento de su estado de salud. Para superar los problemas, el proyecto incluye actividades para organizar consultas sobre salud sexual y reproductiva, planificación de la familia, formas de prevenir las infecciones de transmisión sexual con adolescentes y jóvenes y sus padres. Mobiliario y equipo de los consultorios médicos para realizar exámenes preventivos de enfermedades de importancia social. Realización de campañas de sensibilización sobre la importancia de los exámenes profilácticos entre la población romaní. (Spanish)
