С цел разширяване на спектъра от социални услуги, както и задоволяване на потребностите на лицата в неравностойно положение, Община Каспичан ще кандидатства по настоящата процедура за разкриване на Център за почасово предоставяне на услуги за социално включване в общността или в домашна среда. В центъра ще се предоставят комплексни услуги за хора с увреждания и техните семейства и на лица над 65 годишна възраст с ограничения или невъзможност за самообслужване. Чрез дейността му ще бъде осигурен интегриран достъп до здравни, социални и други услуги, според специфичните потребности на човека в неравностойно положение съобразно индивидуалната му оценка. Предвижда се осигуряване на мобилност на социлната услуга, която ще се предоставя както в домашна среда, така и в общността.За да се гарантира качеството на предоставяните услуги и мултидисциплинарния подход, ще бъдат разработени детайлни правила за комплекса от услуги, които ще се предоставят в Центъра. С оглед интегрирания характер по проект „Нови алтернативи” на потребителите ще бъде предоставена възможност да се включат по настоящия проект, като се осигурят два етапа на приемане на документи. За услугите, които се предоставят в Центъра от тесните специалисти, приема на заявления за включване ще бъде през целия период на реалната дейност. Центърът ще бъде обособен като структура, която ще включва: Ръководител, соц. работник, трудотерапевт, мед. сестра, рехабилитатор, психолог, шофьор, дом. помощници и лични асистенти. Социалната услуга ще се помещава в сграда, която е общинска собственост с осигурена достъпна среда за хора с увреждания. За оптималното функциониране на услугата ще бъдат ремонтирани и обзаведени следните помещения: за групови занимания, лечебна физкултура, физиотерапия и фоайе за изчакване на потребителите. С цел разширяване обхвата на социално - здравните услуги и осигуряване на тяхната достъпност и мобилност ще бъде закупено специализирано транспортно средство за хора с увреждания. (Bulgarian)

In order to expand the range of social services as well as to meet the needs of disadvantaged people, Kaspichan Municipality will apply under this procedure for the opening of a Center for hourly provision of services for social inclusion in the community or in a home environment. The centre will provide comprehensive services for people with disabilities and their families and persons over 65 years of age, with limitations or inability to self-service. Its activities will provide integrated access to health, social and other services, according to the specific needs of the disadvantaged, according to their individual assessment. It is envisaged to ensure the mobility of the social service, which will be provided both in the home environment and in the community. In order to ensure the quality of the services provided and the multidisciplinary approach, detailed rules for the complex of services will be developed, which will be provided in the Centre. In view of the integrated nature of the New Alternatives project, users will be given the opportunity to engage in this project by providing two stages of document acceptance. For the services provided in the Centre by the narrow specialists, the acceptance of applications for inclusion will be throughout the period of the actual activity. The Centre will be set up as a structure that will include: Head, social worker, labor therapist, nurse, rehabilitator, psychologist, driver, home, assistants and personal assistants. The social service will be housed in a building that is municipal property with an accessible environment for people with disabilities. For the optimal functioning of the service, the following premises will be repaired and furnished: for group activities, healing gym, physiotherapy and lobby to wait for users. Afin d’élargir l’éventail des services sociaux et de répondre aux besoins des personnes défavorisées, la municipalité de Kaspichan demandera, dans le cadre de cette procédure, l’ouverture d’un centre de prestation horaire de services d’inclusion sociale dans la communauté ou dans un environnement familial. Le centre offrira des services complets aux personnes handicapées et à leur famille et aux personnes âgées de plus de 65 ans, avec des limitations ou une incapacité au libre-service. Ses activités assureront un accès intégré aux services de santé, sociaux et autres, en fonction des besoins spécifiques des personnes défavorisées, selon leur évaluation individuelle. Il est prévu d’assurer la mobilité du service social, qui sera fourni à la fois dans l’environnement familial et dans la communauté. Afin d’assurer la qualité des services fournis et l’approche multidisciplinaire, des règles détaillées pour le complexe de services seront élaborées, qui seront fournies au Centre. Compte tenu de la nature intégrée du projet Nouvelles alternatives, les utilisateurs auront la possibilité de s’engager dans ce projet en fournissant deux étapes d’acceptation des documents. En ce qui concerne les services fournis au Centre par les spécialistes restreints, l’acceptation des demandes d’inclusion se fera pendant toute la durée de l’activité proprement dite. Le Centre sera mis en place en tant que structure qui comprendra: Chef, travailleur social, travailleur thérapeute, infirmière, rééducation, psychologue, chauffeur, domicile, assistants et assistants personnels. Le service social sera logé dans un bâtiment qui est une propriété municipale avec un environnement accessible aux personnes handicapées. Pour le fonctionnement optimal du service, les locaux suivants seront réparés et meublés: pour les activités de groupe, gymnase de guérison, physiothérapie et lobby d’attendre les utilisateurs. Um das Spektrum der sozialen Dienstleistungen zu erweitern und den Bedürfnissen benachteiligter Menschen gerecht zu werden, wird die Gemeinde Kaspichan im Rahmen dieses Verfahrens die Eröffnung eines Zentrums für die stündliche Erbringung von Dienstleistungen für die soziale Inklusion in der Gemeinschaft oder in einem häuslichen Umfeld beantragen. Das Zentrum wird umfassende Dienstleistungen für Menschen mit Behinderungen und deren Familien und Personen über 65 Jahre mit Einschränkungen oder Unfähigkeit zur Selbstbedienung anbieten. Ihre Tätigkeiten werden gemäß ihrer individuellen Bewertung einen integrierten Zugang zu Gesundheits-, Sozial- und sonstigen Dienstleistungen entsprechend den spezifischen Bedürfnissen der Benachteiligten ermöglichen. Es ist vorgesehen, die Mobilität des Sozialdienstes zu gewährleisten, der sowohl im häuslichen Umfeld als auch in der Gemeinschaft erbracht wird. Um die Qualität der erbrachten Dienstleistungen und den multidisziplinären Ansatz zu gewährleisten, werden detaillierte Regeln für den Komplex der Dienstleistungen entwickelt, die im Zentrum bereitgestellt werden. Angesichts des integrierten Charakters des Projekts „Neue Alternativen“ erhalten die Nutzer die Möglichkeit, sich an diesem Projekt zu beteiligen, indem sie zwei Phasen der Dokumentenakzeptanz bereitstellen. Für die Leistungen, die von den engen Spezialisten im Zentrum erbracht werden, erfolgt die Annahme von Anträgen auf Aufnahme während der gesamten Dauer der tatsächlichen Tätigkeit. Das Zentrum wird als Struktur eingerichtet, die Folgendes umfasst: Leiter, Sozialarbeiter, Arbeitstherapeut, Krankenschwester, Rehabilitator, Psychologe, Fahrer, Heimarbeiter, Assistenten und persönliche Assistenten. Der Sozialdienst wird in einem Gebäude untergebracht, das kommunales Eigentum mit einer zugänglichen Umgebung für Menschen mit Behinderungen ist. Für das optimale Funktionieren des Dienstes werden folgende Räumlichkeiten repariert und eingerichtet: für Gruppenaktivitäten, Heilgymnastik, Physiotherapie und Lobby, um auf die Nutzer zu warten. Um den Umfang der Sozial- und Gesundheitsdienste zu erweitern und ihre Zugänglichkeit und Mobilität zu gewährleisten, wird ein spezielles Transportmittel für Menschen mit Behinderungen erworben. Om het aanbod van sociale diensten uit te breiden en tegemoet te komen aan de behoeften van kansarmen, zal de gemeente Kaspichan in het kader van deze procedure een aanvraag indienen voor de opening van een Centrum voor de verlening van diensten per uur voor sociale inclusie in de gemeenschap of in een thuisomgeving. Het centrum biedt uitgebreide diensten aan personen met een handicap en hun gezinnen en personen ouder dan 65 jaar, met beperkingen of onvermogen tot zelfbediening. Haar activiteiten zullen, afhankelijk van de specifieke behoeften van kansarmen, geïntegreerde toegang tot gezondheids-, sociale en andere diensten bieden, afhankelijk van hun individuele beoordeling. Het is de bedoeling de mobiliteit van de sociale dienst, die zowel in de thuisomgeving als in de gemeenschap zal worden verleend, te waarborgen. Om de kwaliteit van de geleverde diensten en de multidisciplinaire aanpak te waarborgen, zullen gedetailleerde regels voor het dienstencomplex worden ontwikkeld, die in het centrum zullen worden verstrekt. Gezien het geïntegreerde karakter van het project New Alternatives zullen de gebruikers de mogelijkheid krijgen om aan dit project deel te nemen door twee fasen van de aanvaarding van documenten te verstrekken. Voor de diensten die in het centrum door de enge specialisten worden verleend, zullen de aanvragen voor opneming gedurende de gehele periode van de eigenlijke activiteit worden aanvaard. Om het toepassingsgebied van sociale en gezondheidsdiensten uit te breiden en de toegankelijkheid en mobiliteit ervan te waarborgen, zal een speciaal vervoermiddel voor personen met een handicap worden aangeschaft. Al fine di ampliare la gamma di servizi sociali e per soddisfare le esigenze delle persone svantaggiate, il comune di Kaspichan si applicherà nell'ambito di questa procedura per l'apertura di un centro per la fornitura oraria di servizi per l'inclusione sociale nella comunità o in un ambiente domestico. Il centro fornirà servizi completi per le persone con disabilità, le loro famiglie e le persone di età superiore ai 65 anni, con limitazioni o incapacità al self-service. Le sue attività forniranno un accesso integrato ai servizi sanitari, sociali e di altro tipo, in funzione delle esigenze specifiche delle persone svantaggiate, secondo la loro valutazione individuale. Si prevede di garantire la mobilità del servizio sociale, che sarà fornito sia nell'ambiente domestico che nella comunità. Al fine di garantire la qualità dei servizi forniti e l'approccio multidisciplinare, saranno elaborate regole dettagliate per il complesso dei servizi, che saranno fornite nel Centro. Data la natura integrata del progetto New Alternatives, gli utenti avranno la possibilità di partecipare a questo progetto fornendo due fasi di accettazione dei documenti. Per i servizi forniti nel Centro dagli specialisti ristretti, l'accettazione delle domande di inclusione sarà per tutto il periodo dell'attività effettiva. Con el fin de ampliar la gama de servicios sociales y satisfacer las necesidades de las personas desfavorecidas, el municipio de Kaspichan solicitará, con arreglo a este procedimiento, la apertura de un centro de prestación de servicios por hora para la inclusión social en la comunidad o en un entorno familiar. El centro prestará servicios integrales a las personas con discapacidad y sus familias y a las personas mayores de 65 años, con limitaciones o incapacidad para el autoservicio. Sus actividades proporcionarán un acceso integrado a los servicios sanitarios, sociales y de otro tipo, en función de las necesidades específicas de los desfavorecidos, según su evaluación individual. Se prevé garantizar la movilidad del servicio social, que se prestará tanto en el entorno doméstico como en la comunidad.
