(А) Необходимост от проектаПроектът ще допринесе за осигуряването на по-качествена социална инфраструктура в община Пловдив. С това ще се създадат предпоставки за предоставяне на ефективни социални услуги в общността и последващо намаляване на съществуващите форми на социално изключване. Обновените и изградените обекти ще дадат повече и подобрени възможности (капацитет) за защита, социална сигурност, задоволяване на ежедневните потребности, консултиране и информиране на различни целеви групи.(Б) Целеви групиЦелевите групи на проекта включват жени, жертви на домашно насилие и техните деца; бездомни; деца на улицата; социално слаби лица и безработни; деца от социално слаби семейства; лица с физически увреждания и лица от ромски произход, попадащи в обхвата на предходните категории целеви групи.(В) Очаквани резултати(1) Ремонтиран сграден фонд с внедрени мерки за енергийна ефективност, благоустроено и обзаведено прилежащото дворно място на Кризисен център за жени, жертви на домашно насилие – гр.
