Проектното предложение генерира идеи и механизми за създаване на Социално предприятие - Търговия на дребно, интериорен дизайн и монтаж на Led-осветителни тела. Проектът е насочен към улесняване на достъпа на заетост и насърчаване осигуряването на социално включване на лица от уязвимите групи чрез създаване на подходящи условия за тяхната професионална и социална интеграция в сферата на социалната икономика.Проектът адресира намерения за инициативи, в контекста на разписаните цели и приоритети на ОП РЧР 2014-2020 г. и е насочен в подкрепа за лесен достъп до заетост за уязвимите групи, социално изключени лица и лица с ниска конкурентоспособност на пазара на труда, осигурявайки им работни места, доходи, обучение и съвременно оборудвани работни места в сферата на социалната икономика. Социалното предприятие ще постигне измеримо, положително социално въздействие спрямо лицата от уязвимите групи. Основни дейности, предвидени в проектното предложение са:-Наемане и осигуряване на заетост на безработни и/или неактивни лица и хора с увреждания;-Обезпечаване с оборудване на новосъздадените работни места;-Психологическо подпомагане и мотивиране;-Предоставяне на обучение за професионална квалификация и повишаване на управленските и бизнес умения;-Визуализация, информираност и публичност;-Организация и управление на проекта.Дейностите са насочени към предоставяне на равни възможности за различни хора, представители на уязвимите групи и други социално изключени лица. Ще бъдат създадени 6 нови работни места за безработни и/или неактивни лица: -младежи до 29 г.;-продължително безработни;-лица с увреждания;-лица над 54 г.;Основната цел на проекта е насочена към осигуряване на лесен достъп до заетост и осигуряване на подкрепа за социалното включване на уязвими групи чрез разкриване на социално предприятие и създаване на подходящи условия за социална и професионална интеграция в сферата на социалната икономика. The project proposal generates ideas and mechanisms for creating a Social Enterprise — Retail, interior design and installation of Led-lighting fixtures. The project aims at facilitating access to employment and promoting social inclusion of vulnerable groups by creating appropriate conditions for their professional and social integration in the field of social economy. The project addresses intentions for initiatives in the context of the planned objectives and priorities of OP HRD 2014-2020 and is aimed at supporting easy access to employment for vulnerable groups, socially excluded persons and people with low competitiveness in the labour market, providing them with jobs, incomes, training and modernly equipped jobs in the social economy. The social enterprise will have a measurable, positive social impact on people in vulnerable groups. Main activities foreseen in the project proposal are:-Employing and providing employment for unemployed and/or inactive persons and people with disabilities;- Providing equipment for newly created jobs;- Psychological support and motivation;- Providing training for professional qualifications and enhancing management and business skills;- Visualisation, awareness and publicity;- Organisation and project management. Activities are aimed at providing equal opportunities for different people, representatives of vulnerable groups and other socially excluded persons. 6 new jobs will be created for unemployed and/or inactive people: young people up to 29 years old; long-term unemployed;-persons with disabilities;-persons over 54;The main objective of the project is to provide easy access to employment and provide support for the social inclusion of vulnerable groups by opening up a social enterprise and creating the right conditions for social and professional integration in the field of social economy. La proposition de projet génère des idées et des mécanismes pour la création d’une entreprise sociale — Commerce de détail, design d’intérieur et installation d’appareils d’éclairage LED. Le projet vise à faciliter l’accès à l’emploi et à promouvoir l’inclusion sociale des groupes vulnérables en créant des conditions appropriées pour leur intégration professionnelle et sociale dans le domaine de l’économie sociale. Le projet répond aux intentions d’initiatives dans le contexte des objectifs et des priorités planifiés du PO HRD 2014-2020 et vise à faciliter l’accès à l’emploi pour les groupes vulnérables, les personnes socialement exclues et les personnes à faible compétitivité sur le marché du travail, en leur fournissant des emplois, des revenus, une formation et des emplois modernes dans l’économie sociale. L’entreprise sociale aura un impact social mesurable et positif sur les personnes des groupes vulnérables. Les principales activités prévues dans la proposition de projet sont les suivantes:-L’emploi et la création d’emplois pour les chômeurs et/ou les personnes inactives et les personnes handicapées;- la fourniture d’équipements pour les emplois nouvellement créés;- le soutien psychologique et la motivation;- la formation pour les qualifications professionnelles et l’amélioration des compétences en matière de gestion et d’entreprise;- la visualisation, la sensibilisation et la publicité;- l’organisation et la gestion de projets. Der Projektvorschlag erzeugt Ideen und Mechanismen zur Schaffung eines Social Enterprise – Retail, Interior Design und Installation von LED-Beleuchtungseinrichtungen. Das Projekt zielt darauf ab, den Zugang zur Beschäftigung zu erleichtern und die soziale Inklusion schutzbedürftiger Gruppen zu fördern, indem geeignete Bedingungen für ihre berufliche und soziale Integration in den Bereich der Sozialwirtschaft geschaffen werden. Das Projekt befasst sich mit Absichten für Initiativen im Zusammenhang mit den geplanten Zielen und Prioritäten des OP HRD 2014-2020 und zielt darauf ab, schutzbedürftigen Gruppen, sozial ausgegrenzten Personen und Menschen mit geringer Wettbewerbsfähigkeit auf dem Arbeitsmarkt einen einfachen Zugang zu Beschäftigung zu erleichtern und ihnen Arbeitsplätze, Einkommen, Ausbildung und modern ausgestattete Arbeitsplätze in der Sozialwirtschaft zu bieten. Das soziale Unternehmen wird messbare, positive soziale Auswirkungen auf Menschen in schutzbedürftigen Gruppen haben. Die wichtigsten im Projektvorschlag vorgesehenen Tätigkeiten sind:-Beschäftigung und Bereitstellung von Arbeitsplätzen für Arbeitslose und/oder Nichterwerbstätige und Menschen mit Behinderungen;- Bereitstellung von Ausrüstung für neu geschaffene Arbeitsplätze;- Psychologische Unterstützung und Motivation;- Bereitstellung von Schulungen für berufliche Qualifikationen und Verbesserung der Management- und Unternehmenskompetenzen;- Visualisierung, Sensibilisierung und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit;- Organisation und Projektmanagement. Het projectvoorstel genereert ideeën en mechanismen voor het creëren van een Social Enterprise — Retail, interieurontwerp en installatie van ledverlichtingsarmaturen. Het project heeft tot doel de toegang tot werkgelegenheid te vergemakkelijken en de sociale inclusie van kwetsbare groepen te bevorderen door passende voorwaarden te scheppen voor hun professionele en sociale integratie op het gebied van de sociale economie. Het project richt zich op voornemens voor initiatieven in het kader van de geplande doelstellingen en prioriteiten van het OP HRD 2014-2020 en is gericht op het ondersteunen van gemakkelijke toegang tot werkgelegenheid voor kwetsbare groepen, sociaal uitgesloten personen en mensen met een laag concurrentievermogen op de arbeidsmarkt, waardoor zij banen, inkomens, opleiding en moderne banen in de sociale economie krijgen. De sociale onderneming zal een meetbare, positieve sociale impact hebben op mensen in kwetsbare groepen. De belangrijkste activiteiten waarin het projectvoorstel voorziet zijn:-Werkgelegenheid en werkgelegenheid voor werklozen en/of inactieven en personen met een handicap;- het verstrekken van apparatuur voor nieuw gecreëerde banen;- Psychologische ondersteuning en motivatie;- Het verstrekken van opleidingen voor beroepskwalificaties en het verbeteren van management- en bedrijfsvaardigheden;- Visualisatie, bewustzijn en publiciteit;- Organisatie en projectbeheer. Activiteiten zijn gericht op het bieden van gelijke kansen voor verschillende mensen, vertegenwoordigers van kwetsbare groepen en andere sociaal uitgesloten personen. La proposta di progetto genera idee e meccanismi per la creazione di una Social Enterprise — Retail, interior design e installazione di apparecchi Led-lighting. Il progetto mira a facilitare l'accesso all'occupazione e a promuovere l'inclusione sociale dei gruppi vulnerabili creando condizioni adeguate per la loro integrazione professionale e sociale nel campo dell'economia sociale. Il progetto affronta le intenzioni di iniziative nel contesto degli obiettivi e delle priorità programmati del PO HRD 2014-2020 ed è volto a sostenere un facile accesso all'occupazione per i gruppi vulnerabili, le persone socialmente escluse e le persone a bassa competitività sul mercato del lavoro, fornendo loro posti di lavoro, redditi, formazione e posti di lavoro modernamente attrezzati nell'economia sociale. L'impresa sociale avrà un impatto sociale misurabile e positivo sulle persone appartenenti a gruppi vulnerabili. Le principali attività previste nella proposta di progetto sono:-Occupazione e occupazione per disoccupati e/o inattivi e persone con disabilità;- Fornire attrezzature per nuovi posti di lavoro;- Supporto psicologico e motivazione;- Fornire formazione per le qualifiche professionali e migliorare le competenze gestionali e imprenditoriali;- Visualizzazione, sensibilizzazione e pubblicità;- Gestione dell'organizzazione e del progetto. La propuesta de proyecto genera ideas y mecanismos para la creación de una Empresa Social — Retail, diseño de interiores e instalación de dispositivos de iluminación Led. El proyecto tiene por objeto facilitar el acceso al empleo y promover la inclusión social de los grupos vulnerables mediante la creación de condiciones adecuadas para su integración profesional y social en el ámbito de la economía social. El proyecto aborda las intenciones de iniciativas en el contexto de los objetivos y prioridades previstos del PO DDH 2014-2020 y tiene por objeto apoyar el fácil acceso al empleo de los grupos vulnerables, las personas socialmente excluidas y las personas con baja competitividad en el mercado laboral, proporcionándoles empleo, ingresos, formación y empleos modernos en la economía social. La empresa social tendrá un impacto social medible y positivo en las personas de grupos vulnerables. Las principales actividades previstas en la propuesta de proyecto son las siguientes:-Emplear y proporcionar empleo a las personas desempleadas o inactivas y a las personas con discapacidad;- Proporcionar equipos para puestos de trabajo de nueva creación;- Apoyo psicológico y motivación;- Proporcionar formación para cualificaciones profesionales y mejorar las aptitudes de gestión y negocio;- Visualización, sensibilización y publicidad;- Organización y gestión de proyectos.
