Updating financial management and control systems in order to implement and manage the investment programmes of 39 cities in relation to their functions under grant award procedure BG16RFOP001-1.001-039 “Implementation of Integrated Urban Reconstruction and Development Plans 2014-2020”; 2. Remuneration of the teams for the implementation of investment programmes under procedure BG16RFOP001-1.001-039 "Implementation of Integrated Plans for Urban Reconstruction and Development 2014-2020; 3. Remuneration of the Intermediate Units teams for the implementation of procedure BG16RFOP001-1.001-039 "Implementation of Integrated Urban Reconstruction and Development Plans 2014-2020; 4. Hiring of external evaluators and assistant assessors for the evaluation of project proposals under procedure BG16RFOP001-1.001-039 “Implementation of Integrated Urban Rehabilitation and Development Plans 2014-2020”; 5. Publicity and visualisation costs; 6. Project management. The project shall include a financial plan justifying the necessary funds and their allocation. Through the implementation of the activities, the Municipality of Karlovo will increase its capacity as a local authority responsible for the implementation of the Integrated Plan for Urban Reconstruction and Development (IUHLRD) and the investment programme for the implementation of the IHLG as an intermediate body and beneficiary of grants under procedure BG16FROP001-1.001.039. Aktualisierung der Finanzverwaltungs- und Kontrollsysteme zur Umsetzung und Verwaltung der Investitionsprogramme von 39 Städten in Bezug auf ihre Aufgaben im Rahmen des Zuschussvergabeverfahrens BG16RFOP001-1.001-039 „Umsetzung integrierter städtischer Wiederaufbau- und Entwicklungspläne 2014-2020“; 2. Vergütung der Teams für die Durchführung von Investitionsprogrammen nach dem Verfahren BG16RFOP001-1.001-039 "Umsetzung integrierter Pläne für den Wiederaufbau und die Entwicklung in Städten 2014-2020; 3. Vergütung der Teams der zwischengeschalteten Referate für die Durchführung des Verfahrens BG16RFOP001-1.001-039 "Umsetzung integrierter städtischer Wiederaufbau- und Entwicklungspläne 2014-2020; 4. Einstellung externer Bewerter und stellvertretender Bewerter für die Bewertung von Projektvorschlägen nach dem Verfahren BG16RFOP001-1.001-039 „Umsetzung integrierter städtischer Rehabilitations- und Entwicklungspläne 2014-2020“; 5. Kosten für Publizität und Visualisierung; 6. Projektmanagement. Das Projekt muss einen Finanzplan enthalten, der die erforderlichen Mittel und deren Zuweisung begründet. Durch die Durchführung der Maßnahmen wird die Gemeinde Karlovo ihre Kapazitäten als lokale Behörde erhöhen, die für die Durchführung des integrierten Plans für den städtischen Wiederaufbau und die Entwicklung der Stadt (IUHLRD) und des Investitionsprogramms für die Durchführung der IHLG als zwischengeschaltete Stelle und Empfänger von Finanzhilfen nach dem Verfahren BG16FROP001-1.001.039 zuständig ist.
