Общата цел на настоящото проектно предложение е изграждане на инфраструктура, която да създаде условия за подобрено социално приобщаване на възрастни и хора с увреждания. Специфичните цели, които ще се постигнат са:- осигуряване на условия за предоставяне на качествени социални услуги в общността на възрастни и хора с увреждания;- създаване възможност за предоставяне на две нови социални услуги, насочени към възрастни и хора с увреждания.За постигането на посочените цели проектът предвижда комплекс от мерки в основата си инфраструктурни, които ще бъдат реализирани в период от 24 месеца и включват 5 основни дейности:-Преустройство на част от комплекс за социални грижи за осигуряване на две нови социални услуги-Доставка и монтаж на оборудване и обзавеждане-Обособяване и благоустрояване на дворно пространство и осигуряване на достъп за хора с увреждания-Информация и комуникация- Управление на проектаВ резултат на изпълнението на проекта ще бъдат подкрепени 2 обекта на социалната инфраструктура в процеса на деинституционализация.За изпълнението на проекта ще отговаря екип от 4 лица, служители на бенефициента – строителен инженер, архитект, счетоводител, експерт социални дейности.За осъществяване на дейностите ще бъдат избрани 6 външни изпълнители, съобразно изискванията на закона за обществени поръчки. The general objective of this project proposal is to build infrastructure to enable improved social inclusion of elderly and disabled people. L’objectif général de cette proposition de projet est de construire des infrastructures permettant d’améliorer l’inclusion sociale des personnes âgées et handicapées. Das allgemeine Ziel dieses Projektvorschlags besteht darin, Infrastrukturen aufzubauen, die eine bessere soziale Inklusion älterer und behinderter Menschen ermöglichen. Um die genannten Ziele zu erreichen, bietet das Projekt eine Reihe von Maßnahmen, die in einem Zeitraum von 24 Monaten umgesetzt werden und fünf Hauptaktivitäten umfassen:- Der Aufbau eines Teils eines sozialen Pflegekomplexes zur Bereitstellung von zwei neuen sozialen Dienstleistungen – Bereitstellung und Installation von Ausrüstung und Mobiliar – Trennung und Entwicklung eines Werftraums und Bereitstellung von Zugang für Menschen mit Behinderungen und Bereitstellung des Zugangs für Menschen mit Behinderungen – Information und Kommunikation – Projektmanagement als Ergebnis der Durchführung des Projekts als Ergebnis der Projektdurchführung und Bereitstellung von Einrichtungen für den Zugang von Menschen mit Behinderungen. De algemene doelstelling van dit projectvoorstel is de aanleg van infrastructuur om een betere sociale integratie van ouderen en gehandicapten mogelijk te maken. De specifieke doelstellingen die moeten worden bereikt zijn:- het verschaffen van voorwaarden voor het verlenen van hoogwaardige sociale diensten in de volwassenen- en gehandicapte gemeenschap;- het creëren van de mogelijkheid om twee nieuwe sociale diensten te bieden gericht op ouderen en mensen met een handicap.Om de gestelde doelstellingen te bereiken, voorziet het project in een reeks maatregelen, voornamelijk infrastructuur, die zal worden uitgevoerd in een periode van 24 maanden en omvat 5 hoofdactiviteiten:-Reconstructie van een deel van een sociaal zorgcomplex om twee nieuwe sociale diensten te verlenen — levering en installatie van apparatuur en meubilair — Afscheiding en ontwikkeling van een tuinruimte en het verstrekken van toegang voor mensen met een handicap en het verlenen van toegang aan mensen met een handicap-Projectbeheer als gevolg van de uitvoering van het project als gevolg van de implementatie van het project.
