Проектно предложение "Социално-икономическа интеграция на уязвими групи - интегрирани мерки за подобряване достъпа до образование в гр. Ловеч" ще бъде реализирано по процедура чрез директно предоставяне на БФП BG05M9OP001-2.056 "Социално-икономическа интеграция на уязвими групи. Интегрирани мерки за подобряване достъпа до образование" - КОМПОНЕНТ- 2 в рамките на Приоритетна ос 2 "Намаляване на бедността и насърчаване на социалното включване" по ОП РЧР 2014-2020 и Приоритетна ос 3 "Образователна среда за активно социално приобщаване" по ОП НОИР 2014 - 2020 г. Проектното предложение има за цел да създаде ефективен модел за устойчива социално-икономическа интеграция за хора от уязвимите групи на територията на Община Ловеч, насочен към повишаване качеството на живот, намаляване на бедността и спиране на предаването на бедността през поколения. Проектното предложение включва редица мерки и дейности за трайна интеграция на пазара на труда, чрез активиране на икономически неактивни лица, професионално информиране и консултиране, насърчаване на предприемачество за намиране на работа, предоставяне на обучение за придобиване на професионална квалификация и ключова компетентност. За целта по взаимодопълващ начин ще се използват възможностите, на три оперативни програми - ОПРР, ОПНОИР и ОПРЧР. Чрез реализация на заложените дейности ще бъде изградена интегрирана социално-здравна услуга в общността, в активно партньорство с неправителствения сектор, която ще даде възможност за промоция на здравето, по-добро качество на живот на хората от уязвимите групи. Социално-икономическата интеграция е процес, който изисква продължителни и целенасочени усилия по отношение, както на децата, така и на възрастните с цел да се намали до минимум делът на отпадналите от образование, като се работи и с активното участие на родителите и учениците от уязвимите групи. Project proposal “Socio-economic integration of vulnerable groups — integrated measures to improve access to education in Lovech” will be implemented under the procedure through direct grant award BG05M9OP001-2.056 “Socio-economic integration of vulnerable groups”. Integrated measures for improving access to education" — COMPONENT-2 within Priority Axis 2 "Reducing poverty and promoting social inclusion" under OP HRD 2014-2020 and Priority Axis 3 "Educational environment for active social inclusion" under OP SESG 2014-2020. The project proposal aims to create an effective model for sustainable socio-economic integration for people from vulnerable groups on the territory of Lovech Municipality, aimed at improving quality of life, reducing poverty and stopping the transmission of poverty across generations. The project proposal includes a number of measures and activities for sustainable integration into the labour market, through activation of economically inactive persons, professional information and counselling, promotion of entrepreneurship for employment, provision of vocational training and key competence. To this end, the opportunities of three Operational Programmes — OPRD, OPSESG and OPHRD will be used in a complementary way. Through the implementation of the planned activities an integrated social and health service will be built in the community, in active partnership with the non-governmental sector, which will enable health promotion, better quality of life for people from vulnerable groups. Socio-economic integration is a process that requires sustained and targeted efforts for both children and adults in order to minimise the share of dropouts, working also with the active participation of parents and pupils from vulnerable groups. La proposition de projet «Intégration socio-économique des groupes vulnérables — mesures intégrées visant à améliorer l’accès à l’éducation à Lovech» sera mise en œuvre dans le cadre de la procédure au moyen d’une subvention directe BG05M9OP001-2.056 «Intégration socio-économique des groupes vulnérables». Mesures intégrées pour améliorer l’accès à l’éducation" — COMPONENT-2 dans le cadre de l’axe prioritaire 2 "Réduire la pauvreté et promouvoir l’inclusion sociale" au titre du PO HRD 2014-2020 et de l’axe prioritaire 3 "Un environnement éducatif pour l’inclusion sociale active" dans le cadre du PO SESG 2014-2020. La proposition de projet vise à créer un modèle efficace d’intégration socio-économique durable pour les personnes issues de groupes vulnérables sur le territoire de la municipalité de Lovech, visant à améliorer la qualité de vie, à réduire la pauvreté et à stopper la transmission de la pauvreté entre les générations. La proposition de projet comprend un certain nombre de mesures et d’activités pour une intégration durable sur le marché du travail, grâce à l’activation de personnes économiquement inactives, à l’information et au conseil professionnels, à la promotion de l’esprit d’entreprise pour l’emploi, à la formation professionnelle et aux compétences clés. À cette fin, les possibilités offertes par trois programmes opérationnels — OPRD, OPSESG et OPHRD seront exploitées de manière complémentaire. Grâce à la mise en œuvre des activités prévues, un service social et de santé intégré sera mis en place au sein de la communauté, en partenariat actif avec le secteur non gouvernemental, ce qui permettra de promouvoir la santé et d’améliorer la qualité de vie des personnes issues de groupes vulnérables. L’intégration socio-économique est un processus qui exige des efforts soutenus et ciblés tant pour les enfants que pour les adultes afin de réduire au minimum le nombre d’abandons, en travaillant également avec la participation active des parents et des élèves des groupes vulnérables. Der Projektvorschlag „Sozioökonomische Integration schutzbedürftiger Gruppen – integrierte Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung des Zugangs zur Bildung in Lovech“ wird im Rahmen des Verfahrens durch die Direktzuschüsse BG05M9OP001-2.056 „Sozioökonomische Integration schutzbedürftiger Gruppen“ umgesetzt. Integrierte Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung des Zugangs zur Bildung" – COMPONENT-2 im Rahmen der Prioritätsachse 2 "Verringerung der Armut und Förderung der sozialen Inklusion" im Rahmen des OP HRD 2014-2020 und der Prioritätsachse 3 "Bildungsumfeld für aktive soziale Eingliederung" im Rahmen des OP SESG 2014-2020. Der Projektvorschlag zielt darauf ab, ein wirksames Modell für eine nachhaltige sozioökonomische Integration von Menschen aus gefährdeten Gruppen auf dem Gebiet der Gemeinde Lovech zu schaffen, die darauf abzielt, die Lebensqualität zu verbessern, die Armut zu verringern und die Übertragung von Armut über Generationen hinweg zu stoppen. Der Projektvorschlag umfasst eine Reihe von Maßnahmen und Maßnahmen für eine nachhaltige Integration in den Arbeitsmarkt durch Aktivierung wirtschaftlich nicht erwerbstätiger Personen, berufliche Information und Beratung, Förderung des Unternehmertums für Beschäftigung, berufliche Bildung und Schlüsselkompetenz. Zu diesem Zweck werden die Möglichkeiten von drei operationellen Programmen – OPRD, OPSESG und OPHRD – ergänzend genutzt. Die sozioökonomische Integration ist ein Prozess, der nachhaltige und gezielte Anstrengungen sowohl für Kinder als auch für Erwachsene erfordert, um den Anteil von Schulabbrechern zu minimieren und auch unter aktiver Beteiligung von Eltern und Schülern aus gefährdeten Gruppen zu arbeiten. Projectvoorstel „Sociaal-economische integratie van kwetsbare groepen — geïntegreerde maatregelen ter verbetering van de toegang tot onderwijs in Lovech” zal in het kader van de procedure worden uitgevoerd door middel van rechtstreekse subsidieverlening BG05M9OP001-2.056 „Sociaal-economische integratie van kwetsbare groepen”. Geïntegreerde maatregelen ter verbetering van de toegang tot onderwijs" — COMPONENT-2 binnen prioritaire as 2 "Vermindering van armoede en bevordering van sociale inclusie" in het kader van het OP HRD 2014-2020 en prioritaire as 3 "Onderwijsomgeving voor actieve sociale inclusie" in het kader van OP SESG 2014-2020. Het projectvoorstel beoogt een effectief model te creëren voor duurzame sociaal-economische integratie voor mensen uit kwetsbare groepen op het grondgebied van de gemeente Lovech, gericht op het verbeteren van de levenskwaliteit, het terugdringen van armoede en het stoppen van de overdracht van armoede over de generaties heen. Het projectvoorstel omvat een aantal maatregelen en activiteiten voor duurzame integratie op de arbeidsmarkt, door activering van economisch inactieven, professionele voorlichting en advies, bevordering van ondernemerschap voor de werkgelegenheid, beroepsopleiding en sleutelcompetentie. Daartoe zullen de mogelijkheden van drie operationele programma’s — OPRD, OPSESG en OPHRD — op complementaire wijze worden benut. Door de uitvoering van de geplande activiteiten zal in de gemeenschap een geïntegreerde sociale en gezondheidsdienst worden opgezet, in actieve samenwerking met de niet-gouvernementele sector, die gezondheidsbevordering en een betere levenskwaliteit van mensen uit kwetsbare groepen mogelijk zal maken. Sociaal-economische integratie is een proces dat aanhoudende en gerichte inspanningen vereist voor zowel kinderen als volwassenen om het aandeel voortijdige uitval tot een minimum te beperken, waarbij ook ouders en leerlingen uit kwetsbare groepen actief moeten deelnemen. Misure integrate per migliorare l'accesso all'istruzione" — COMPONENT-2 nell'ambito dell'asse prioritario 2 "Ridurre la povertà e promuovere l'inclusione sociale" nell'ambito del PO HRD 2014-2020 e dell'asse prioritario 3 "Ambiente educativo per l'inclusione sociale attiva" nell'ambito del PO SESG 2014-2020. La proposta di progetto mira a creare un modello efficace di integrazione socioeconomica sostenibile per le persone appartenenti a gruppi vulnerabili sul territorio del comune di Lovech, con l'obiettivo di migliorare la qualità della vita, ridurre la povertà e fermare la trasmissione della povertà tra le generazioni. La proposta di progetto comprende una serie di misure e attività per un'integrazione sostenibile nel mercato del lavoro, attraverso l'attivazione di persone economicamente inattive, l'informazione e la consulenza professionali, la promozione dell'imprenditorialità per l'occupazione, l'offerta di formazione professionale e le competenze chiave. A tal fine, le opportunità offerte da tre programmi operativi — OPRD, OPSESG e OPHRD saranno utilizzate in modo complementare. Attraverso l'attuazione delle attività pianificate si costruirà un servizio sociale e sanitario integrato nella comunità, in partenariato attivo con il settore non governativo, che consentirà la promozione della salute e una migliore qualità della vita per le persone appartenenti a gruppi vulnerabili. L'integrazione socioeconomica è un processo che richiede sforzi costanti e mirati sia per i bambini che per gli adulti al fine di ridurre al minimo la percentuale di abbandoni, lavorando anche con la partecipazione attiva di genitori e alunni appartenenti a gruppi vulnerabili. Medidas integradas para mejorar el acceso a la educación" — COMPONENTE-2 dentro del eje prioritario 2 "Reducción de la pobreza y promoción de la inclusión social" en el marco del PO DDH 2014-2020 y del eje prioritario 3 "Entorno educativo para la inclusión social activa" en el marco del PO SESG 2014-2020. La propuesta de proyecto tiene por objeto crear un modelo eficaz de integración socioeconómica sostenible para las personas de grupos vulnerables en el territorio del municipio de Lovech, destinado a mejorar la calidad de vida, reducir la pobreza y detener la transmisión de la pobreza a través de generaciones. La propuesta de proyecto incluye una serie de medidas y actividades para una integración sostenible en el mercado laboral, mediante la activación de personas económicamente inactivas, la información y el asesoramiento profesionales, la promoción del espíritu empresarial para el empleo, la formación profesional y las competencias clave. Con este fin, se aprovecharán de forma complementaria las oportunidades de tres programas operativos: OPRD, OPSESG y OPHRD. Mediante la ejecución de las actividades previstas se creará un servicio social y de salud integrado en la comunidad, en asociación activa con el sector no gubernamental, que permitirá promover la salud y mejorar la calidad de vida de las personas de grupos vulnerables. La integración socioeconómica es un proceso que requiere esfuerzos sostenidos y específicos tanto para los niños como para los adultos a fin de reducir al mínimo el porcentaje de abandono escolar, trabajando también con la participación activa de padres y alumnos de grupos vulnerables.
