Проектното предложение е насочено към цялостна реконструкция, преустройство и модернизация на учебен комплекс на Медицински университет София, филиал „Проф. д-р Иван Митев“ – гр. Враца в който се предоставят образователни услуги по приоритетно направление „Здравни грижи“. За реализиране на проектното предложение са предвидени да се извършат следните дейности : 1. Организация, управление и отчетност по проекта : 1.1. Сформиране на екип за управление; 1.2. Подготовка и провеждане на необходимите процедури за избор на изпълнители на дейности по проекта; 1.3. Административно, финансово и техническо управление, контрол и отчетност по проектните дейности; 2. Изпълнение на инженеринг: 2.1. Проектиране; 2.2. Изпълнение на СМР за реконструкция, преустройство, модернизация на сградите от комплекс за образование ; 2.3. Изграждане на нови учебни зали и кабинети, библиотека с читалня, физкултурен салон; 2.4. Изпълнение на ЕСМ предписани в докладите от енергийното обследавне на сградите на учебния комплекс и постигане на клас на енергопотребление „В“ за трите сгради; 2.5. Осигурена достъпна архитектурна среда за трите сгради в учебния комплекс, чрез изграждане на асансьор за инвалиди, подвижни платформи и рампи; 2.6. Упражняване на авторски надзор; 3. Упражняване на строителен надзор по време на изпълнение на инженеринга: 3.1. Оценка за съответствие на инвестиционния проект; 3.2. Упражняване на строителен надзор по време на строителството; 4. The project proposal is aimed at the complete reconstruction, reconstruction and modernisation of a training complex of the Medical University of Sofia, branch “Prof. Dr. Ivan Mitev” — Vratsa, which provides educational services in the priority field “Health care”. Der Projektvorschlag zielt auf den kompletten Wiederaufbau, den Wiederaufbau und die Modernisierung eines Ausbildungskomplexes der Medizinischen Universität Sofia ab, Abteilung „Prof. Dr. Ivan Mitev“ – Vratsa, die Bildungsdienstleistungen im Schwerpunktbereich „Gesundheitsversorgung“ anbietet. Für die Umsetzung des Projektvorschlags sind folgende Maßnahmen geplant: 1. Projektorganisation, Management und Rechenschaftspflicht: 1.1. Einrichtung eines Managementteams; 1.2. Vorbereitung und Durchführung der für die Auswahl der Projektvertragspartner erforderlichen Verfahren; 1.3.
