В резултат от дългогодишната експлоатация, приемните сгради на жп гарите в България са в много лошо състояние. Това налага тяхната модернизация, преустройство и ремонт, включително и на инсталационните системи в тях. Тези действия имат за цел да се приведе състоянието на гаровите комплекси да бъдат в съответствие с Европейските стандарти в областта, което да гарантира сигурността на пътниците и предлагането на качествени услуги за тях. Успоредно с това, гарата ще бъде приведена в съответствие с изискванията на нормативната уредба за изграждане на достъпна среда в урбанизираните територии. Ще се изпълнят мерки за повишаване енергийната ефективност на обществените пространства, въвеждане на интелигентни, модерни системи за управление на системи за отопление, климатизация, осветление, информация и др.Външният вид на гарите е от голямо значение за имиджа на железопътния транспорт. Те в много случаи са лицето на железницата. Не случайно в Европа големите гари са превърнати в търговски центрове с магазини, ресторанти и паркинги. Ето защо, за обновяването и реконструкцията на старите и за строителството на нови гари е необходимо разработването на различни концепции, съобразени с местоположението на всяка една от тях. От особена важност е организацията на обслужването в гарите, за да бъдат създадени необходимите удобства и комфорт за пътниците.В обхвата на настоящото проектно предложени, се предвижда изпълнението на строително монтажни работи по следните подобекти: Кантарна кабина; Административна сграда „Омнибусна рампа“; Пост 1; Пост 2; Пост 3; Пост 4; Пост 5; Пост 6; Приемното здание; Магазия "Омнибусна рампа" товарна гара Карнобат; Външен водопровод; Перони 1, 2 и 3; Пешеходният подлез; Обслужващите рампи и Помпената станция.Проектът и управлението му е предвидено да се осъществи в периода 01.02.2016 г. до 28.08.2021 г. - 67 месеца.Подробна информация е посочена в т. As a result of many years of operation, the reception buildings of the railway stations in Bulgaria are in very poor condition. This requires their modernisation, refurbishment and repair, including their installation systems. These actions aim to bring the state of the station complexes into line with European standards in the field, which ensures the safety of passengers and the provision of quality services for them. In parallel, the station will be brought into line with the requirements of the regulatory framework for building an accessible environment in urban areas. Measures will be implemented to increase the energy efficiency of public spaces, introduce intelligent, modern systems for managing heating, air conditioning, lighting, information, etc. The appearance of stations is of great importance for the image of rail transport. They are in many cases the face of the railroad. It is no coincidence that large stations in Europe have been turned into shopping centers with shops, restaurants and car parks. Therefore, for the renovation and reconstruction of the old and for the construction of new stations it is necessary to develop different concepts tailored to the location of each of them. Of particular importance is the organisation of the service in the stations in order to create the necessary amenities and comfort for the passengers. Within the scope of the present project proposed, it is envisaged the execution of construction works on the following sub-sites: A shelving cabin; Administrative building “Omnibus ramp”; Position 1; Position 2; Position 3; Position 4; Position 5; Position 6; The host building; “Omnibus ramp” Carnobat cargo station; External plumbing; Platforms 1, 2 and 3; The pedestrian underpass; The service ramps and the pumping station. En raison de nombreuses années d’exploitation, les bâtiments d’accueil des gares en Bulgarie sont en très mauvais état. Cela nécessite leur modernisation, leur remise à neuf et leur réparation, y compris leurs systèmes d’installation. Ils sont souvent le visage du chemin de fer. Ce n’est pas un hasard si de grandes gares en Europe ont été transformées en centres commerciaux avec des magasins, des restaurants et des parkings. Par conséquent, pour la rénovation et la reconstruction de l’ancienne et pour la construction de nouvelles stations, il est nécessaire de développer différents concepts adaptés à l’emplacement de chacune d’entre elles. Une importance particulière est l’organisation du service dans les gares afin de créer les équipements et le confort nécessaires pour les passagers. Dans le cadre du présent projet proposé, il est envisagé d’exécuter des travaux de construction sur les sous-sites suivants: Une cabine de rayonnage; Bâtiment administratif «Terre d’Omnibus»; Position 1; Position 2; Position 3; Position 4; Position 5; Position 6; Le bâtiment hôte; «Rampe d’Omnibus» station de fret de Carnobat; Plomberie externe; Plates-formes 1, 2 et 3; Le passage inférieur pour piétons; Les rampes de service et la station de pompage. Aufgrund langjähriger Betriebszeiten befinden sich die Empfangsgebäude der Bahnhöfe in Bulgarien in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Dies erfordert deren Modernisierung, Renovierung und Reparatur, einschließlich ihrer Installationssysteme. Diese Maßnahmen zielen darauf ab, den Zustand der Bahnhofskomplexe mit den europäischen Normen in diesem Bereich in Einklang zu bringen, was die Sicherheit der Fahrgäste und die Bereitstellung hochwertiger Dienstleistungen für sie gewährleistet. Parallel dazu wird der Bahnhof an die Anforderungen des Rechtsrahmens für den Bau eines barrierefreien Umfelds in städtischen Gebieten angepasst. Von besonderer Bedeutung ist die Organisation des Dienstes in den Bahnhöfen, um die notwendigen Annehmlichkeiten und Komfort für die Passagiere zu schaffen. Im Rahmen des vorliegenden Projekts ist die Durchführung von Bauarbeiten an folgenden Unterstandorten vorgesehen: Eine Regalkabine; Verwaltungsgebäude „Omnibusrampe“; Position 1; Position 2; Position 3; Position 4; Position 5; Position 6; Das Empfangsgebäude; Carnobat-Ladestation „Omnibusrampe“; Externe Sanitäranlagen; Plattformen 1, 2 und 3; Die Fußgängerunterführung; Die Servicerampen und die Pumpstation. Als gevolg van vele jaren van exploitatie zijn de receptiegebouwen van de treinstations in Bulgarije in zeer slechte staat. Dit vereist modernisering, renovatie en reparatie, met inbegrip van hun installatiesystemen. Deze acties hebben tot doel de toestand van de stationscomplexen in overeenstemming te brengen met de Europese normen op dit gebied, die de veiligheid van de passagiers en de verlening van hoogwaardige diensten voor hen waarborgen. Van bijzonder belang is de organisatie van de dienst in de stations om de nodige voorzieningen en comfort voor de passagiers te creëren. Come risultato di molti anni di attività, gli edifici di accoglienza delle stazioni ferroviarie in Bulgaria sono in condizioni molto povere. Ciò richiede la loro modernizzazione, ristrutturazione e riparazione, compresi i loro sistemi di installazione. Tali azioni mirano ad allineare lo stato dei complessi delle stazioni alle norme europee in materia, che garantiscono la sicurezza dei passeggeri e la fornitura di servizi di qualità per loro. Parallelamente, la stazione sarà allineata ai requisiti del quadro normativo per la costruzione di un ambiente accessibile nelle aree urbane. Saranno attuate misure per aumentare l'efficienza energetica degli spazi pubblici, introdurre sistemi intelligenti e moderni per la gestione del riscaldamento, del condizionamento d'aria, dell'illuminazione, dell'informazione, ecc. L'aspetto delle stazioni è di grande importanza per l'immagine del trasporto ferroviario. Sono in molti casi il volto della ferrovia. Non è un caso che le grandi stazioni in Europa siano state trasformate in centri commerciali con negozi, ristoranti e parcheggi. Pertanto, per la ristrutturazione e la ricostruzione del vecchio e per la costruzione di nuove stazioni è necessario sviluppare diversi concetti su misura per l'ubicazione di ciascuna di esse. Di particolare importanza è l'organizzazione del servizio nelle stazioni al fine di creare i comfort e il comfort necessari per i passeggeri. Como resultado de muchos años de funcionamiento, los edificios de recepción de las estaciones de ferrocarril en Bulgaria están en muy malas condiciones. Esto requiere su modernización, renovación y reparación, incluidos sus sistemas de instalación. Estas acciones tienen por objeto adaptar el estado de los complejos de estaciones a las normas europeas en este ámbito, lo que garantiza la seguridad de los pasajeros y la prestación de servicios de calidad para ellos. Paralelamente, la estación se adaptará a los requisitos del marco normativo para la construcción de un entorno accesible en las zonas urbanas. Se aplicarán medidas para aumentar la eficiencia energética de los espacios públicos, introducir sistemas inteligentes y modernos para gestionar la calefacción, el aire acondicionado, la iluminación, la información, etc. La aparición de estaciones es de gran importancia para la imagen del transporte ferroviario. En muchos casos son la cara del ferrocarril. No es casualidad que grandes estaciones en Europa se hayan convertido en centros comerciales con tiendas, restaurantes y aparcamientos. Por lo tanto, para la renovación y reconstrucción de lo antiguo y para la construcción de nuevas estaciones es necesario desarrollar diferentes conceptos adaptados a la ubicación de cada una de ellas. De particular importancia es la organización del servicio en las estaciones con el fin de crear las comodidades y el confort necesarios para los pasajeros.
