Projektin tärkeimpänä tavoitteena on rakentaa toimintamalli ylivertaisen asiakaskokemuksen tuottamiseen sekä prosessi tämän toimintamallin siirtämiseen uusiin perustettaviin ja ostettaviin yksiköihin. Olennaisena osana ylivertaisen asiakaskokemuksen tuottamista on digitaalisen palveluympäristö, jonka kautta asiakaskokemuksesta saadaan laadukkaampi ja sitouttavampi. Kehittämistyöllä tavoitellaan suunhoidon alalla uudenlaista uniikkia positiota, joka luo lähtökohdat myös uusien markkinoiden haltuunotolle. (Finnish)

The main objective of the project is to build an operating model for the production of superior customer experience and the process of transferring this operating model to new units to be established and purchased. An essential part of providing superior customer experience is a digital service environment that makes customer experience more quality and binding. Un élément essentiel pour offrir une expérience client supérieure est un environnement de service numérique qui rend l’expérience client plus de qualité et de reliure. Les travaux de développement visent à créer une nouvelle position unique dans le secteur des soins buccodentaires, ce qui constitue également le point de départ pour l’acquisition de nouveaux marchés. Hauptziel des Projekts ist es, ein Betriebsmodell für die Herstellung von überlegener Kundenerfahrung und den Prozess der Übertragung dieses Betriebsmodells auf neue zu errichtende und zu erwerbende Einheiten zu entwickeln. Ein wesentlicher Bestandteil der überlegenen Kundenerfahrung ist ein digitales Service-Umfeld, das die Kundenerfahrung mehr Qualität und Bindung verleiht. Die Entwicklungsarbeit zielt auf eine neue, einzigartige Position im Bereich der Mundpflege ab, die auch den Ausgangspunkt für die Übernahme neuer Märkte bildet. (German)
