Hankkeen lähtökohtana on tarve hyödyntää kaupunkien fyysisten alueiden toiminnallisia erityispiirteitä yritysinnovaatioiden lähteenä. Kohdealueen erityispiirteet ja toiminnot muodostavat yrityksille kehitysalustan ideoida ja pilotoida uusia tuote- ja palveluaihioita. Samalla alueen yrityskehitystoiminta tukee alueen maankäytön suunnittelua. Hankkeen tavoitteena on luoda uudentyyppinen, fyysiseen alueeseen ja sen toimintoihin perustuva kehitysalusta ja innovaatioympäristö yritysten tuotteiden ja palvelujen uudistamiselle. Tavoitteena on myös kehittää menetelmiä ja työkaluja tukemaan fyysiseen alueeseen perustuvaa yrityskehitystoimintaa. Tälllöin fyysisten alueiden suunnittelu muodostaa yrityksille innovaatioympärisön ja kehitysalustan. Innovaatiotoimintaa tuetaan uuden tyyppisilla työkaluilla ja menetelmillä, joista keskeisin kehitettävä työkalu on yritysarkkitehtuurikilpailu. Kilpailulla haetaan ehdotuksia aktiivisesti kehitettävistä yritystoiminnoista. Hankkeessa lisätään yhteistyötä maankäytön suunnittelun, yritysten ja tutkimus- ja kehittämistoiminnan välillä. Hankkeen toteutus jakautuu neljään työpakettiin, jotka muodostava toisiaan tukevan kokonaisuuden. Työpaketti 1) Hankkeen koordinaatio ja viestintä 2) Kehittämismenetelmän perustan luominen, innovaatioverkosto ja työkalut 3) Menetelmän soveltuvuuden arviointi ja virittäminen 4) Menetelmän pilotointi valitussa/valituissa kohteissa. Yhtenä hankkeen pilottialueena on Seinäjoen asemanseutu sekä mahdollisuuksien mukaan myös NLC Cargo Roveksen alueella ja NLC Airport, lentoasema.Hankkeen tuloksena syntyy uusi menetelmä yritysinnovaatiotoimintaan. Menetelmän lähtökohtana on kohdealueen erityispiirteisiin tukeutuva innovointikonsepti, joka muodostuu:- yritysarkkitehtuurikilpailun toteutusmallista- innovaatioverkostosta, joka tukee yritysarkkitehtuurikilpailua ja jatkuvaa yrityskehitystoimintaa- innovointiprosessin mallista (jota voidaan hyödyntää erityiskohteiden yrityskehitysprosesseissa)- potentiaalisista yritysinnovaatioista (jotka voivat hyödyntää kohdealueen toimintaympäristöä kehitys- ja testausalustana) sekä- konseptista, jolla tuotetaan tietoa yritysinnovaatioista maankäytön suunnittelun tueksi. The starting point for the project is the need to use the functional characteristics of the physical areas of the cities as a source of business innovation. The special features and functions of the target area constitute a development platform for companies to brainstorm and pilot new product and service ideas. At the same time, the region’s business development activities support land-use planning in the region. The aim of the project is to create a new type of development platform based on the physical area and its functions and an innovation environment for the renewal of companies’ products and services. The aim is also to develop methods and tools to support business development based on the physical area. In this way, the planning of physical areas is an innovation and development platform for companies. Innovation is supported by new types of tools and methods, of which the main tool to be developed is the Enterprise Architecture Competition. The competition seeks proposals for active business development. The project will increase cooperation between land use planning, businesses and R & D activities. The implementation of the project is divided into four work packages, which form a mutually supportive whole. Work package 1) Project coordination and communication 2) Establishing the foundation of the development method, innovation network and tools 3) Assessment and tuning of the appropriateness of the method 4) Piloting the method in selected/selected sites. One of the pilot areas of the project is the Seinäjoki station area and, where possible, NLC Cargo Roves and NLC Airport, the airport. The project will result in a new method of business innovation. Le point de départ du projet est la nécessité d’utiliser les caractéristiques fonctionnelles des zones physiques des villes comme source d’innovation commerciale. Les caractéristiques et fonctions particulières de la zone cible constituent une plate-forme de développement permettant aux entreprises de réfléchir et de piloter de nouvelles idées de produits et de services. Dans le même temps, les activités de développement des entreprises de la région appuient l’aménagement du territoire dans la région. L’objectif du projet est de créer un nouveau type de plateforme de développement basée sur l’espace physique et ses fonctions et un environnement d’innovation pour le renouvellement des produits et services des entreprises. L’objectif est également de développer des méthodes et des outils pour soutenir le développement des entreprises en fonction de l’espace physique. De cette manière, la planification des espaces physiques est une plateforme d’innovation et de développement pour les entreprises. L’innovation est soutenue par de nouveaux types d’outils et de méthodes, dont le principal outil à développer est le Concours d’architecture d’entreprise. Le concours recherche des propositions pour le développement actif des entreprises. Le projet renforcera la coopération entre l’aménagement du territoire, les entreprises et les activités de R & D. La mise en œuvre du projet est divisée en quatre modules de travail, qui forment un ensemble de soutien mutuel. Ausgangspunkt für das Projekt ist die Notwendigkeit, die funktionalen Merkmale der physischen Bereiche der Städte als Quelle für unternehmerische Innovation zu nutzen. Die Besonderheiten und Funktionen des Zielgebiets bilden eine Entwicklungsplattform für Unternehmen zum Brainstorming und zur Pilotierung neuer Produkt- und Serviceideen. Gleichzeitig unterstützen die Geschäftsentwicklungsaktivitäten der Region die Flächennutzungsplanung in der Region. Ziel des Projekts ist es, eine neue Art von Entwicklungsplattform zu schaffen, die auf dem physischen Bereich und seinen Funktionen sowie einem Innovationsumfeld für die Erneuerung von Produkten und Dienstleistungen von Unternehmen basiert. Ziel ist auch die Entwicklung von Methoden und Instrumenten zur Unterstützung der Geschäftsentwicklung auf Basis des physischen Bereichs. Auf diese Weise ist die Planung von physischen Bereichen eine Innovations- und Entwicklungsplattform für Unternehmen. Innovation wird durch neue Arten von Werkzeugen und Methoden unterstützt, deren wichtigstes Instrument der Wettbewerb für Unternehmensarchitektur ist. Der Wettbewerb sucht Vorschläge für eine aktive Unternehmensentwicklung. Das Projekt wird die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Landnutzungsplanung, Unternehmen und FuE-Tätigkeiten verstärken. Die Umsetzung des Projekts ist in vier Arbeitspakete unterteilt, die ein für beide Seiten unterstützendes Ganzes bilden. Arbeitspaket 1) Projektkoordinierung und -kommunikation 2) Gründung der Grundlage der Entwicklungsmethode, des Innovationsnetzwerks und der Instrumente 3) Bewertung und Abstimmung der Eignung der Methode 4) Pilotierung der Methode an ausgewählten/ausgewählten Standorten. Uitgangspunt voor het project is de noodzaak om de functionele kenmerken van de fysieke gebieden van de steden te gebruiken als bron van bedrijfsinnovatie. De bijzondere kenmerken en functies van het doelgebied vormen een ontwikkelingsplatform voor bedrijven om te brainstormen en nieuwe product- en dienstenideeën te testen. Tegelijkertijd ondersteunen de activiteiten van de regio op het gebied van bedrijfsontwikkeling de ruimtelijke ordening in de regio. Het doel van het project is het creëren van een nieuw type ontwikkelingsplatform op basis van het fysieke gebied en de functies ervan en een innovatieomgeving voor de vernieuwing van de producten en diensten van bedrijven. Het doel is ook methoden en instrumenten te ontwikkelen ter ondersteuning van de bedrijfsontwikkeling op basis van het fysieke gebied. Op deze manier is de planning van fysieke gebieden een innovatie- en ontwikkelingsplatform voor bedrijven. Innovatie wordt ondersteund door nieuwe soorten instrumenten en methoden, waarvan het belangrijkste instrument dat moet worden ontwikkeld, de Enterprise Architecture Competition is. De concurrentie streeft naar voorstellen voor een actieve bedrijfsontwikkeling. Het project zal de samenwerking tussen ruimtelijke ordening, bedrijven en O & O-activiteiten verbeteren. Il punto di partenza del progetto è la necessità di utilizzare le caratteristiche funzionali delle aree fisiche delle città come fonte di innovazione aziendale. Le caratteristiche e le funzioni speciali dell'area di destinazione costituiscono una piattaforma di sviluppo per le aziende per il brainstorming e la sperimentazione di nuove idee di prodotto e servizio. Allo stesso tempo, le attività di sviluppo imprenditoriale della regione sostengono la pianificazione territoriale della regione. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di creare una nuova piattaforma di sviluppo basata sull'area fisica e sulle sue funzioni e un ambiente innovativo per il rinnovamento dei prodotti e dei servizi delle aziende. L'obiettivo è anche quello di sviluppare metodi e strumenti per sostenere lo sviluppo del business basato sull'area fisica. In questo modo, la pianificazione delle aree fisiche è una piattaforma di innovazione e sviluppo per le aziende. L'innovazione è sostenuta da nuovi tipi di strumenti e metodi, di cui il principale strumento da sviluppare è l'Enterprise Architecture Competition. Il concorso cerca proposte per lo sviluppo attivo delle imprese. Il progetto rafforzerà la cooperazione tra pianificazione territoriale, imprese e attività di R & S. El punto de partida del proyecto es la necesidad de utilizar las características funcionales de las áreas físicas de las ciudades como fuente de innovación empresarial. Las características y funciones especiales de la zona objetivo constituyen una plataforma de desarrollo para que las empresas puedan intercambiar ideas y poner a prueba nuevas ideas de productos y servicios. Al mismo tiempo, las actividades de desarrollo empresarial de la región apoyan la planificación del uso de la tierra en la región. El objetivo del proyecto es crear un nuevo tipo de plataforma de desarrollo basada en el área física y sus funciones y un entorno de innovación para la renovación de los productos y servicios de las empresas. El objetivo es también desarrollar métodos y herramientas para apoyar el desarrollo empresarial basado en el área física. De esta manera, la planificación de áreas físicas es una plataforma de innovación y desarrollo para las empresas. La innovación está respaldada por nuevos tipos de herramientas y métodos, cuya principal herramienta a desarrollar es el Concurso de Arquitectura Empresarial.
