Er zijn heel wat verschillende werkbaarheidsproblemen en die hebben verschillende oorzaken maar uiteindelijk zijn die bijna allemaal terug te voeren naar de “verzuiling” van de afdelingen/diensten. En zelfs binnen de afdelingen worden er nog “eilandjes” gevormd (bv. dag en nacht shift) (Dutch)
