Obsahem projektu jsou aktivity ke zvýšení uplatnitelnosti osob ohrožených sociálním vyloučením (vzniklým v souvislosti s psychickým onemocněním a léčbou jejich poruchy příjmu potravy) ve společnosti a na trhu práce; se záměrem přispět k řešení jejich sociálně-nepříznivé situace a ke zvýšení kvality života s tímto onemocněním. Součástí projektu bude evaluace změn u cílové skupiny ke sledování na/plnění cílů projektu. Podpořeno bude 100 osob a zpracovány tři výstupy (viz Monitorovací indikátory). (Czech)

The project includes activities to increase the applicability of people at risk of social exclusion (established in connection with mental illness and the treatment of their eating disorders) in society and in the labour market; with the aim of contributing to their social and unfavourable situation and to improving the quality of life with this disease. The project will include evaluation of changes at the target group for monitoring/fulfilment of project objectives. 100 people will be supported and three outputs processed (see Monitoring Indicators). Le projet comprend des activités visant à accroître l’applicabilité des personnes exposées au risque d’exclusion sociale (créées en lien avec la maladie mentale et le traitement de leurs troubles alimentaires) dans la société et sur le marché du travail; dans le but de contribuer à remédier à leur situation sociale défavorable et d’améliorer la qualité de vie avec cette maladie. Le projet comprendra une évaluation des changements dans le groupe cible afin de surveiller/d’atteindre les objectifs du projet. 100 personnes bénéficieront d’un soutien et trois extrants seront traités (voir Indicateurs de suivi). Das Projekt umfasst Maßnahmen zur Erhöhung der Anwendbarkeit von Personen, die von sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind (erstellt im Zusammenhang mit psychischen Erkrankungen und Behandlung ihrer Essstörungen) in der Gesellschaft und auf dem Arbeitsmarkt; mit dem Ziel, einen Beitrag zur Bewältigung ihrer gesellschaftlich nachteiligen Situation und zur Verbesserung der Lebensqualität durch diese Krankheit zu leisten. Das Projekt umfasst die Bewertung von Änderungen in der Zielgruppe zur Überwachung/Erfüllung der Projektziele. 100 Personen werden unterstützt und drei Outputs verarbeitet (siehe Monitoring-Indikatoren). Het project omvat activiteiten ter vergroting van de toepasbaarheid van mensen die het risico lopen op sociale uitsluiting (gecreëerd in verband met psychische aandoeningen en de behandeling van hun eetstoornissen) in de samenleving en op de arbeidsmarkt; met als doel bij te dragen tot het aanpakken van hun sociaal ongunstige situatie en het verbeteren van de kwaliteit van leven met deze ziekte. Het project omvat een evaluatie van de veranderingen in de doelgroep om de projectdoelstellingen te monitoren/voltooien. Il progetto comprende attività volte ad aumentare l'applicabilità delle persone a rischio di esclusione sociale (create in relazione alle malattie mentali e al trattamento dei loro disturbi alimentari) nella società e sul mercato del lavoro; allo scopo di contribuire ad affrontare la loro situazione sociale sfavorevole e migliorare la qualità della vita con questa malattia. Il progetto comprenderà una valutazione delle modifiche apportate al gruppo destinatario per monitorare/realizzare gli obiettivi del progetto. El proyecto incluirá una evaluación de los cambios en el grupo destinatario para supervisar o cumplir los objetivos del proyecto.
