Projekt ELIXIR-CZ: Budování kapacit vybuduje infrastrukturu ELIXIR CZ s několika tisíci výpočetními jádry a až 2 PB kapacity pro ukládání dat. Dále rozšíří její použití několika přímo podporovanými excelentními databázemi a nástroji (RepeatExplorer, DNATCO, MotiveValidator, ValidatorDB a SecStructureAnnotator). Infrastruktura a její služby budou otevřené všem výzkumným pracovníkům v oblasti věd o živé přírodě a stanou se součástí mezinárodního ekosystému ELIXIR. a. (Czech)

Project ELIXIR-CZ: Capacity building will build ELIXIR CZ infrastructure with several thousand computing cores and up to 2 PB data storage capacities. It will also extend its use by several directly supported excellent databases and tools (RepeatExplorer, DNATCO, MotiveValidator, ValidatorDB and SecStructureAnnotator). Infrastructure and its services will be open to all researchers in the field of living sciences and will become part of the international ecosystem ELIXIR. a. (English)

Projet Elixir-CZ: Le renforcement des capacités permettra de construire l’infrastructure ELIXIR CZ avec plusieurs milliers de noyaux de calcul et jusqu’à 2 PB pour le stockage des données. Elixir-CZ-Projekt: Der Kapazitätsaufbau wird die ELIXIR CZ-Infrastruktur mit mehreren tausend Rechenkernen und bis zu 2 PB-Kapazitäten für die Datenspeicherung aufbauen. Darüber hinaus wird er seine Nutzung um mehrere direkt unterstützte Datenbanken und Tools erweitern (RepeatExplorer, DNATCO, MotiveValidator, ValidatorDB und SecStructureAnnotator). Die Infrastruktur und ihre Dienstleistungen stehen allen Life-Science-Forschern offen und werden Teil des internationalen ELIXIR-Ökosystems. (German)
