BRControls wil groeien en om dat te bereiken is het van belang de organisatie verder te professionaliseren zodat de juiste man op de juiste plek komt en dat BRControls doelgericht en een betrouwbare organisatie wordt die tot prestaties komt. BRControls heeft IJsselvliet gevraagd te helpen bij deze groeidoelstelling door de leiders te begeleiden en te coachen bij het ontwikkelen van de juiste vaardigheden. Door de reeds ingezette professionaliseringsslag is de organisatie de laatste jaren gegroeid in aantal mensen, taken en afstem- en beslismomenten. Het aansturen van de organisatie is daardoor complexer geworden waardoor andere vaardigheden van de leiders worden verwacht. (Dutch)

BRControls wants to grow and to achieve that it is important to further professionalise the organisation so that the right man comes to the right place and that BRControls becomes goal-oriented and a reliable organisation that achieves performance. BRControls has asked IJsselvliet to help with this growth goal by guiding and coaching the leaders in developing the right skills. Due to the professionalisation exercise already deployed, the organisation has grown in recent years in number of people, tasks and coordination and decision-making moments. BRControls veut se développer et réaliser qu’il est important de professionnaliser davantage l’organisation afin que le bon homme arrive au bon endroit et que BRControls devienne une organisation fiable et performante. BRControls a demandé à IJsselvliet d’aider à atteindre cet objectif de croissance en guidant et en accompagnant les leaders dans le développement des bonnes compétences. En raison de l’exercice de professionnalisation déjà déployé, l’organisation a augmenté ces dernières années en nombre de personnes, de tâches et de moments de coordination et de prise de décision. BRControls ha chiesto a IJsselvliet di contribuire a questo obiettivo di crescita guidando e allenando i leader nello sviluppo delle giuste competenze. BRControls quiere crecer y lograr que sea importante profesionalizar aún más la organización para que el hombre adecuado llegue al lugar correcto y que BRControls se convierta en una organización orientada a objetivos y confiable que logre el rendimiento. BRControls ha pedido a IJsselvliet que ayude con este objetivo de crecimiento guiando y entrenando a los líderes en el desarrollo de las habilidades adecuadas. Debido al ejercicio de profesionalización ya desplegado, la organización ha crecido en los últimos años en número de personas, tareas y momentos de coordinación y toma de decisiones.
