С изпълнението на настоящия проект ще се постигне благоприятно природозащитно състояние на 3 от целевите по програмата видове, чрез подобряване на състоянието на ключови за вида находища и местообитания, повишаване на информираността и осигуряване на максимален интерес на заинтересованите страни, както и опитимизиране на популационните параметри на целевите видове земноводни и влечуги: Южен гребенест тритон (Triturus karelinii), Червенокоремна бумка (Bombina bombina), Обикновена блатна костенурка (Emys orbicularis) на територията на МИГ Никопол-Белене. В проекта са заложени дейности, отговарящи на типовете допустими дейности по Процедурата, а именно: проучване на разпространението и популационните параметри на целевите видове, възстановяване на съществуващи естествени или изкуствени водоеми със стоящи води с цел подобряване на местообитанията, които не изпълняват екологичните си функции за видовете (пресъхнали или пресушени), замърсени, в напреднала фаза на сукцесия и др., както и провеждане на информационни дейности и дейности за въвличане на заинтересованите страни.Дейностите по проекта се прилагат в обхвата на защитени зони, в които оценката на природозащитното състояние на целевия вид на ниво зона по Критерий 1, Популации в границите на зоната“ е „Неблагоприятно – незадоволително“. Очакваните резултати са да се подобри състоянито на популациите на целевите видове в ЗЗ на територията на МИГ Белене-Никопол, като се увеличи броят/площта на подходящите за обитаване стоящи водоеми, включително и такива с изкуствен или частично естествени произход, както и общата площ на потенциалното местообитание и ефективно заетите територии от популациите на целевите видове в защитените зони, както и да се създадат условия за нарастване на обилието на вида в защитената зона.При избора на потенциални местообитания на целевите видове и възстановяване, проучванията и дейностите на проекта ще бъдат насочени с предимство към влажни зони, които са общинска и държавна собственост. The implementation of this project will achieve a favourable conservation status for 3 of the target species by improving the status of key species deposits and habitats, raising awareness and ensuring the maximum interest of stakeholders, as well as testing the population parameters of the target species of amphibians and reptiles: Southern combing tritone (Triturus karelinii), Bombina bombina, Emys orbicularis on the territory of the Nicopol-Belene LAG. The project sets out activities corresponding to the types of eligible activities under the Procedure, namely: study of the distribution and population parameters of the target species, restoration of existing natural or artificial ponds with standing waters in order to improve habitats that do not fulfil their ecological functions for the species (dried or drained), contaminated, at the advanced stage of sucession, etc., as well as carrying out information and activities to involve stakeholders.The project activities are applied within the scope of protected areas where the assessment of the conservation status of the target species at Criterion 1 site level, Populations within the site’s boundaries is “Unfavourable — Unsatisfactory”. The expected results are to improve the population of the target species in the SPA on the territory of the Belene-Nicopol LAG by increasing the number/area of suitable standing ponds, including those of artificial or partial natural origin, as well as the total area of potential habitat and effectively occupied areas of the populations of the target species in the protected areas, as well as to create conditions for increasing the habitat of the species in the protected area. In the selection of potential habitats of the target species and restoration, the studies and activities of the project will be directed with priority to wetlands that are municipal and state-owned. La mise en œuvre de ce projet permettra d’atteindre un état de conservation favorable pour trois des espèces cibles en améliorant l’état des principaux dépôts et habitats d’espèces, en sensibilisant et en assurant le maximum d’intérêt des parties prenantes, ainsi qu’en testant les paramètres démographiques des espèces cibles d’amphibiens et de reptiles: Tritone peignant au sud (Triturus karelinii), Bombina bombina, Emys orbicularis sur le territoire du GAL de Nicopol-Belene. Le projet définit les activités correspondant aux types d’activités éligibles au titre de la procédure, à savoir: étude des paramètres de répartition et de population de l’espèce cible, restauration des étangs naturels ou artificiels existants avec des eaux stagnantes afin d’améliorer les habitats qui ne remplissent pas leurs fonctions écologiques pour l’espèce (séchée ou drainée), contaminée, au stade avancé de la sucession, etc., ainsi que la réalisation d’informations et d’activités visant à impliquer les parties prenantes.Les activités du projet sont appliquées dans le cadre des zones protégées où l’évaluation de l’état de conservation des espèces cibles au niveau du site Critère 1 est «peuplement défavorable — insatisfaisante». Les résultats escomptés sont d’améliorer la population des espèces cibles dans la ZPS sur le territoire du GAL de Belene-Nicopol en augmentant le nombre/la zone d’étangs debout appropriés, y compris ceux d’origine naturelle artificielle ou partielle, ainsi que la superficie totale de l’habitat potentiel et des zones effectivement occupées des populations des espèces cibles dans les zones protégées, ainsi que de créer les conditions nécessaires à l’augmentation de l’habitat de l’espèce dans l’aire protégée. Mit der Durchführung dieses Projekts wird ein günstiger Erhaltungszustand für 3 der Zielarten erreicht, indem der Zustand der wichtigsten Arten und Lebensräume verbessert, das Bewusstsein geschärft und das größtmögliche Interesse der Beteiligten sichergestellt wird, sowie die Populationsparameter der Zieltierarten von Amphibien und Reptilien untersucht werden: Southern combing tritone (Triturus karelinii), Bombina bombina, Emys orbicularis auf dem Gebiet der Nicopol-Belene LAG. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden Maßnahmen festgelegt, die den im Rahmen des Verfahrens förderfähigen Maßnahmen entsprechen, und zwar: Untersuchung der Verteilungs- und Populationsparameter der Zielarten, Wiederherstellung bestehender natürlicher oder künstlicher Teiche mit stehenden Gewässern, um Lebensräume zu verbessern, die ihre ökologischen Funktionen für die Arten (getrocknet oder entwässert), kontaminiert im fortgeschrittenen Stadium der Suzession usw. nicht erfüllen, sowie die Durchführung von Informationen und Aktivitäten zur Einbeziehung der Beteiligten.Die Projektaktivitäten werden im Rahmen von Schutzgebieten durchgeführt, in denen die Bewertung des Erhaltungszustands der Zielarten auf der Ebene des Kriteriums 1 Gebiet, Populationen innerhalb der Grenzen des Gebiets „Unfavourable – Unzufrieden“ ist. Die erwarteten Ergebnisse sind die Verbesserung der Population der Zielarten im BSG auf dem Gebiet der Belene-Nicopol LAG durch Erhöhung der Anzahl/Fläche geeigneter Stehteiche, einschließlich solcher künstlicher oder teilweiser natürlicher Herkunft, sowie der Gesamtfläche des potenziellen Lebensraums und der effektiv besetzten Gebiete der Populationen der Zielarten in den Schutzgebieten sowie die Schaffung von Bedingungen für die Erhöhung des Lebensraums der Arten im Schutzgebiet. Bei der Auswahl potenzieller Lebensräume der Zielarten und der Restaurierung werden die Studien und Tätigkeiten des Projekts vorrangig auf Feuchtgebiete ausgerichtet, die kommunale und staatliche Natur sind. De uitvoering van dit project zal leiden tot een gunstige staat van instandhouding voor 3 van de doelsoorten door de toestand van de belangrijkste soortenafzettingen en -habitats te verbeteren, het bewustzijn te vergroten en de belanghebbenden zoveel mogelijk te interesseren, en door de populatieparameters van de doelsoorten amfibieën en reptielen te testen: Zuidelijke kammende tritone (Triturus karelinii), Bombina bombina, Emys orbicularis op het grondgebied van de LAG Nicopol-Belene. In het project worden activiteiten beschreven die overeenstemmen met de soorten in aanmerking komende activiteiten in het kader van de procedure, namelijk: studie van de verspreidings- en populatieparameters van de doelsoorten, herstel van bestaande natuurlijke of kunstmatige vijvers met staande wateren ter verbetering van habitats die hun ecologische functies niet vervullen voor de soort (gedroogd of afgetapt), verontreinigd, in een vergevorderd stadium van sucessie, enz., alsmede het uitvoeren van informatie en activiteiten om belanghebbenden bij de projecten te betrekken.De projectactiviteiten worden uitgevoerd binnen het toepassingsgebied van beschermde gebieden waar de beoordeling van de staat van instandhouding van de doelsoorten op het niveau van het gebied van criterium 1 „Ongunstig — Onbevredigend” is. De verwachte resultaten zijn om de populatie van de doelsoorten in de SBZ op het grondgebied van de LAG Belene-Nicopol te verbeteren door het aantal/het gebied van geschikte staande vijvers, met inbegrip van die van kunstmatige of gedeeltelijke natuurlijke oorsprong, alsmede het totale gebied van potentiële habitats en effectief bezette gebieden van de populaties van de doelsoorten in de beschermde gebieden te verhogen, en om voorwaarden te scheppen om de habitat van de soorten in het beschermde gebied te vergroten. Bij de selectie van potentiële habitats van de doelsoorten en herstel zullen de studies en activiteiten van het project met voorrang worden gericht op wetlands die gemeentelijk en staatseigendom zijn. L'attuazione di questo progetto conseguirà uno stato di conservazione soddisfacente per 3 delle specie bersaglio migliorando lo stato dei principali depositi e habitat di specie, sensibilizzando e garantendo il massimo interesse delle parti interessate, nonché testando i parametri della popolazione delle specie bersaglio di anfibi e rettili: Tritone di pettinatura meridionale (Triturus karelinii), Bombina bombina, Emys orbicularis sul territorio del GAL Nicopol-Belene. Il progetto definisce le attività corrispondenti ai tipi di attività ammissibili nell'ambito della procedura, vale a dire: studio della distribuzione e dei parametri della popolazione delle specie bersaglio, ripristino di stagni naturali o artificiali esistenti con acque permanenti al fine di migliorare gli habitat che non svolgono le loro funzioni ecologiche per le specie (essiccate o drenate), contaminate, in fase avanzata di sucessione, ecc., nonché svolgere informazioni e attività per coinvolgere le parti interessate. Le attività del progetto si applicano nell'ambito delle aree protette in cui la valutazione dello stato di conservazione della specie bersaglio a livello del sito di criterio 1, le popolazioni all'interno dei confini del sito è "infavorabile — insoddisfacente". I risultati attesi sono di migliorare la popolazione delle specie bersaglio nella ZPS sul territorio del GAL Belene-Nicopol aumentando il numero/la superficie di idonei stagni, compresi quelli di origine naturale artificiale o parziale, nonché la superficie totale di habitat potenziale e le aree effettivamente occupate delle popolazioni delle specie bersaglio nelle aree protette, nonché di creare le condizioni per aumentare l'habitat delle specie nell'area protetta. La ejecución de este proyecto logrará un estado de conservación favorable para tres de las especies objetivo mediante la mejora del estado de los depósitos y hábitats de especies clave, la sensibilización y la garantía del interés máximo de las partes interesadas, así como el ensayo de los parámetros poblacionales de las especies objetivo de anfibios y reptiles: Tritone peinado del sur (Triturus karelinii), Bombina bombina, Emys orbicularis en el territorio del GAL Nicopol-Belene. El proyecto establece las actividades correspondientes a los tipos de actividades subvencionables en el marco del procedimiento, a saber: estudio de los parámetros de distribución y población de las especies objetivo, restauración de estanques naturales o artificiales existentes con aguas estancas con el fin de mejorar los hábitats que no cumplen sus funciones ecológicas para las especies (secas o drenadas), contaminados, en la fase avanzada de sucesión, etc., así como la realización de información y actividades para involucrar a las partes interesadas.Las actividades del proyecto se aplican dentro del ámbito de las áreas protegidas donde la evaluación del estado de conservación de las especies objetivo a nivel de sitio del Criterio 1, Poblaciones dentro de los límites del lugar es «Infavorable — Insatisfactorio». Los resultados esperados son mejorar la población de las especies objetivo en la ZPE en el territorio del GAL de Belene-Nicopol aumentando el número/área de estanques permanentes adecuados, incluidos los de origen natural artificial o parcial, así como el área total de hábitat potencial y áreas efectivamente ocupadas de las poblaciones de las especies objetivo en las áreas protegidas, así como crear condiciones para aumentar el hábitat de las especies en el área protegida.
