L’opération SIEG SAVANES répond à la nécessité d’apporter sur les communes de Macouria, Kourou, Sinnamary et Iracoubo des réponses adaptées à la grande hétérogénéité de ses publics qui rencontrent des difficultés d'accès à la formation et à l'insertion professionnelle. Elle vise également à favoriser la mutualisation et la coordination des moyens humains et matériels des différents opérateurs de formation en présence sur les territoires, voire à susciter l'implantation de nouveaux opérateurs sur ces territoires dans l'intérêt des bénéficiaires. Le déploiement du SIEG doit ainsi permettre de compenser les déficits d'offre de formation permanente sur ce bassin. Les publics des communes de l’Est souffrent de nombreuses problématiques : -Entrée dans la vie active sans diplôme, chômage, parentalité précoce, précarité financière et de logement, difficultés administratives, barrière de la langue, mobilité réduite… L’opération SIEG prend en compte ces problématiques. En effet, le SIEG s’adresse à : -un public en recherche d’emploi, -quelque soit son âge, son sexe et son niveau d’étude -faisant l’objet d’une prescription qualifiée d’une structure d’accompagnement social, d’insertion ou d’orientation. Le SIEG offre la possibilité à ce public de se positionner sur un parcours de formation individualisé et modulaire, en vue de son insertion dans la vie professionnelle ou de son inscription dans une formation qualifiante. The SAVANES SIEG operation responds to the need to provide answers to the municipalities of Macouria, Kourou, Sinnamary and Iracoubo adapted to the great heterogeneity of its audiences who face difficulties in accessing training and vocational integration. It also aims to promote the pooling and coordination of the human and material resources of the various training operators present in the territories, or even to encourage the establishment of new operators in those territories in the interests of the beneficiaries. The deployment of the SGEI must thus make it possible to compensate for the shortfalls in the provision of continuing training in this basin. The public in the municipalities of the East suffers from many problems: —Entry into working life without diploma, unemployment, early parenting, financial and housing insecurity, administrative difficulties, language barrier, reduced mobility... The SGEI operation takes account of these problems. Indeed, the SGEI addresses: (a public seeking employment — whatever their age, gender and educational level — subject to a prescription qualified as a social support, integration or guidance structure. The SGEI offers this audience the opportunity to position themselves on an individualised and modular training path, with a view to their inclusion in working life or enrolment in qualifying training. Die DAWI SAVANES trägt der Notwendigkeit Rechnung, auf die Gemeinden Macouria, Kourou, Sinnamary und Iracoubo Antworten zu geben, die auf die große Vielfalt ihrer Zielgruppen zugeschnitten sind, die Schwierigkeiten beim Zugang zu Ausbildung und beruflicher Eingliederung haben. Sie zielt ferner darauf ab, die Bündelung und Koordinierung der personellen und materiellen Ressourcen der verschiedenen in den Gebieten tätigen Ausbildungsanbieter zu fördern und sogar die Ansiedlung neuer Akteure in diesen Gebieten im Interesse der Begünstigten zu fördern. Die Einführung der Dienstleistung von allgemeinem wirtschaftlichem Interesse soll somit dazu beitragen, die Defizite bei den Weiterbildungsangeboten in diesem Einzugsgebiet auszugleichen. Die Öffentlichkeit in den östlichen Gemeinden leidet unter zahlreichen Problemen: —Eintritt ins Erwerbsleben ohne Diplom, Arbeitslosigkeit, frühe Elternschaft, finanzielle und Wohnungsunsicherheit, administrative Schwierigkeiten, Sprachbarrieren, eingeschränkte Mobilität... Die DAWI richtet sich nämlich an: —ein Publikum auf der Suche nach Arbeit, unabhängig von Alter, Geschlecht und Bildungsniveau, das Gegenstand einer qualifizierten Verschreibung einer sozialen Begleitungs-, Eingliederungs- oder Orientierungsstruktur ist. Die DAWI bietet diesem Publikum die Möglichkeit, sich auf einem individuellen und modularen Bildungsweg zu positionieren, um ihn in das Berufsleben einzubringen oder sich in eine qualifizierende Ausbildung einzuschreiben. De operatie Savanes SIEG beantwoordt aan de noodzaak om antwoorden te geven aan de gemeenten Macouria, Kourou, Sinnamary en Iracoubo, aangepast aan de grote heterogeniteit van de doelgroepen die moeilijkheden ondervinden bij de toegang tot opleiding en beroepsintegratie. Het beoogt tevens de bundeling en coördinatie van de personele en materiële middelen van de verschillende opleidingsactoren op het grondgebied te bevorderen, of zelfs de vestiging van nieuwe marktdeelnemers in deze gebieden in het belang van de begunstigden te bevorderen. De inzet van de DAEB moet het dus mogelijk maken het tekort aan voortgezette opleiding in dit stroomgebied te compenseren. Het publiek in de gemeenten van het Oosten heeft te kampen met vele problemen: —Intrede in het beroepsleven zonder diploma, werkloosheid, vroegtijdig ouderschap, financiële en huisvestingsonzekerheid, administratieve moeilijkheden, taalbarrières, beperkte mobiliteit... De DAEB-operatie houdt rekening met deze problemen. De DAEB heeft namelijk betrekking op: (een publiek dat werk zoekt — ongeacht hun leeftijd, geslacht en opleidingsniveau — waarvoor een voorschrift geldt dat is gekwalificeerd als sociale ondersteunings-, integratie- of begeleidingsstructuur. De DAEB biedt dit publiek de mogelijkheid zich te positioneren op een geïndividualiseerd en modulair opleidingstraject, met het oog op hun integratie in het beroepsleven of hun inschrijving in een gekwalificeerde opleiding. L'operazione Savanes SIEG risponde alla necessità di fornire risposte ai comuni di Macouria, Kourou, Sinnamary e Iracoubo adattati alla grande eterogeneità del pubblico che ha difficoltà ad accedere alla formazione e all'integrazione professionale. Essa mira inoltre a promuovere la messa in comune e il coordinamento delle risorse umane e materiali dei vari operatori di formazione presenti nei territori, o addirittura a favorire la costituzione di nuovi operatori in tali territori nell'interesse dei beneficiari. La diffusione del SIEG deve quindi consentire di compensare le carenze nella formazione continua in questo bacino. Il pubblico nei comuni dell'Est soffre di molti problemi: —Ingresso nella vita lavorativa senza diploma, disoccupazione, genitorialità precoce, insicurezza finanziaria e abitativa, difficoltà amministrative, barriere linguistiche, mobilità ridotta... L'operazione SIEG tiene conto di questi problemi. In effetti, il SIEG si rivolge: (un pubblico in cerca di lavoro — a prescindere dall'età, dal sesso e dal livello di istruzione — soggetto a prescrizione qualificata come struttura di sostegno sociale, integrazione o orientamento. Il SIEG offre a questo pubblico la possibilità di posizionarsi su un percorso formativo personalizzato e modulare, in vista della loro inclusione nella vita lavorativa o di iscrizione alla formazione qualificata. La operación Savanes SIEG responde a la necesidad de dar respuestas a los municipios de Macouria, Kourou, Sinnamary e Iracoubo adaptados a la gran heterogeneidad de sus audiencias que tienen dificultades para acceder a la formación y la integración profesional. También tiene por objeto promover la puesta en común y la coordinación de los recursos humanos y materiales de los distintos operadores de formación presentes en los territorios, o incluso fomentar el establecimiento de nuevos operadores en esos territorios en interés de los beneficiarios. Así pues, el despliegue del SIEG debe permitir compensar los déficits en la oferta de formación continua en esta cuenca. El público en los municipios de Oriente tiene muchos problemas: —Entrar en la vida laboral sin diploma, desempleo, crianza temprana, inseguridad financiera y de vivienda, dificultades administrativas, barreras lingüísticas, movilidad reducida... La operación SIEG tiene en cuenta estos problemas. De hecho, el SIEG aborda: (un empleo público, cualquiera que sea su edad, sexo y nivel educativo, sujeto a una prescripción calificada como estructura de apoyo social, integración o orientación. El SIEG ofrece a este público la oportunidad de posicionarse en un itinerario de formación individualizado y modular, con vistas a su inclusión en la vida laboral o la matriculación en una formación cualificada.
