A projekt megvalósításának helye Magyarország, Őcsény és Decs települések közigazgatási területe. A Decs központú szennyvízelvezetési agglomeráció a hatályos 25/2002. (II.27.) Korm.rendelet 5. sz. táblázatában szerepel és meglévő szennyvíztisztító telep fejlesztése (TF) feladattal érintett. A projekt műszaki tartalma a rendelet szerinti szennyvíz-agglomerációs besorolást követi. Az elszámolandó csatornahálózati rekonstrukció mértéke nem haladja meg az elszámolható költségek 5 %-át. The place of implementation of the project is Hungary, the administrative area of the villages of Öcsény and Decs. The Decs-centred waste water disposal agglomeration is in force 25/2002. It is listed in Table 5 of Government Decree (II.27.) and is involved in the development of an existing waste water treatment plant (TF). The technical content of the project follows the classification of waste water agglomeration according to the Regulation. The amount of sewerage reconstruction to be declared does not exceed 5 % of the eligible costs. (English)

Le lieu de mise en œuvre du projet est la Hongrie, la zone administrative des villages d’Öcsény et de Decs. L’agglomération d’évacuation des eaux usées centrée sur les décs est en vigueur 25/2002. Elle figure dans le tableau 5 du décret gouvernemental (II.27.) et participe au développement d’une station d’épuration des eaux usées existante. Le contenu technique du projet suit la classification des agglomérations d’eaux usées conformément au règlement. Le montant de la reconstruction des eaux usées à déclarer ne dépasse pas 5 % des coûts éligibles. (French)
